I ordered a redmi2 prime on 14th august...the estimated delivery was 28th august..today is 29th and i didnt get any updates or courier confirmations on my order...the last update on my order was 20th august when it was shipped...its a complete customer harassment by amazon...the delivery is showing still on the way.. plz help me with this ...i cant bear anymore...

    I have ordered one rakhi on 10th aug 2015 and now it's 28thaug, 2015 .Still I haven't received that product .When I am checking on their corresponding website, the status is showing as "It's on the way(please find attached screenshot for the same)". I have tried many times to contact them, on mail as well as on call they are saying that your order has been delievered or stucked somewhere with the delievery guy.So, they are telling wrong details about my product and I am very much hurted because of Rakhi celebration is on tomorrow and my gift was all about rakhi. I am also attaching a mail sent by them showing the wrong details. They are saying that they have delievered the item but i have not got it yet. my order no is[protected]

      Hello Amazon Team,
      We like to inform that we had place an order of laptop on the 11th of August 2015.
      Order #[protected]
      for lenovo laptop.
      It was suppose to be deliver on or before 22nd of august.
      We had received a message and email that the product is out for delivery.but we had not received the material on that day, We had call the customer care and inform them, the had confirm that the material shall be deliver on monday, Then also we had try to contact the help desk on sunday to get confirmation for the laptop delivery.they failed to deliver the laptop on monday.
      We again call the customer care and inform them about the issue, we had conversation app 45min and the had confirm me that the material shall be deliver by 24 to 48 hrs.that also that had failed.
      The money which we had payment is on risk now we thing and we have no faith more left in the company.

        I ordered HP Pavilion 15-P204TX 15.6-inch Laptop (core i5-5200U/4GB/1TB/15.6 inch/Windows 8.1/NVIDIA GetForce 830M) from amazon.in on[protected]. My order id is[protected]. Amazon fulfilled seller name is ROCKY MARKETING. I was shocked when I got 13.3 inch laptop on[protected]. I asked refund on that day itself. I didn't get any refund even after 2 weeks. I didn't get any benifit for ordering that from amazon. If I didn't order then I would have atleast got bank interest. If I got refund earlier I could have made decent profit by investing in stock market when market crashed this week. Got email replay from their customer service executive that I should stop contacting him as he already asked his head to refund money. How can I stop contacting them when I didn't get any refund? How can they treat customers like this way? I always try to order only products fulfilled by amazon. If this is what happen when I order from amazon fulfilled seller then what will happen if we order from other sellers in amazon? I am attaching some photos to prove that I got wrong product. There are 2 stickers with configurations and barcodes on the cover of the laptop. One sticker has configuration of laptop I ordered printed on it and the other has printing of configuration of 13.3 inch laptop inside the cover. I have more hi-resolution picture proofs. But I can't post them as your limit is 2MB.

        Got refund today. Hope they take more care while handling high value refunds. If they can't reduce delay in high value refunds then they should either pay small compensation or give special offers.
        They are hiding almost all genuine complaints from their facebook page in the name of personal information. They are trying to earn bank interest by delaying high value refunds.

        Product delivered to wrong person

        I had ordered a product from www.amazon.in. The product we got was unpacked and was delivered to the building's watchman, while we were present at home.The watchman came to our flat to deliver the product and told that the delivery boy did not take any signature and jut gave our watchman the product and left. Order id is[protected]
        Amazon should take responsibility in case fake product is sold through its channel. Its Amazon responsibility to return the money of customer if product is not as expected.

                Hi Team, I am writing this complaint because I couldn’t get proper resolution from your customer care executives. I have ordered one product on 21-Aug having ORDER #[protected]. After that, when I could not find any tracking details either on Ecom express courier portal and amazon.in then thought to connect with your customer care center. So, I contacted yesterday and as per the commitment from your executive I must get some updates on my shipment by yesterday. But, I didn’t get any updates even after more than 24 hrs as per the commitment. So, again, I connected with customer care center yesterday morning. They told me that the item is there with the courier guys and not with them. Then, I contacted courier’s customer care center. They told me that they haven’t received the physical item yet from amazon. Now again, when I contacted with your customer care, they are still claiming that they have already handed over the item to the courier (i.e. Ecom Express). So, now, it seems that either of you (amazon.in or Ecom Express) are lying. Also, it seems that something wrong is going on behind the scene. The EDD for this order is today. And, I am damn sure that I will not get my item by today as the Shipment has not yet started its journey. So, I request you to please look into this matter in HIGH PRIORITY and give me some solution for this.

                I have also written an escalation mail to the concerned Team but there is no response at all even after two days.
                Amazons rating is getting down just because of these kind of issue hanging in their bucket.
                Amazon has not taken any ACTION on this issue yet even after escalating to the concerned team.
                As per the talk with Mr Sai of Customer Care Center, I was expecting a CALL from the TEAM to whom this has been escalated. But, I didn't get any call back from them even after 4th time escalation.

                This is very disgusting service.
                They must throw out their system.
                Amazon has handed over the Product on 25th-aug. When I contacted with customer care of Ecom courier then only I came to know this.

                But, Amazon was keep on claiming from Monday, 24-Aug-2015 that they have already handed over the item to the courier service.
                It means that amazon's CC executives don't have correct information in their system itself.
                I am really very disappointed with such a disgusting service.

                  I have booked an Mixer griender on 14.08.15 and suppose to deliver on 21.08.15 at kolkata and last update on 25.08.15 after delay. Today is 26th abd Now neither Amazon nor Quorier service 'Blue Dart' responding properly and started bug game. Payment have already been made which is now corncern to me to get refund the money if not deliver the consignment today or tomorrow.

                      I purchased a xiomi mi4i 16 gb model from amazon.in on 31st of july 2015 with cash on delivery. There was some defect in that piece, so i returned that on 7th of august. I have return slip with me. Now the drama starts. On 12th of august I got a mail from amazon that we tried to refund your amount but there was issue, please update your account details. I updated my account details. When I called in amazon india care they told me that sir you have not accepted our package when it was sent for delivery. Shocking. How can they start refund process If I have not accepted there item? Now i sent them the return slip photo that i have accepted by paying 15149 INR and returned the product. I got some mails from amazon on the same day that we have again started working on this and now we will sort out the same issue within next two days. I kept waiting till last thursday 20th of August 2015. I called again in care. Same sorry replies and same solution steps that we will do it sir. Now it is height. I called them yesterday 25th of August and asked to contact their floor manager. After keeping my call on hold for more than 30 mins someone talked to me and then he said sir you have not accepted the courier. Wow!!! I again told him the whole ramayan and mahabharat. Then he said sir actually the courier company has not updated your courier delivery status. What the hell!! Is this my fault? And they are telling me this thing after 20 days. I again asked him for solution. He said sir we will solve it as soon as possible. Still waiting for their reply. 15149 rs may be very small amount for amazon or any other online retailer but its very huge amount for a boy like me who takes pocket money from parents. I want to sue amazon over this issue and want my money back as soon as possible.

                        I placed an order of Puma Men's Contest Lite Dp Boat Shoes on 11th August and the expected delivery was 14th August, but i didnt receive the product till date. I contacted amazon customer service 4 times(3 times by call and 2 twice by chat) but i didnt get any help from your side. Every time the customer care executive told that the problem has been resolved but it was never resolved . I contacted the blue dart courier service and they said that because sunday was a holiday hence they were unable to deliver it so they would definitely deliver it on monday. Today(Tuesday) after waiting for 2 days i again called to inquire about my product .The customer care executive told me that my order has been returned .I was shocked to hear this after i was harassed for more than two weeks. I asked him to deliver my shoes asap, but he told me that the shoes cannot be returned and you would have to buy it again .I had ordered the shoes for Rs 674 but they have increased the price to Rs 1350 .Why was there a hike of 100% in 2 weeks time? I asked him to deliver my shoes at the same price at which i ordered it but he answered in the negative . After an argument he told me that at most he could provide me with a gift card of the difference in the price . I dont want a gift card thrown on my face so that amazon could earn some extra cash through their price hike. I only want the product at the same price that i ordered it . After this harassment of two weeks i am forced to write this . I am a student of IIT Kharagpur and i want you to take action as soon as possible or i will ensure that this story of mine finds some good listeners.                             I ordered 3 handbags on 10th august, in their Freedom Sale. They were supposed to be Rakhi gift for my sisters, so I ticked the option of gift wrap, paid 30rs extra for each of them, they were Amazon fulfilled and gift wrapped, so high priority. The products were dispatched in 2 batches one with 1 bag, and other with 2 bags, Both of them have expected delivery date of 21-22 August, I was tracking them Via the courier site bluedart. On 17th the first shipment was shown reached to my city on tracking. So I waited and waited, on 24th I received the message that, the product was refused by me and was being sent back to Amazon.in. The other shipment tracking details were updated on 23 that it reached my city, but not delivered till now, I think it will have the same fate. On contacting the customer care, they say they are sorry about the returned shipment, they can't do anything, and suggest me to reorder. First of all the price of that product has increased.( about 40%) Now even if I order it will not reach me before Rakhi. There was no reason to send it back as it was prepaid. The 2 handbags shipment is not delivered as on 25th August. No update from Amazon.in on the returned product.

                              I have ordered three products from amazon, expected data was week ago. Comments was additional adress required as they have send the product to different city instead of ordered city. illiterate donkeys dont know see the pin code properly and sent to correct adress. i have called them 5 times regarding my order and the same thing they first 2 min : it has mentioned please provide additional detail, so please a landmark. after explaining each and every time next 5 min: sir we have contacted the courier service and we see that the package is sent to wrong location. wait for next 24 you will receive your order in 24 hours... but 24 gone 48 ..72 and a week gone completely... no sign of my order

                                Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased a mobile YU Yuphoria (worth 6999) from Amazon. after receiving i found some touch issues, i returned the mobile and claim for refund. At the time of putting bank account details, i have wrongly putted the bank IFSC code, but a/c no was correct. when i realized, i immediately contacted to customer service. they directed me to do cancel the current return status and create a new refund with correct bank details. i have done accordingly. and they told me we will credit your bank account within 2 working days. after 3 working days when i have not received any refund, I contacted to customer service, they told me they have done refund. i asked for transaction ID or UTR no. for NEFT. They did not provide me the same. they given a reference no.NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX instead o[censored]TR no. I have sent my bank statement but they are refuse to anything.They are not providing any transaction details.                                   I have ordered YU Yureka plus my order id is[protected] on 11th Aug it was an open sale no need for registration the product got delivered to my address on 15th Aug i charged the phone and it started heating even it was getting hanged i have not inserted the sim card also so i had request for an Replacement and your courier guy had pick the product from my address on 17th Aug After 6 Days i had called to your customer care now they are saying that the product will not be replaced because it is booked by registration but i had not booked by registration I don't know the seller i only know Amazon first you deliver a defective product then i given request for replacement now you are saying that for this product we can't give replacement we will give you refund if you can't give replacement then why you deliver defective product Its not my fault that i got defective product its your mistake i want the exchange not the refund after 1 week you are telling that you will not give replacement if you had informed earlier i would have ordered another product when Independence day offer was going on this is the first time i have ordered from Amazon and gone through such a bad experience pathetic service has been provided by you I have ordered from Flipkart and Snapdeal but never gone through like this experience they give better service than you Please provide me with the replacement otherwise i need to escalate this matter to Consumer Complaint and pehredar @ Cnbc Awaaz and even at print media as i am a lawyer by profession and my colleagues are working in Media the fault is from your side why should i suffer pls contact me on [protected]

For this they were keeps on showing wrong address for around a week after that suddenly a person came to my office on Friday and called me I am waiting near office and that day I was not present in office and next day was off So he told either you have to take it right now or it will be returned since i was not available sothe item was returned. I wanted to know Amazon don't need to inform the person or call the person before delivering the item and they can deliver only one day if the preson is not available already they have very very late delivery for any product.

                                        I have placed an order for a Hush Puppies Men''s Brown Leather Formals & Lace-Up Flats[protected]UK/India (40EU) shoe in Amazon India on 10/08/2015 which was promised to be delivered on 17/08/2015. After the due date when i did not get the delivery and the website falsely said that a delivery attempt was made on that day I complained to the customer care on 18th and been assured that it will be delivered on that day. But they failed. Again on 21st August I complained twice and they assured with the same promise but failed again and the last time they requested me to cancel the order and place a new order while the price of the item is almost doubled now.
