Hello Team, hope you doing good ! But to be honest with you, I am not good at all. Being the largest online gian in online shopping with United States, the customer service is not even deal with the standards. In a second time in a row, I have received my Box empty. But this time, the story is quiet different. I have ordered Boss SoundTouch 20 series order #:[protected] 10 days back around. The order was delivered around 12 PM I guess and when I opened the item, two bricks were nice placed in it instead of music system. I have called then and there to Amazon and had a word with Grace from returnes & refunds team and she told me nothing to worry and this does happen sometimes. I have told her right there that this happened with me earlier as well and she asked me to wait. Since than, I have tried a lot to get in touch with Amazon's Grace and no one transferred my call to her and so far, i have called amazon for almost 25 times and they are just beating around the bush. Several life threatening emails has been sent to me that I have got lots of refunds from Amazon and they are going to deny this complaint of missing item (bricks sent to me). How the hell I have got of refunds when I have only 2 Accounts. One for me and another for my Mom. She oredred iphone cover which was shipped from US and it was also missing and that's why this refund was offered to me and when I have paid you guys around 28000 INR, you guys again played with me? On top of it, I had around 25 interactions with Amazon Supervisors and all of them never helped me. Instead they harassed me like anything and told "SIR YOU ALREADY GOT A REFUND OF BLOODY 400 DUE TO MISSING ITEM, HENCE YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND HENCE REFUND HAS BEEN DENIED". That was the exact wording of a Floor Supervisors when they spoke with me. Now, at the same time, I have received few emails from Account Services team of Amazon of having multiple Accounts and a threatening warning to close my Accounts. Now, when you have my 28000 rupees and you have sent me 2 bricks, you wanna close my account on what basis? I lived in a 3 storey bulding which is on rent and i don't know what other guys are doing. This does not mean at all that it was me who placed all the orders and returned them. You could have instructed your delivery person to stay there for a minute until I can close the box. That would be the great way to avoid such happenings with you and customer. I works with American Express and this news is already viral as i have told everything what Amazon did with me and if this email or complaint does not help me, I am all ready to spend another 10, 000 INR to file a legal complaint because... I am not going to pay you guys 28000 INR for two bricks and please keep in mind not to call me. I want all the communications to be done my email as i works in night shifts. So, kindly dont call me and I would greatly appreciate if you guys can approve or decline my refund. If declined, I will go ahead and file a legal complaint with local police. Regards Anuj

I NEED HELP - AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE. This is first time that I am facing such issue with Amazon, I have received missing product. Ordered w26+ smartwatch 1.75 inch #[protected] on 28-July-2021. Firstly I received different item, then I got it replaced, but second time I received empty box with only strips and not the watch. I told this to the delivery person but he was unable to help me, so I called customer care and had a word with the executive from Returns & Refunds team and he told me nothing to worry, they will raise investigation and asked me to wait for 5 days. Since then I am trying to call Amazon customer care, now they refuse to resolve my problem. I have called Amazon for almost 20 times and they are denying to resolve my issue. I would greatly appreciate if you guys reinvestigation and refund my money or replace my order.

      Since a few months i have been facing numerous problems with the product and went to the authorized service center of the brand, only to find out that the invoice generated through amazon.In website does not fulfill the one year warranty benefit, as promised. The product was said to be devoid of its warranty on july 2015. The product should have been under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase, but the invoice copy says otherwise according to service center officials. After making several requests to amazon.In for issuance of a correct and rectified invoice, they paid no heed. I have been patient for long. Kindly consider my complaint against amazon india.

        Hello Sir, I have ordered a product worth Rs 94 from Amazon.in order no. is[protected].As per amazon the product was scheduled to be delivered by 24th Sept 2015. However, product was not delivered so on 25th Sept 2015, I asked them to deliver the product as I have to purchase the product on Saturday from market if not delivered because the delivery address was my office address where I resume my duty on 28th Sept 2015. However, I have not received the product on 25th Sept as well. Because of these delay, I have purchased the product from market, I have spent my time, my vehicle fuel and also taken so much pain to purchase the product from market today. Because of all these I need at-least 300 Rs compensation. However, they have given me the compensation of Rs94. Is it not a kind of insulting to the customer. Please do the needful as this cases will definitely not support customer satisfaction and also make it very difficult for a customer to purchase a product online.

        They did nothing, i just got my delayed product. However, because of this delay they have just returned me the original cost of the product i.e. 94 Rs. Also, they have given me the gift card worth Rs94. That's it. but because of this delay I asked them for at-least 300 Rs as compensation. Amazon is a big brand and such stupidity is definitely not acceptable from them.Anyways, you(consumer complaint) has also not taken any action against them so I am closing this complaint.

          I have ordered Redmi 2 prime mobile and Redmi 2 was delivered instead. I faced a lot of difficulty in packing and sending the product back to get the refund. After getting the amount refunded, I again ordered Redmi 2 prime but surprisingly for the second time again Redmi 2 has been delivered. Now I have to again send the product back and again apply for the refund. I am a regular customer of Amazon but this king of pathetic service has forced me to not use Amazon in future under any circumstances.

It was delivered to me on 24.09.2015. It was rapped by polythene and when I finally opened the polythene I got a torn packet containing a empty & torn packet of "Skore T20 Coloured - 20 Condoms & Free Gift".

                      A dell 18.5" led monitor was purchased and when during delivery i wanted to check it but was denied by the courier boy saying that a buyer can not open this box before paying the bill amount and after that if the delivered product is having some concerns the courier person will not be responsible and all the complaints if any are to be raised with amazon only. after paying the bill bill amount when opened this found to be defective one and noe amazon has refused to change this product

                        Dear Sir, Recently on 12-sep-2015 i have bought 2 of Buffalo WCR-GN Wireless N150 Router, Access Point & Bridge, which was priced INR.321/- each. (http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B003ZM17R0?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_deta... ) after placing an order. every thing went fine and i asked calling to amazon, as i have placed an order as the price shown 321, is there any problem with the purchase. so as in reply amazon customer service center said there is no issue with my order and said it will be delivered. later the seller who was selling the product called me and said that your order will be cancelled as the price was given mistake. i told that amazon customer service told that there is no issue with my order and will be delivered. So in responce the seller (iBhejo) told that ok we will contact the amazon. after 1week i got mail that my product got cancelled and money will be refunded with in 2days. immediatly i called amazon.in inresponce Amazon call center: Its price mistake, will u give the product in the same situation, with huge loss ? My self responded : i told yes if its my mistake defnitly i will give and even tough when i called amazon.in your people said that there is no issue with my product and said it will be delivered. now i got message as cancellation and said that i need routers defnitly or other wise to provide some other brand router for the same price i bought. Amazon call center : so that they told they will ask the seller. Next day i got mail from seller that we only can refund the money and cannot provide any thing back. Again i called amazon and said the issue, they told again we will talk to seller as the buyer was not accepting the refund. later amazon telling simply apolozies twice as they cannot do any things as the product is not fulfilled by Amazon. And its the seller product. please kindly look forward into this and requesting to provide the routers for the same price which i have purchased. Please help me in this. I really lost my happienes of this. Really depressed and unable to show my face to friends as i told them that i got for less price.if the order was cancelled on the same day i may be not bothered.                           i ordered essot 2.0 Stereo Wired High Powered and High Bass Multimedia speaker from amazon. but this item was damaged. i requested for replacement. but they told me that you will self ship your item. if cash on delivery fascility is availabe for item .so why they dont give fascility for direct replacement ?

                            I have Ordered a table mate in Amazon India. The listing is below http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00Q8MHXMM?redirect=true&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_... Seller is "LIGHTS". They mentioned in description and picture as Multi table brand and India made strong product. 1 month back my friend purchased this product and it was good. With that feedback I have order for my self. But this time the experience was completely shocked. I have received a different brand with the name Table mate and it is completely useless quality. I am frustrated with this cheating. I don't wanna blame amazon on this, but they should not encourage such sellers in selling different items than the one which mentioned in listings.                               Dear Sir/Mam, I have purchased one product (Suchi Womens Georgette Cocktail Dress (Sfirp30009 _Blue _Large) ) from amazon (sheller ' kaya fashions) that is one frock but cloth is not good so that i have returned this product within time on 4th sep 2015 . And sheller ( kaya fashions) has received this product on 10 September. But he is telling that product not received. Still he is not returned my cash Rs .755 .
                              Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                I had ordered 3 books from Amazon India of which one book named Case Files Critical Care Order#[protected] booked and paid Rs.2542.09 indian rupees online on 16.09.2015 was dispatched by Amazon utilizing DTDC Courier service Tracking number D24365402.The tracking shows book delivered till Noida but did not reach my address till this day 23.9.15 as I write to you. Inquiring Amazon and DTDC courier both have been unable to track the book which had reached Noida on 17.09.2015.Moreover the courier service has no details to whom they have delivered the book to.Kindly intervene.

                                  Worst service... i bought dell inspiron laptop battery in amazon.in and tried to charge that battery i'm not able to charge and then called customer care executive of amazon they are keep on saying wait for two business days we will contact seller. even i don't have return option for that product. almost from two weeks they are saying same thing. don't go with amazon worst service. my Order#[protected]

                                    Even after i returned the product worth 2499 i have not received my money till date. the money was 1st refunded in the account on 5th September 2015 but was revoked stating account holders name mismatch, i complained about the same and change the detailed still no refund is received stating technical error from last 20 days and being asked to wait 24 hrs every single day

While processing there was some problem with the sever but my amount is taken in my card the order is not placed...
