Dear Amazon, We have purchased a phone YU Yuphoria (Buffed Steel) on 10.08.2015 against Amazon order Number:[protected]. But after successful payment 0f Rs 6999 /- till date I didn’t get my phone. After Ordering this phone from Amazon we get very attractive offers from shop clues & Flipkart As our blind trust on Amazon we didn’t go with other sellers and these offer was valid on 15th August Only .Now I am totally restless Amazon have lost its blind faith from the costumers also, Its now seen than the service which was provided by amazon earlier are not like this time . Good Services & good customers are best way to promote a company or website So taking all these things is consideration. We request you kindly process our request and arrange to dispatch my phone ASAP “We would like to notify that we have also called Amazon on phone but no positive feedback we have brought from them initially date of dispatched provided on your website after tracking was upto 16th August now it’s being shifted to 19th August to 24th August” Please tell in this case what would we do or prefer

      Actually the company like Amazon India is think that Indian consumer are foolish. Indian customers do not have any information about their consumer rights. At the time of online shopping company assure you about delivery of products. But once you placed order & made payment just forget your order. Because Amazon is using cheapest & worst courier services like "Aramex" or etc. Actually they simply making profit of millions of dollars by investing in commercial advertisement only. They do not care about Indian customers because they know the country who have population of 130 crore is full of foolish & do not aware about their consumer rights. Amazon is not investing in development of basic infrastructure require to run a e-commerce company. They just hire some foolish & cheapest Indian employees & start profit making in India. So all dear Indians, I appeal to all of you, stop buying from this type company who thinks that we Indians are fools. They think we do not have unity & not aware about our consumer rights.

        I have purchased (10th Aug, 2015) the item (yuphoria mobile)from amzaon india app with my HDFC bank credit card swap. (15 Percentage Off with HDFC card Independence sale) order number[protected]-2576349. In 14 Aug I have received call from courier boy that unable to deliver your shipment today, Tomorrow I will parcel your courier.Next day I waited until evening and contacted courier boy.He say courier is not with me.Then I called Customer care on 16 and 17 of August. they say within 1 day your courier will reach to your home.I waited for 2 days but courier not received.Today I have received SMS unable deliver your courier returned to seller. When I called customer care regarding this issue they saying book again, we will give your money back... When I asked for resend the product, , amazon saying it is not avaliable and your amount will be refunded.When I asked about cashback scheme of independence sale, they said Its Amazon fault, we sorry for that.. Seriously it is not expected from amazon like brands.After this type of service you cannot expect users will users will comeback.

          Hi I placed order for some item on Amazon. I had purchase history. To my surprise, my credit card details are stored by Amazon. How can they use without intimation. Someone may use it wrongly, right? Please guide and give solution for this. I did not like at all that someone stores my card details.

            Order amount total - Rs.7718/- Paid using Credit card - Amount debited from credit card a/c rs.7718. Amazon status - failed. I was asked to REVISE payment again. Revised payment again. Credit card debited again for rs.7718/- Amazon status - failed. Total debit from credit card Rs.15436/- Order at amazon.in cancelled automatically. Amazon credit Rs.7718 only 16th August 2015. Where is my other 7718? Credit card shows debit of 7718? this is really frustrating and a very sad experience with amazon.in. I am not able to buy the product that i wanted. Now, i have to run around to get my money back. The product i want is out of stock as well. very saddening experience. I had good experience with amazon in the past. But, this is unfortunate.

              I am Sadiq ali from ooty.I ordered a HP 15-G222au laptop in amazon.in..I received that package on 18/8/2015. I received only the laptop and its battery . I dint get its charger and other things which will be given along with the laptop...so, I kindly request you to do the needful...and its order ID is[protected]

                Do not go for Amazon! Terrible way of resolving customer complaints. I ordered a Micromax Yureka Plus on 30.07.15 and opted for cash on delivery option. The phone was supposed to get delivered on 03.08.15. The delivery boy said I could swipe my debit card instead of giving him cash if I wish to. I swiped my SBI debit card on his ezetap machine and Rs.9, 999/- was deducted from my account instantly. But the delivery boy claimed that there was a payment failure. He refused to give me the phone. I showed him the message on my phone that I had received from SBI stating that the transaction was successful. He refused to give me the phone and left. When I checked with the SBI branch they showed me that the transaction was successful and the amount was lying with Amazon. I also sent Amazon a snapshot of my bank pass book showing that Rs.9, 999/- has been given to Amazon. I have been mailing and calling the Amazon customer service ever since and they have been claiming that they have not received any amount. The bank statement is proof enough to show the money is with still with Amazon. Amazon is not even looking into the matter seriously and they just took my money and didn't even give me the product.

                  I booked Redmi 2 smart phone at amazon online for cash on delivery. later after receiving the product came to know that product is damage. and after complaining abput this issue to amazon customer care service and they agreeded for refund of amount and product will taken back .past ten days waiting no steps have been taken and reporting false statement that they will collect product today tomorrow. daily making the same issue and i have the proof for the worst thing they have done.

                    At the time of purchasing (10th Aug, 2015) the item from amzaon india app it shows delivery is available at 416510.
                    After tracking the order on bluedart ((18th Aug, 2015) )site it was held by kudal bluedart branch from 4 days(No any intimation to pick or what to do with your shipment).
                    And when i called bluedart they said that they don't give service to 416510(Sawantwadi).
                    Amazon saying that the choice is there and for one or two item they will not provide your shipment for your location and also said that you collect the same from the place where it was hold(416520).

                      I have with amazone India from intial day and ordered around 20-25 items howveer for first this is very bad experiance for me regarding my Order #[protected]. I ordered a Philips 22PFl3758/V7 55 cm (22 inches) Full HD LED TV (Black), at the time of ordering it was in stock and my order also has been confirmed(Credit card deducts EMI amount). Order is in Indepndance day offer period and then after one week amazon are saying it is not available and your amount will be refunded.Seriously it is not expected from amazon like brands.After this type of services you cannot expect users will comeback again on your site. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! HELL AMAZON

                        Sir, MHD-5 Price Rs 190 was booked vide order no[protected]dated 08/08/2015 but making delievery Rs 290/- has been charged by representative of AMAZONE ONLINCE PURCHASE SERVICE on 17/08/2015. I shocked when yr rep. demanding Rs 100/- while making delievery. in other words Rs 100 has been charge extra instead of book price 190/. It is pertinent to mention here that 02 books of MHD 1 & 7 Gullybaba publication supplied by your firm no extra charge has been demanded only printed price amount has been collected from me. This book MHD 5 has been dispatched by D.K.Publishers P. Ltd, 4224/1 Ansari Road New Delhi 2

                          Can you imagine a situation when you long time dream comes true moment turns in a freaking nightmare. Amazon India​ just made that possible for me. I ordered couple of Lumia phones for both my parents on their independence sale. Now the delivery times of both the phones was given as a week's time. I happen to live in the heart of a metropolitan city and yet they are taking a weeks time to deliver. Moreover they have somehow managed to partner with this fine courier service Aramex, which was not able to find my house in in Kolkata, where hundreds of online delivery was made in the past. I mean, seriously!!! A simple Google map search of my address pinpoints the exact location location of my building. So after numerous long waiting calls I gave them an updated address by which I am pretty sure a blind person will be able to reach my house. Apparently, even after a complete week's time, they are "Facing some issue" with the delivery and will be delayed. Now I wonder if it is some marketing policy by Amazon to force the customers towards their one-day delivery scheme! If so, the IIM heads sitting in Amazon have found the perfect technique to piss people off. An 88 billion dollar industry with 20 years of experience in online retailing has devised a perfect way of ruin my dream come true moment. Thank you Amazon for this experience. Rest assured, the next time I order anything online, you would be the last place that would cross my mind.

                            I ordered a bedsheet from Amazon on 2nd August. Order #[protected]. The product was to be delivered by 12th Aug. Product was not delivered as promised. I made a complain by calling them up. They said they would get back in 48 hours time. Been 3 days since then. They have not even responded to my complain. After spending a considerable amount of time people finalize on a product. Delivery date is also a very important factor while placing the order. I am very disappointed the way Amazon has dealt with this order. I want Amazon to complete the delivery ASAP and compensate for the delay in delivery and the inconvenience caused to us.

                              I have ordered slippers from Amazon & called them in regarding color change of slippers, so they said after delivery of slippers, you can request us to change color but when after delivery I contact them, they refused. If they would said it earlier, i would have cancel the order. It wasted my lot of time. So please take appropriate decision regarding it as soon as possible.

                                I placed an order via amazon for a watch. I was delivered an incorrect watch. When I complaint the seller chronowatches, they said they have delivered me right product.

                                They also said that I made the purchase for the incorrectly delivered watch in March. This is right I made the purchase but I am using that product right now.

                                They have denied to take the return now.

                                Please help me. This is fraud. As per them they have some manual record which says that they have delivered me the right product

                                  I purchased one travel bag & i received it on 9th July 2015 I returned that bag cos of its Size is very big. & raise a refund process Now 36 Days passed still my refund money they wont give me back. they said that NEFT is done by them but my bank manager told me that there is no any kind of NEFT in my account. Amazon is doing mail & mail day by day but not giving my money back. i told them 1000 times i visit 5-6 times in bank to cheque amount...

                                    I bought Micromax unite 2 A106 (Grey 8GB) from Amazone.in on 20.03.2015. I had been using this mobile and charger without any complaint since 10.08.2015. Now my mobile's back key, home key and charger not working. There is no problem to receiving calls. But I cannot make calls as the above said keys not working. Please make good these complaints.

                                      I have bought sole e95 in may from amazon sold by fitindia. first of all it was not delivered on time and after number of calls it was sent 10 days late. at that time when it was not delivered i initiated return of the item. and i still stick for return. as i have already paid about in advance i feared that if i have not accepted the article i may loose my money and the product. no one listened to return. and now from may the product is making sound and no one sent the technician to fix. i want amazon to get my product returned and refund my amount.
