Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that, I had purchase from Amazon, Order no[protected]. And this is my first experience with amazon. But unfortunately, due to fitting issue, it was resend to the seller being asked with the amazon.
And I believe, I had spoiled my time and effort as well as money, where as i was happy with the flipcart, only as per my friend suggestion, i was ordered with amazon.
the issue is that, i was initiated with the product amount only which was returned to seller, but when i asked to amazon, who will pay my shipping charges, the customer care executive said, if order pick up facility is not avilable, then I should send the product, and the charges for shipping, will be refunded from our end or seller end to you, now the problem occurs, the seller is not agreed to pay shipping amount, and amazon said, it’s not possible to refund you the shipping amount.
Please do needful, and refund my money asap. And believe me, i will not go with Amazon, and will ask my every concern to do not purchase from amazon.better to go for flipcart...
Revert me the update on mail asap.
