i have purchase a xoloQ2000 mobile phone on 26 march 2015 and due to some technical problem on that phone i returned to the amazon on 16 april 2015 through gati courier service, it deliver to amazon on 8th june 2015. from that i only replied ith that you will get your repayment on 24 hour or 48 hours but the payment is not complete yet. kindly help me please..

on 22 june 2015 i ordered a moto g 2nd generation moto g2 textured mercury flip cover black diary folio case with stand and wallet-Ecell street wide ordered i.d.[protected] online but i receive a wrong item the detail given in the bill is same which i ordered but delievered item is brown colour moto g flip cover which is not suitable and under size my phone size. please exchange the suitable item or refund my money immediately.

sir i placed order of "Satvikk Almond With Shell, 1000g " on june 20th 2015, which i got on 24 of june. now my problem is this that i want almonds for eating purpose.but the almonds i got are pooja purpose almonds.which i came to know when i break 10 to 15 pieces of almonds, they are very hard to break and on the packets it was written "satwik almonds pooja bulk"which i saw latter when i find almonds are very hard to break. then i asked my friends about almonds they said there are two types of almonds in market . one for pooja purpose ( Rs200 to Rs 300 per kg in market) and other is for eating purpose having very soft shell. now my complain is this why this information was not given in product detail or product specificationon amajon site. if they give this information that this is a pooja purpose almonds then i never placed order. so this is a case of inappropriate product details.

My product delivery date was 3rd June 2015. On 5th Jun after i enquired i get to know my shipment got misplaced. On 7th new shipment dispatched according to iBhejo.com On 16th Jun stuff deliverd On 18th Jun i complaint about the product that its not working and demanded for refund, they said that i crossed the time limit and can't be refunded

Dear Concerned, I am a Yureka phone user. I bought it from amazon on 05-jun-15. (Order no.[protected] On the date of 24-jun-15, when I plugged my charger to my phone at 07 PM. It has stopped working and even till now also it is not working. Requesting you to replace my phone's charger ASAP. I placed an order on 3rd JUNE 2015 for Karbonn Titanium S10 (Black) Rs 5, 490.00 as mentioned on amazon.in order ID[protected] and we have delivered Karbonn Titanium Dazzle S201 Rs. 5, 150.00 as mentioned on amazon.in on 5 June 2015 and the bill dispatched on the box mentioned the Karbonn Titanium S10 but there is Karbonn Titanium Dazzle at that place. Why we have delivered the wrong item with bill named of the other item. then i talked at the customer care of amazon they took back the phone from me and told to refund the money in one week in my account. now it has been 17 days that my money is not refunded. There are two order id's-Order #[protected] andOrder #[protected], which I have placed on Amazon and created return of the same. The total amount was rs. 21620. The order date was 29th May and 01st June 2015. But till now I have not received the refund from Amazon. They are not giving my hard earned money. I request you to take action against Amazon.

Hi this is chintan shah, Recently i have placed an order for Note 3 bumper worth 300/- which was provided by OMSAICOMMUNICATION. Instead of giving me note 3 bumper they provided me Note 3 neo bumper, I have returned that parcel and your courier collected it from my home place and it has been more thn 20 days and i still didnt get my money back. Is this the Amazon.in give services to there customers. Its the matter of only 300 rs But in future i will not be able to purchase bigger amount product from you. I didnt Got any better services from your team. Thank you.

I have placed a iPhone 4S 32 GB from Amazon. The delivered me a defective product, immediately I have contacted them and asked for replacement.Amazon team has agreed for replacement, hence I have shipped back the product on May 22nd. I have not received any update yet. When I contact their CS but they were very sweet over the phone but have not provided any solution yet for my phone which costs Rs 16004.

The actual price of the product on box is rs.5800/- but in website it is rs.6825/-
So guys don't believe discount in amazon (I have purchased from cloudtail seller) as i have experienced it.

They are not publishing my comments in the website showing the below reason from review guidelines.

Difference of more than rs.1000 is a typo error or inaccuracies according to amazon???

Even after raising complaint amazon din't change/correct the price in the website, its been more than 7days i raised this complaint (I have all the proofs).

This is ridiculous that theyare not allowing me to write comments even it is the fact, nice amazon guys made the filters in review guidelines so that i can't tell customers about how you are bluffing with the typos or inaccuracies.

I have bought micromax YU yureka mobile through amazon which was sold on lightning deal for 9000rs they delivered which has heating issue upto 44 degree .I cannot use this for calling by heating even I couldn't hold at my ear for a minutes and suffered from ear pain, so I contact amazon customer care service to claim my warranty but they told me to contact the YU yureka customer care but no response, so I register my complaint against the forgery of amazon and YU yureka, I want to service my Mon le under warranty or refund me for the same.

Dear Sir, I don't understand what you think of the people who buy from your site trusting you.First of all there are no replies to any mail nor you try to help them.You must be thinking we are jobless to send you lot of mails on the pending issue.If you don't remember, I will give you a recap.I ordered 3M peltor h10 A earmuff sold in India by iBhejo on 29 April 2015 for INR 2, 600 and I got the product delivered on 13 May 2015.It was one of the hopeless products I ever bought on amazon.It wasn't worth a bit of the money I paid for the product.Many other customers have also shown their dissatisfaction at this product.It is nowhere near the description provided by them in their site.After asking you to help to return the product you promised to sort he issue and return back the product to the seller.But there was no trace of any help.Instead after repetitive mails, after few days you closed the issues saying that seller denied to take back the item.How could you say so..??We bought the item trusting you and this was just a fraud thing from iBhejo.Here the seller is denying to take back product whose description is totally different from that mentioned in the site. Also, the price had dropped from INR 2600 to INR2456 within 2days.After lots of frustration I asked iBhejo to refund me the extra !NR 144, but they are denying to refund me.After, all this saga Iam starting to loose faith in amazon.The sellers like iBhejo are simply spoiling the reputation of amazon.Please restore my faith in amazon by helping me in this issue as soon as possible. And they are selling Products with fake specifications. And along With Their Webpage screenshot I'M giving The Proof's To prove that they sent Me a fake product In the screenshots it is Having Only 282Mb Ram Bluetooth connectivity even it is Not Mentioned on The box also take a look at Wireless and Connections In settings Screenshot
