I purchased product but it was faulty, when i take picture from camera the view of flip cover is also coming in those pictures.i complaint about this to your custumer care service but they didnt solve my problem.should i go to consumer forum.

      Beware of Amazon ! They cleverly mention 100% purchase protection and easy returns on all products and you will forget to read the fine print...then you will have to struggle forever to get your money back. One of the sellers on Amazon cheated me by sending me a wrong product of lesser value...guess what Amazon expected me to do ? They gave me a deadline of 3 days to ship the product back - I had to spend 1085 Rs to ship this back - now they expect me to wait until the reciept of the item by the seller and then give him 5 more days !!! So more freedom to the seller (inspite of he cheating the customer) and deadlines and work and wait for the customer !! (Order ID:[protected] !!

        I ordered the below product from Amazon on 20th July, 2015, despite the estimated delivery date being 27th July, 2015 - Vector X Gym Fitness Gloves Vx 300, L (Black) The tracking status still shows the status as 'Dispatched' despite complaints and messages to costumer care.         I have filed an A-Z claim for the order. Got a swift response from the customer service that claim shall be processed. Though they were not able to track the reason for such a delay, they have communicated the same to the seller and have apologized for the delay.

          Two items I had ordered reached the pickup location that I had specified. I couldn't pick it up immediately and two later I got the message that I had picked up the order, when i had not. That was resolved with the explanation that someone had mistakenly scanned the items, or something like that. If someone can just scan it and show it as "picked up" what is the point is customers showing ID at the point of delivery? In any case, the pickup location, a medical store, was supposed to be open, according to Amazon, between 9:00 - 5:00 everyday. Which it wasn't because it had shut down. So in order to pick up you had to call a number posted on the closed shutter. But the guy who responded to the number was always somewhere else or not close to the shop and therefore couldn't come there to hand over. After this went on for some days I emailed Amazon, twice, that I wanted to cancel the order. Until now, no response. And on their website these two items are still marked as "Picked Up". Since I have already paid for these items, Amazon.in got my money and the pickup location guy got the products.

            I am sorry to usee the word "s#it" but the experience has been that. Got delayed delivery & a broken screen. The packaging wasn't proper. Generated a return label. The first day the guy came on a bike to pick a 32 inch led tv. (Kudos to the intelligence of Amazon Employees...) He said will come the next day. It has been 4 days since. The package has still not been picked. Spoke to 4 customer service SUPERVISORS - Kalim, Ashish, Shashank & Ram (One more retarted than the other). Everyone apologized & promised that it will be picked next day. In the meantime, the money is still with Amazon. They DO NOT HAVE A REPLACEMENT as out of stock. Still awaiting pick-up. Hopefully will happen this year. Really pathetic Customer Experience. If Amazon reads these reviews & values Customer Feedback please close shop on delivering Electronic items till you improve your service...

              Amazon India Not providing Invoice with IMEI number on it

On 17th July 2015 my phone stopped working then i contacted MI customer service center in Delhi, they asked me to provide Invoice with IMEI number on it.               My account registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com is closed for returning high percentage of goods.

              Please understand that I have not returned excessively in 2014 and early 2015 but recently Amazon quality has deteriorated and so many of my friends and colleagues also returned the goods..
              But I think this is a consumer right to reject goods if quality is not good.

              Anyways if Amazon does not want me as customer I will also not shop from you..

              There are around 1200/- rs of refunds pending from Amazon and I have not received them till date.
              Atleast complete your refunds before closing my account.

              To get justice
              - I have filed my complaint against Amazon on akosha
              - I am writing blogs defaming Amazon is cheater on multiple websites.
              - Also I will go to consumer help is I do not get justice from Amazon..

              THE BELOW ORDERS WERE REFUSED/OR RETURNED BY ME AS AMAZON CLOSED THE ONLINE ACCOUNT SUDDENLY WHILE MY ORDERS WERE BEING DELIVERED AND DISPATCHED..

                ORDER #[protected] as i have order mi tab as cash on delivery option and next day i have return that product. at 1st of Aug. I have seen as a status that refund is issued and return is succesfully done. But actually it doesn't credit in my account so that i have reached to customer service reprentative he told me that your amount is credited by NEFT wait for 4to5 bussiness day. so today is not credited to so i have reached to customer support service but know they are telling me that it is eeror from our side so it is not showing when you paid for this order. and you never get refund for this

                  My name is zair sayed and I had bought Air condition from Amazon Order #[protected] Mar/31/2015. That time there was a Cashback offer worth Rs 2000 on Amazon. It was told to me that I will get the caskback within 15 days that never happened. Then I called the customer support representation explaining him the entire story and he said that he will escalate the matter to his senior and credit the cashback amount back in the same account from where it was charged, which never happened. Then I had sent an email to Amazon explaining the complete story and showing my frustration which had no impact on Amazon team. Whenever I email them this is the response that I get in return, Hello, I understand your concern regarding the cash back for the order #[protected] which you have not yet received. I completely understand your disappointment. That's definitely not what we want our customers to experience. I've reviewed our previous correspondence with you, and I'm very sorry about the incomplete information you received. So please don’t believe in Amazon in reality they are doing fraud by showing the Ads and exciting offers.

                    Amazon India has sent me damadged and used product. When I placed retun request for Order Id:[protected], Amazon has closed my account and not accepting the return. It causes me a huge loss of rs. 40000. I request people do not buy anything from Amazon. They are cheating people.

                          The above order wasn placed on 16th may 2015 and was received on 24th june.on 25th June return request was made as the piece was defective.The information was received by the company and told t, hat it will be collected by us within short period.since then nothing has been heard from the company and has neither collected the item.Regarding refund nothing has been made and in turn say that the time has lapsed.It is thus requested that the refund may kindly be made as there is no fault of mine. Hope for an early action at your end.

                              but nothing reached to me. called customer care and their answer was to check neighbourhood. i stupidly did asked door to door, didnt helped but received some shamelessly comments from them. Felt exhausted and called again they said an investigation is going so cant give back my money till that finished. The most favor they can do is to return my money, but i am not satisfied with that. i really wants to know who the culprit is and he should surely suffer the legal actions. refund of money wont make my day, i suffered and feel humiliated for days. Plus the order was a gift and also ruined the event.

                                To whom so ever it may concern, The order has not been delivered but i had to collect it myself from the Gati KWE warehouse after it failed to deliver the same. The product was present at the warehouse in Noida since 28th July 2015 morning and amazon & Gati KWE failed to deliver it till today i.e. 1st August 2015 at Ghaziabad. The place is just at 20 min. distance from warehouse but due to poor response from Gati and lack of grievance cell, my complaint was never attended. Thus i was forced to drink very poor quality water even in bad health. I had already made the payment and i was also charged rs. 500 extra as transportation charges still my request to deliver it at the earliest remained unheard. After being utterly disappointed by the poor customer service i had to fetch the product myself. It has been my worst experience in online shopping that too from amazon. It is a matter of shame that complete ignorance was shown from amazon team towards the poor service of transport agency. Atleast amazon should not boast for claiming to have delivered it to customer if your team cannot compensate for the mental agony caused to me.

                                  On 19th july, I have purchased Bexton boom box from Amazon . it was received on 22nd in damaged conditions . the same was returned on 26th of July. But till date no body was bothered to speak to me regarding the refund and on 1st of August call centre person tells me that they have spoken to the retailer and if he is not taking action then amazon will initiate enquiry and it will take 1 to 2 weeks to decide on the refunds. This shows that amazon in no way is concerned about the customer. Now I would like to have the refund. Kindly help me out.

                                    This is in regards to an online purchase of iBall Slide Performance Series 7236 3G17 Tablet which I purchased online from AMAZON.com on 15th Aug 2014.(Amazon.in order number:[protected].Serial Num ber: IMEI - [protected]). The product came with 1yr warranty Within some time it stopped working and when I went to the authorized service center of I ball they said that they do not provide warranty on online sales, when I contacted AMAZON they said its not possible the warranty is there and they will check with I ball company. It has been such a long time since I''ve been running around from here and there and calling and mailing but they just keep on delaying the issue. And as the warranty period is about to over I think finally It would be me who has to suffer. These companies spend crores of rupees on advertisements and once the product is sold they don''t even listen to the customer. I guess the law would open their ears.

Now my question is how is it possible to buying amazon.in's product if they want varieties types amount in same day of same product?
