I have ordered a product worth Rs 94 from Amazon.in order no. is[protected].As per amazon the product was scheduled to be delivered by 24th Sept 2015. However, product was not delivered so on 25th Sept 2015, I asked them to deliver the product as I have to purchase the product on Saturday from market if not delivered because the delivery address was my office address where I resume my duty on 28th Sept 2015.
However, I have not received the product on 25th Sept as well. Because of these delay, I have purchased the product from market, I have spent my time, my vehicle fuel and also taken so much pain to purchase the product from market today.
Because of all these I need at-least 300 Rs compensation.
However, they have given me the compensation of Rs94. Is it not a kind of insulting to the customer.
Please do the needful as this cases will definitely not support customer satisfaction and also make it very difficult for a customer to purchase a product online.

Complaint marked as Resolved They did nothing, i just got my delayed product. However, because of this delay they have just returned me the original cost of the product i.e. 94 Rs. Also, they have given me the gift card worth Rs94. That's it.
but because of this delay I asked them for at-least 300 Rs as compensation.
Amazon is a big brand and such stupidity is definitely not acceptable from them.Anyways, you(consumer complaint) has also not taken any action against them so I am closing this complaint.
