I placed my first order on Amazon (order id:[protected]. MRP of one of the products in the order was Rs.130/- (printed on the product). But Amazon sold me it for Rs.180/- I mailed them regarding the same, but obviously they never replied. So my conclusion is Amazon is not so different than other cheap eShopping companies in India. It's not the question of just 50 rupees which they may refund me; but they do this hoping customer won't notice it and they can benefit from it. This is very cheap mentality. Guys, better go with Flipkart. At least they don't do things like this.

      I ordered a product called Intel i5 6600(k) - Unlock version.

      Conversation started with one of your executive stating that the ORder you placed is assured and you get the same exact product as mentioned i even confirmed with the amaon customer care executive even she (12:02 PM BST Kanika:)said the same, At last the product they Changed with out my knowledge and are sending me is (intel i5 6600 processor WHich cannot be over clocked version) and the product price difference is so high total for singel product it costs me 218 GBP. At The time Of My Order (1GBP=97.03 INR as of 4th october).After Now it is more than (1GBP=99INR)>Who is Going To bear My Time Delay And Increase In Product Cost?.Please CHECK ALL MY CHAT HISTORY FOR VERYFICAION .The customer executive (07:40 PM BST Vikneshvaran) simply said me to place an another order and later he solved my problem and still my total cart value is much higher to more than 5 pounds with Late Shipping(A MONTH) DElay and its not acceptable.         Strontium 16GB Jet USB 3.0 Order#[protected] FedEx, Tracking #:[protected] I have ordered a pendrive (Strontium 16GB Jet USB 3.0) form amazon on 28th September, 2015 on cash on delivery. the expected delivery date was 6th October. the product was shipped from bhiwandi to tarapur(local facility) by 30th September. but the courier service(FedEx) is not delivering my product. they sent me emails and msgs that my product is out for delivery but they never brought the product at my home. and gave the reason that the customer was not available, but my parents are always available at home. i even complainted about it on amazon customer service 3 times but nothing happened. i am posting this compliant against Amazon India as well as FedEx. against Amazon for its carelessness againt the customer and against FedEx for its bad courier service i have attached the copy of invoice, fedex tracking record and amazon tracking.

          Product(Iphone 5s) returned to amazon after agreement that they shall refund the money which is not the case. Chasing since one and half month. No clarity on refund status, getting different answers each time. Product had fake display as diagnosed by Apple service center. product returned on 3 sep 2015.

            I have ordered Tech Armor Screen protector for my Iphone 6 . I have ordered it on Sep 28 2015. Delivered date mentioned was 3rd oct . Its been 3 days after the mentioned date . When i am tracking in amzon nothing was updated. When i called the cus care they too dont know where the item . This is really frustrating even they dont know where the item . Flipkart is far better than this .

                I have ordered laptop Lenovo U41 worth Rs.50, 490 on 19th September 2015 [ORDER #[protected]] . I was supposed to receive it by 23rd September 2015 - 26th September 2015.

                The laptop did not come. I checked the status. It is stuck in transit in Delhi location . The courier service is Amazon Transportation Services [Tracking #:[protected]].

                After numerous calls after 26th September, Customer Services suggested me to raise A-to-Z Guaratee Claim on 29th Sep 2015. So far not refunded amount or laptop has come. The tracking update is stuck to same position. On 30th Sep 2015, I have received the mail from Amazon that they have contacted the seller and here is the claim status update -
                Claim Status: Thank you for providing us with the return tracking information. The seller will reimburse you directly. If you are do not receive an update within five working days, please contact us so that we may take further action.

                But the seller did not contact me. I am really frustrated. I have tried to contact seller and amazon customer services, Noone has refunded my money yet.

                It is very frustrating.

                    I ordered rubic cube in amazon.in. Order#[protected] .I received duplicate/ dummy / defective product. I was totally disappointed after receiving that product.The item showing in image is totally different what i got. Please replace with new original product or give me money back. I purchased so many products in amazon. Due to this product, i lost my goodwill on amazon. i will never buy any product and i will suggest to my friends also. Don't buy any product in amazon. they are cheating.

                        Hi Folks,

                        I ordered this product of Micro max P470 from Amazon a few days ago.Till 10 days, this product worked okay but from the 11th day this product is not even working. The tab is not switching ON and its only charging. I have contacted Amazon support but they are not responding and they simply disconnect my call.

                        Micro max P470 has only CONS and no PROS :

                        1) The display is so up that you can even see the pixels while watching a movie. Its similar to old days cheap CHINESE phones.

                        2) When you load a H D movie the tab hangs up and restarts. This is what an amazing product from Micro max.

                        3) When I use a 8BG card, it works okay. When I use 16GB it keeps restarting whenever I load any application.

                        4) The Sound Quality on Earphones is too BAD and I would say WORSE. And without earphones, its like everyone can hear in your Society on all floors.

                        5) This tab is so so slow that I launch an application and on an average it takes 10-12 seconds to load even when there is only one application.

                        This product is not switching ON and I have tried almost everything researched on INTERNET regarding the reset of factory settings.

                        WORSE PRODUCT FROM MICRO MAX.

                        WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AMAZON.

                        The AMAZON return policy is WORSE and they did not even acknowledge my REQUESTS to refund/return this product.

                        But I am going to take this on a higher level and will point this to AMAZON'S Quality Service(QA/QC) Team and Customer Satisfaction Team.

                        I suggest you to please THINK A LOT BEFORE YOU BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM AMAZON as the results may be MISLEADING and you would END UP WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

                        AMAZON is the worse site to order.

                          I have purchased Android one phone from amazon.in. Phone having various problems like touch display etc. I have submitted to the center. they said we will have to change its motherboard. they already took 2 months for repairing but phone is not get repaired yet. Please provide the solution what to do, the phone is in warranty and its warranty is getting short day by day and not get the net solution yet. Please help me to take replacement from Amazon.in.

                            My Order #[protected]. I ordered this product on 5th September and was expecting delivery by 12th September. The product never arrived it was still showing that the product was moving from one warehouse in Bangalore to another. So I called the call center Sep 14, he said the product will arrive in a day or 2. When I called up the call center on Sept 16, they suggested that I cancel it and so I did. I asked when I would get the cashback, they said by weekend. I have the email for the same: [protected]-- Hello, This e-mail is regarding the recent conversation we had. Like promised i have stopped and returned your order. You will receive the refund as soon as the order reaches back to us. It will reach back sooner rather than later. By the end of this week, Please do feel free to contact us for any further details. Have a nice evening. Warmest regards, PALLAVI [protected]-- No, I didnt get the cashback. So I checked with the Seller as to what was taking so long. They replied saying:"Logistics is taken care by amazon-contact Amazon customer care - sports365" and so they cant do anything until the product is returned to them. So I called the call center again on Sep 24. The reply "we are checking, you will get it by this weekend". The weekend got over. So posted on Amazon wall on Facebook, they said I will get the refund by 2nd October. Its 5th today with no refund. Tracking shows that the product has not moved an inch from 17th of September. I am pretty sure that they have misplaced the item. But they are not refunding me!!!                                 Ordered on 24 September 2015, Order ID[protected]: FOR Rs. 850 FOR 1# of Prof. Peter's Divine Noni Gold - 800ml [ASIN: B001G95JPU]. The product was not delivered and even after constant follow-up the delivery boy whose number was mentioned in the sms we recd never responded. neither we got single call from amazon yet. it being a product with medicinal property, i was banking on amazon delivering within the date they had specified as my current stock was getting over, but they have delayed it so much even after the committed delivery date that i could not continue the desired course of this medicine. this is very irresponsible behavior by Amazon.

                                    I purchased a dell 18.5" led monitor fro amazon through cah on delivery (cod) amd found to be defective one when i received it and opened it contacted customer care and after great difficulty they agreed to replace it and they sent another dell led 18.5" monitor and got picked up the defective one. To my utter surpriseas well as shock the another dell 18.5" led monitor sent as replacement one is again defective one. I can not believe that there could be quality problem with dell led monitor but i am of the view that old and defective material is being sold on amazon site. I am also writing to dell to get their views whether this led monitor is geniune one or not.

                                      Hi, Order ID :[protected] I've placed Sony Xperia Z Ultra on September 4, 2015 from Amazon website. Till now I didn't get the product. When I asked for refund, they said that order is delivered to you. I've been touch with courier service of my area, even he told he didn't received the product but Amazon saying they delivered the product and they have customer signature acceptance. I filled claim and they denied saying that order is delivered on August 13, 2105. How is it possible.

                                        I have order an one plus two phone on 21 st September and it was suppose to deliver on 26 September, but after alot of follow up with customer care they asked to give time till 30 September and that also passed but no body called us about the item delivery.
