Hi Folks,

I ordered this product of Micro max P470 from Amazon a few days ago.Till 10 days, this product worked okay but from the 11th day this product is not even working. The tab is not switching ON and its only charging. I have contacted Amazon support but they are not responding and they simply disconnect my call.

Micro max P470 has only CONS and no PROS :

1) The display is so up that you can even see the pixels while watching a movie. Its similar to old days cheap CHINESE phones.

2) When you load a H D movie the tab hangs up and restarts. This is what an amazing product from Micro max.

3) When I use a 8BG card, it works okay. When I use 16GB it keeps restarting whenever I load any application.

4) The Sound Quality on Earphones is too BAD and I would say WORSE. And without earphones, its like everyone can hear in your Society on all floors.

5) This tab is so so slow that I launch an application and on an average it takes 10-12 seconds to load even when there is only one application.

This product is not switching ON and I have tried almost everything researched on INTERNET regarding the reset of factory settings.

WORSE PRODUCT FROM MICRO MAX.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AMAZON.

The AMAZON return policy is WORSE and they did not even acknowledge my REQUESTS to refund/return this product.

But I am going to take this on a higher level and will point this to AMAZON'S Quality Service(QA/QC) Team and Customer Satisfaction Team.

I suggest you to please THINK A LOT BEFORE YOU BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM AMAZON as the results may be MISLEADING and you would END UP WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

AMAZON is the worse site to order.

    I have purchased Android one phone from amazon.in. Phone having various problems like touch display etc. I have submitted to the center. they said we will have to change its motherboard. they already took 2 months for repairing but phone is not get repaired yet. Please provide the solution what to do, the phone is in warranty and its warranty is getting short day by day and not get the net solution yet. Please help me to take replacement from Amazon.in.

      My Order #[protected]. I ordered this product on 5th September and was expecting delivery by 12th September. The product never arrived it was still showing that the product was moving from one warehouse in Bangalore to another. So I called the call center Sep 14, he said the product will arrive in a day or 2. When I called up the call center on Sept 16, they suggested that I cancel it and so I did. I asked when I would get the cashback, they said by weekend. I have the email for the same: [protected]-- Hello, This e-mail is regarding the recent conversation we had. Like promised i have stopped and returned your order. You will receive the refund as soon as the order reaches back to us. It will reach back sooner rather than later. By the end of this week, Please do feel free to contact us for any further details. Have a nice evening. Warmest regards, PALLAVI [protected]-- No, I didnt get the cashback. So I checked with the Seller as to what was taking so long. They replied saying:"Logistics is taken care by amazon-contact Amazon customer care - sports365" and so they cant do anything until the product is returned to them. So I called the call center again on Sep 24. The reply "we are checking, you will get it by this weekend". The weekend got over. So posted on Amazon wall on Facebook, they said I will get the refund by 2nd October. Its 5th today with no refund. Tracking shows that the product has not moved an inch from 17th of September. I am pretty sure that they have misplaced the item. But they are not refunding me!!!           Ordered on 24 September 2015, Order ID[protected]: FOR Rs. 850 FOR 1# of Prof. Peter's Divine Noni Gold - 800ml [ASIN: B001G95JPU]. The product was not delivered and even after constant follow-up the delivery boy whose number was mentioned in the sms we recd never responded. neither we got single call from amazon yet. it being a product with medicinal property, i was banking on amazon delivering within the date they had specified as my current stock was getting over, but they have delayed it so much even after the committed delivery date that i could not continue the desired course of this medicine. this is very irresponsible behavior by Amazon.

              I purchased a dell 18.5" led monitor fro amazon through cah on delivery (cod) amd found to be defective one when i received it and opened it contacted customer care and after great difficulty they agreed to replace it and they sent another dell led 18.5" monitor and got picked up the defective one. To my utter surpriseas well as shock the another dell 18.5" led monitor sent as replacement one is again defective one. I can not believe that there could be quality problem with dell led monitor but i am of the view that old and defective material is being sold on amazon site. I am also writing to dell to get their views whether this led monitor is geniune one or not.

                Hi, Order ID :[protected] I've placed Sony Xperia Z Ultra on September 4, 2015 from Amazon website. Till now I didn't get the product. When I asked for refund, they said that order is delivered to you. I've been touch with courier service of my area, even he told he didn't received the product but Amazon saying they delivered the product and they have customer signature acceptance. I filled claim and they denied saying that order is delivered on August 13, 2105. How is it possible.

                  I have order an one plus two phone on 21 st September and it was suppose to deliver on 26 September, but after alot of follow up with customer care they asked to give time till 30 September and that also passed but no body called us about the item delivery.                       Hello Authority, I ordered a Safari Thorium Polycarbonate 77 (cms) Silver Hardsided Suitcase (Thorium-Stubble-Silver-77-4WH) Sold by: VRPL costs 4, 530.00 from Amazon India order no #[protected]. they did not deliver my product to the recipient (Ship to Party): Katerina Lorencova. Amzon promised to deliver on 23rd September but they did not. Amazon lied to me. And she went to Prague on 23rd night. I have prove that she is in Europe on 24th September. But according to courier Blue dart, Amazon deliver this product. It is not possible. They did not deliver this product. They do not have any prove and Katerina Lorencova is in Prague during the time of delivery. So how the courier and Amazon can tell me lies. Amazon wanted to pay money from last 7 days, but they did not. So I want to complain against Amazon India, 1. they did not kept their promise of delivery date. 2. They did not deliver the product but in their website, they are showing its delivered, which is big lie. 3.They did not return my money also even though they promised. 4. Very bad customer services, all the time they lied. I would request to authority to do necessary things against Amazon so that they will not dare to cheat customers again in our land.                         I ordered a packet of Skore T20 Coloured - 20 Condoms & Free Gift with order number[protected]. I got the packet wrapped by a polythene on 24th September, 2015 by a delivery boy of DTDC. But when I opened the wrapper, I got a torn packet containing empty torn packet of Skore T20 Coloured - 20 Condoms & Free Gift. There was no condom or no gift. Who have done it? Why do I suffer? Either send me the product or return my money..
                        Are you there to do anything for consumer?
                        If yes, then why don't you check the complaints or why don't you do anything?

                            ..10 months before I bought a titan chronography watch from amazon I.e cost of 8000 but the empty box was delivers at my address ...I followed with amazon team for this since on month but no resolution, i did mail to amazon co founder Mr. Zeff regarding the same but no answer i got.                               Dear Amazon,

                              I have ordered an One Plus Two phone on the 23rd of September 2015. Have used this emai id as my account to order it.

                              It was guaranteed to be delivered by 25th September but I do not know what is wrong with your delivery system that I have not received it yet. I have been literally calling you guys twice every day since the 25th and all that is get is that it is at the local delivery station and will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

                              It is an important order for me but you guys donot seem to take it seriously.

                              What is wrong with you seriously!

                              If you guys cannot arrange for the delivery, please let me know where this so called local delivery station is I will go and collect it from there.

                              FYI, I have also sent an email before for a fossil watch that I purchased from Amazon for 6500, turned out to be FAKE. No reply whatsoever I got from Amazon, and you guys call yourself as Earth's most customer centric company! (HAHA)

                                Dear Consumer complaint cell, My self Thavasi. I had purchased an helmet from Amazon on 4th Sep 15, & recvd defective product. An I request to replace the seller said he'll return the money but request to resend the helmet back n gave address. I also sent by spending 228/- through IPS. And it returned back saying wrong address, and he said he'll not pay the courier charge. And ask to resend again. I am facing this issue from past 1 month it is not yet sorted. Several call to customer care has been done & all in vain. Getting irresponsible response. This is what the service got from Amazon.                                     I ordered 2 products from Amazon India worth 1998rs out of which one was defective. I ordered for return of the product and it has been more than a month, I have not received any refund from their side. They insist that the transaction has been completed but my bank denies. I gave them a copy of my account statement also. I asked them for NEFT no. to which they gave me an incomplete NFT no. which is of no use. I have been calling their customer care from past 1 month but they are just beating around the bush. So far, they have not provided me any NEFT no. or any transaction completion proof so that I could pursue my bank. The refund is only for 999rs but even for such a minute amount they are harassing the customer. Please help!

                                      I have purchased an item from your web portal, I have yet not received the item from the concern delivery agency - Sushil Courier Agency, Beawar (Ph [protected]). As per Amazon SMS service item should be delivered by today evening.

                                      And I have recently got a call from your agent, to collect that item from their office only, and they are not going to delivered the same till next 6-7 days.

                                      What kind of service your are providing Sir..this is not the first time that this agent asking me for collecting the packed by self. Its become regular practice & its seems very shameful manner to servicing your clients.

                                      Really its very bad experience I have faced from you and your supporting agency...

                                        Return and refund of products in amazon is worst thing, return of product after initiation of return takes very long time and for refund they are not even replying, after so many ph calls, they have initiated my refund and that too not whole amount return, i payed 655 for tupperware lunch box, but while claiming for refund, .. they are returning check of 455.
