These people have taken my $500+ worth gift cards and now have closed my 2 accounts. Tried contacting their "account specialists" for the past 12 days but they give is stock replies. I just want my money back. I have kept all their e-mails (actually 2)

    I booked an wireless headphone for my phone from amazon.in on 17.09.2014, which was shipped to me by Order #:[protected] by some seller from Indore namely from Vijal Haria, the headphone was not compatible with phone so i immediately asked for returning it and very next day i.e on 23.09.2014 returened the same as an how required by the seller. I paid for the headphone around 5, 600/- and 125/- as delivery charges and i paid even 615/- rupees extra for returning the same. Now as they have my money and the product they r blackmailing me that you have open the product thus we will deduct 4000/- rupees for the same and i am not able to understand that though the product was not used at all how can some seller just by defrauding his customers and by blackmailing/forcing him can deduct an abrupt amount based on his own whims and fancies. Yesterday i.e on 25.09.2014 they returned me 2500/- rupees even though when i have requested for the entire refund of the same. So I am helpless as i am thinking that what if they would have deducted the entire amount or they would have refunded me Rupees 10/- only and said that as you have open that product your entire money is deducted.Just because the product and money is with them they are blackmailing me and have deducted my money. I wish strict action against them should be taken so that they should not repeat the same with other genuine customers just by unjustly enriching them self by defrauding other. I request all to avoid amazon.in as they are supporting fraud sellers to associate with them and to cheat customers in close connivance and specially don't place any order to the seller Mr. Vijal Haria at Global Multimedia Galery, UG-11 Arcade Silver-56, Palasia, Indore- MP. They are just cheating people and unjustly enriching themselves from the money of others, everyone kindly avoid amazon.in and his sellers as later they blackmail you and you fell helpless as your both money and the product for which you have paid is gone.       my Order #[protected] for Dell Adapter is this. when i purchased this product it displayed a 100% genuine product along with Dell India warranty, but when i received the product it was a fake one, i filed a complaint but they only said that they will return the amount and later on they changed the advertisement on thier website and changed the price to Rs.1400 which initially was Rs.699 they asked me to ship it back for resolving i had to pay Rs.100 extra as well. the advertisement initially showed a 100% genuine Dell Adapter with Dell India Warranty for Rs. 699 so i ordered it but i was fooled later. i also have Snapshots of the advertisements. please help me through this.

Since the product was available on website with advance payment only with no Cash On Delivery option, I was bound to place the order with advance option. According as per the total cost mentioned by the Seller I paid Rs. 36500. The delivery estimate mentioned by the seller for the product was anytime between 06/09/2014 to 16/09/2014. I was eagerly waiting for my phone till 16/09/2014 but I didn't get my phone as per the expected date, after that I started dropping some inspection mails in this concern to "Martelektra", from whom I haven't yet received any response. I request you take this matter with utmost priority and resolve the issue as the amount of Rs. 36500 is a very big amount for anyone. At this point of time I am also ready to cancel my order with the assurance that my paid amount would be refunded to me. Alternatively I am also ready to get my order delivered to me within next 3 working days. Kindly help me out to resolve the issue.

            Sorry to hear that you too are in trouble. I too am ordered an item about a month back, still I'vent received it. Have you got any response from anyone during this period ?               Recently i came from hyderabad to Betma(indore). So i purchased RO from amazon.in & transaction id[protected]. But that was not working condition. So i sent back by the speed post. I paid Rs6500 & spend Rs650 for installation and uninstall. I spent Rs 710 for return charges. But they return Rs4425 only. Actuall amazon told free shipping. but they sent me damaged product so install & uninstall charges wasted & return charges from my pocket. Every day i call to amazon customer care [protected]. But every day asking whole history and told me wait 2 days. I have small baby that's why i purchased RO. But now my money with other's hand unable to purchase new one. amazon people delay to my money. So please understand my situation. Please arrange my money from amazon. my money(Rs 2075 for remain amount from purchase & installation &uninstall Rs650 & postal charges of return the product Rs 710) Rs 3435 arrange early as possible.                 I ordered a Gionee S5.5 mobile from Amazon.in under the ORDER #[protected] on 26th Aug. The same was returned on 30th Aug and Amazon received the return on 7th Sep. Till date they havent initiated the refund of amount INR 21, 058. Pls get this sorted asap so that i can get my money back.

                  1. ORDER #[protected] I have ordered this items from Amazon India on 24 August 2014 & promised date of delivery was 26 August 2014. Same has not been delivered till 16/09/2014. I tried to contact Amazon Service Centres but I have received answers like ' System is down, Please call again after 30 min'. Even several follow ups were made on emails with Amazon representative however no proper answers for delivery of these items has been given by Amazon. 2. ORDER #[protected] This order was cancelled on 24 August 2014 however refund of these items has not been done till today. Several emails discussion were done with Amazon Representative on this however refund has not been initiated till date.

                    Hi, My name is Sanjeev and I have placed an order with Amazon India on 3rd September for the following product - F&D W330BT 2.1 multimedia speakers via Order #:[protected] The order was supposed to be delivered within 2-4 business days and the same hasn't happened till today (15th Sept. 2015) - The delivery was supposed to happen max. by 12-sept. (attaching the screenshot from amazon for the same) The customer care always gives a lax reply that the delivery will happen at the earliest. I have been calling up the customer care and also have replied on their facebook page. I have not received any convincing answers. How should I take this forward? Regards, Sanjeev Siva.

                          This is the email I wrote to Amazon India. Feeling immensely disappointed "Hi, To whomsoever it may concern. M really surprised and upset with the treatment provided by Amazon India(ironically so called number one in customer service). I placed an order for a Sony T2 ultra as a gift for my mother on the 30th of august with next day delivery, however it gets lost. My misery doesn't end here, I am unable to place another order due to the QLA u have in place. I[censored] think that's all, see what's coming next. The price just increased by INR 3821, Kudos Amazon for making some extra money. I spoke with a lady and her manager Mr. Sai, he said he would "TRY TO" get back to me before 1700 hours this evening. The only thing left for me to do is wait while u undo the mess u have made. PS: I am now a very unhappy Amazon customer :@ With Hates n Regards Russell Phillips"

                              Hello, I have ordered "Asus Zenfone 5(Pearl White, 16GB)"(Order[protected] from Amazon of dealer“NIDI COMPUTER & MOBILE SERVICES” on 8th Aug 2014. I have called the customer care two times for reminder: 1) 14th Aug 2014:On this call I was told that I will receive my order before 22ndAug 2014. 2) 20th Aug 2014:The executive gave me an assurance that I will be receiving my order and she will contact with dealer and forwarded me an email. On 21st Aug 2014 I received an email from “[protected]@amazon.com” with subject “Your Amazon.in order[protected] has been cancelled”. I called the customer care questioning the reason for cancellation of my order. The executive and seniors give me answer that we do not have stock available for this product. Below are main question answer with customer care: Me: How it is possible I can order product without stock? CCE/SCCE: There is some software problem. Me: Amazon do not check stock on daily basis because they got to know after 14 days? CCE/SCCE: They don’t know answer for this question After 22nd Aug 2014, I called Amazon Customer Care 4 to 5 times and was informed that I will be receiving coupons worth Rs.5000/- in my Amazon account. After which on calling them again regarding the coupons, they just kept delaying the time line, first I was informed I will receive a call within 24 hrs. However, when I contacted them after 2 days I was informed they will call back within 1 hrs. They are just delaying and not providing me with the coupons. I request you to look into this issue.                                     I have ordered a Omron HEM-7120 Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor costing Rs. 1, 134.00 on 29 july 2014 from amazon.in. My Order no. is[protected].
                                    The expected date of delivery was 11th august 2014. I have not received the order on given date. I called them on 12th. They assured me that product is in ranchi itself and will be delivered on 12th august 2014 evening by 7.00 p.m. or on 13th august 2014.
                                    But, I havn't received the order. Again, I called them. This time I talked to their supervisor named MOSES and he assured me again that I will get a call till 2.00 p.m. When I checked the status, it showing UNDELIVERABLE.Again I called them. Again, all in vain.I called them again on 16th aug 2014 and this time they are saying I will get the order only on 19th august 2014.
                                    So, this is the matter of total negligence and a very unprofessional attitude towards customer. Every time I had to call and get the status and they are just making false promises.
                                    This has become a torture to us.

                                      I recently bought Skullcandy JIB In-Ear Headphone (Red) from amazon.in(Order no.[protected] with in a month it stopped working and when I contacted Amazon support one of adviser said(I am afraid there is no authorized service center for Skull Candy in India) and then she gave me this email address([protected]@mbaccessorize.com) which is of no use b'cos this mail box auto deny mails. Totally wasted my 500 bucks and would never purchase any product from Amazon. [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Hi,

                                        I ordered a mobile 3 weeks and the seller sent me wrong phone with broken headphones. I returned the item and even it was received by the seller.

                                        Then, seller said he will refund the amount but he is not processing till date. It is now almost a month that I placed an order. Alternatively I kept on approaching Amazon through email, chat, n phone but no use. They simply say that it will be processed but they are not at all taking responsible over this and do the needful.

                                        I want to file a complaint on this and get my refund. So please provide where can I complain and go legally to get my refund.

                                        I think it is waste of time to go to Amazon to buy any product. It is also one of the FRAUD company that is doing business and has to be shut down asap. Please provide your help to go ahead.
