    I am residing at a place in Guwahati. I have ordered a mobile this time. The courier person says he cannot deliver and cancels my order. Why the hell than amazon has delivered so many other products at the same address on previous occasions? are they (amazon) have gone in profits now so they have started bullying the customers. Whenever a call is made on customer care they say they will respond in 24 hrs like a tagline but they never revert. Amazingly poor Amazon seems your days are over.

      Dear Sir, I have purchased 'OneplusOne' mobile from Amazon.in on 25 January 2015. On the date of purchase Amazon has offered "10% Cash Back", if purchased through Amazon mobile App using American Express Credit card. I was also informed that the Cash Back will be paid to my Credit Card within 90 days from the data of purchase, it means I should have got the Cash Back by 25th March 2015. But till date I have not received the cash back. I raised my complaint through the Web-Chatting on 2nd June, and the customer care (Smita)executive has assured me that the cash back will be issued within 7-10 working days. She also apologised for the delay. I waited till 29th June, but no reply nor the cash back. I again did a long webchat with Amazon and I was assured (Customer care executive - Prajeeth K)that the issue will be resolved within 24-48 Hours but again as usual no solution till date. I also asked for escalation and I was assured that it will be escalated within 24-48 hours if it remains unresolved. In the given circumstances, I lost faith with Amazon. I strongly feel they should compensate for the time alongwith actual cash back.
      Can anyone tell me how to escalate the matter to Amazon senior management, as there is no phone number or contacts available.

        Hi All, Never expected a company of Amazon's stature could go to this low level. They have NO business ethics. Ordered for a toy guitar for my 3 yr daughter when received it found it broken in two pieces called them they asked to send email sent them email with snaps they asked 5 days for the product to be picked up and then re sent a fresh product. It has been more than a month now these guys are neither refunding the money nor giving me a credit note nor sending me a fresh product.         What a stupid reply I received.
        They are asking me to send back the product at my own cost and informed they will refund the money after deducting the original shipping fee.What audacity? Unethical of the highest standard...Please see the reply below:

          I order samsung neo 3 on 25.6.15 Order #[protected] and collect the package from courier office on 30.06.15 When I open it later, I found the mobile missing They didn't instruct the courier to deliver it to my doorstep. They sent me sms to collect it from courier office. So I went to collect from their office but I was in hurry as I have to go office so I didn't check and open in front of them. I have to give my signature to collect the package, but they refused to refund informing that I gave my signature.

            This is with regards to ORDER #[protected] dated 12th December 2014. As advertised on Amazon india, I was supposed to get Rs. 5000 cash back on Xbox one with Kinect Assasins Creed bundle with free wireless controller by feb 2015, which I have not received till date. I have contacted Amazon regarding the issue several times and have only gotten fake assurances that the issue will be resolved soon. However, there has been no followup from Amazon on this.They also refuse to provide a complaint number. It has been over 6 months since i placed the order and has become mentally harassing. I expect a cash back of Rs. 5000 immediately and compensate me appropriately for the delay and mental torture I have gone through. Amazon has all the chat transcripts they need for my account associated with email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in. -They refuse to provide the details of the offer(Once I was told that they cant find the offer) -No followups despite very assuring promises. -Support does not escalate calls to superiors or the leadership team despite saying that they will.

              I had purchased a microwave oven from amazon and they had given me in a damaged condition and they requested me to courier it by myself and they will return the whole courier amount of rs3200 now its been more than 1 month they are not refunding my amount. They are always saying that they will transfer the amount in my bank account directly or they will issue the cheque but they are not transferring me my money back. The return reguest was created on 25 - 06 - 15 and guess what?The product was picked up on[protected] days to pick up, did someone from amazon.com had to pick?) and the frustration @amazon. In "the worlds most customer harresing companay". . . And now. . . Amazon says "sir it takes 15 days to get your money back (Again, what??) . . . I haven't seen such grave and poor service. . . I still remember flipkart. . . And i curse the day i started my amazon (I have another account [protected]@gmail.com and just see what kind if customer of amazon i was. . . Ordering almost everything (A - z) but then. . . On flash sale day. . . I had glitch in my account. . . So to participate for. . .

                  I have ordered for a Sony DSC-HX400V 20.4 MP Point and Shoot Digital Camera with a 50X optical zoom on 28th June on Amazon India with the product delivered on 30th June. However when I opened the package instead of the original product it had a Sony DSC-H400 camera with a 63X optical zoom although the invoice which I received was for the original product ordered. I have checked over Amazon and the Sony DSC-H400 camera is priced at INR 18, 000/- far lesser compared to the product ordered. The price of the original product is INR 23, 699/- I immediately requested for a return of the package on 30th June and a pick up of the package was scheduled on 2 July. The package was not picked up by the courier agency on that day. Thereafter I have been repeatedly calling Amazon India Customer Care and there has been no progress in terms of picking up the package and initiating the refund. The cut-off date for the return package to reach the Amazon facility is 13 July. I'm both frustrated, annoyed and disappointed by Amazon Services.

                    The procurement o[censored]SAMS window view...g Galaxy E7 Gold New leather Flip case cover was placed & accordingly Rs 690/-cost of that product was paid on line on 26-6-15 I have received the Flip cover vide In voice No DL.SDEA[protected], Order No ID[protected].On opening the pack &attaching the Window Flip cover to my Samsung E-7 mobile it is noticed that there is no censor or functions for operating camera or receiving phone calls through window as shown in Add of product on your site.The window is simply functioning ON / OFF of the mobile. To make Add of one product on site &To provide another product to the customer. Is this not cheating to the customer ? I come to the conclusion that I have been cheated in the above dealing of purchasing of Window Flip cover.I request you to kindly replace my Flip cover & give me proper Flip cover at the earliest possible. your fruitful co operation in this grievance will be highly appreciated.

                      I purchased a Sony Xperia Z2 black on 3/07/15 on amazon.in fulfilled by a seller by name TECH ADVANCED. i recieved the product the next day shipped by SARF TRADING. When i opened the packaging and the box there was no invoive and the claimed warranty provided for the phone as mentioned in the product description on amazon.in webpage. I contacted amazon and the seller through numerous mails asking them to send the invoice and the warranty or collect the product back and refund. I am not getting a favourable reply from either of you. Please look into this and resolve the issue immediately.

                          I have ordered fitness gloves on 18th June.(Order #[protected]. At the time of order the delivery date shown as within 23-29 they wi deliver. But, they have changed the delivery date without intimating me to 30june-8july. I have contacted the customer care reg. this and force them to deliver ASAP on 1st of July. But after 15days(3rd july) they simply cancelled the order (they initiated the refund) and ask me to purchase again. I want to file a complaint on them to make me wait these much days and cancelled the order eventually. I want to take action against them for put me in depression. They should not do it again to any of the customers. I have all the evidence with me as a mail proof. I dont know how to escalate it to further. Please assist me on this.

                            Fake!! Fake!! Fake!!
                            Amazon is totally fake sending ake products and not refunding
                            The customers amount and not taking the returns.

                            For the order id[protected] placed on[protected] for a hard disk of 1 tb

                            They have send me the duplicate and incomplete product . It was the prepaid order .
                            Many times i ordered on cod that time i received the orginal product but this time fake one.

                            I requested the to return the product but they are not taking the return and not also refunding my amount. Many times i ahve emailed them and called them but they are not returning and refunding my amount.

                            I request you to please dont shop with amazon anymore otherwise your amount will also be forfited by amazon.

                              I have order TP-Link TL-MR3020 Mini Pocket 3G/4G Wireless Router (Grey) product on 27th June 15. I received product on 1st July 15. When I opened the package…. I came to know that this product is already used and box is already opened. Lots of things written inside the box shows that its already opened and used. Please find attached photos. When same thing I raised with Amazon customer care chat they just asked me to cancel the order and wait for money to be transferred. When I insist they disconnected my chat (Miss Suman and Supervisor Nisha) Also there is no escalation against seller and everything is between seller and customer who needs to get sorted this issue their own. Then why we need Amazon in between? Now I demanded compensation against is hassle which again they deny. Why? Can I raise case against Amazon that they cheat customer’s and sell old used products as new? Please can someone take this up and let me know how we can take actions against this. Now I want this product so I tried to place new order with new seller on Amazon and they cancelled my order stating that “reached the purchase limit for this product” Again all rules and regulation for Customer’s only…Why? Please let me know how do I fight with this?

                                Amazon is mentally harashing me and not refunding my money against my order[protected]. I have given my bank statement to them to prove the amount has not come to my account. Also they have made me to call my bank more than 25 times to file dispute and my bank is asking below details which they are not providing. They are not caring to refund my money and are repeatedly saying to check with bank with refrence no the gave however bank has already checked and said it has not come to my account.

                                Amazon billing department took all information like my bank statement and other details however not ready to refund my money.

                                  Dear Team, On June 30, 2015 I have received a message on my mobile that Rs.- 3811.09 has been deducted from my account on behalf of Amazon Cloud Services. After some time on same date I also received a Invoice from Amazon.com of $59.99 for amazon cloud services. Copy of the same attached. But when I saw my Billing information and my Dabit Card details in invoice, I was shocked, Because the information was same as in my amazon.in(Amazon India ) profile account that i have updated on amazon.in(Amazon India ) for buy things, Screenshot of the same also attached. Then I called to amazon.in (Amazon India) @[protected] ask for support regarding the same issue. But they told that we don't share customer information, with other but what about their sister company. then they give me No. of amazon.com [protected], but this number is unreachable from my end. And my hand are blocked, No one help me. Then again do some investigation and found that if i am creating account on amazon.in, I am also able to do login at amazon.com from same UserId and Password. And amazon.in (Amazon India) Customer support saying that we wont share any information with any one. On other hand HDFC bank saying that their online transaction on Dabit Card are secure and need customer authentication with OTP or secure Password, then how should HDFC allowing amazon to deducted my money from Debit Card Without my consent. My money was deducted amazon.in sharing customer information to their sister company, HDFC Debit Card transaction are also not secure, I don't understand that what i do with these companies, Then my friend told me that contact with CNBC Pehredar team they will help you.                                     I received a shabby version of the book 'The Lovely Bones' from Amazon. The pages were worn out and a few tears were visible. It looked like a second-hand copy for a first-rate price (Rs 140+50 delivery). It feels like I purchased a book off the footpath.

                                      On 28th February 2015 I had purchased an Apple iPhone 5s (Space Grey. 32GB) on the Amazon India Website using my HDFC Bank Credit Card using the 6 Months EMI Option. The purchase was made from the Seller Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd. At the time of making the purchase, there was an offer going on by Amazon wherein it was mentioned that if an iPhone 5s 32GB would be purchased from Cloudtail by 28th Feb 2015, then Amazon would send a Gift Card of INR 4, 800/- to the registered email ID of the Customer. This offer was clearly displayed on the Product page before proceeding to the ‘Buy Now’ option. Since there were technical glitches on the Amazon website at the time of purchase, I was initially also skeptical of the transaction and decided to write to Amazon to get a written confirmation that the Gift card would be made available. Accordingly on 6th Mar 2015, I received an email confirmation from Vijay M of the Amazon Customer Service Team who confirmed to me that I was eligible for a Gift Card of INR 4, 800/- and that the same would be send to me by 31st May 2015. On 8th April 2015, I also received a snapshot on email of the Gift Card Scheme applicable for the transaction from Ritu S stating the conditions for receiving the Gift Card and explaining how I was eligible for the same. When 31st May passed and I still did not receive a Gift Card, I send a Mail to the Amazon Customer Service team to update me on what the issue was. After repeated follow ups, finally on 17th June 2015, I receive an email from Neeraj from the Amazon Customer Service team who informs me that the Gift Card was not eligible on the transaction made by me since I had purchased the 32 GB Variant. Even though I tried explaining that the Scheme was applicable on my purchase and shared a copy of the emails send by their customer service team confirming the Scheme applicability, the only response I received was that the information provided by their associates earlier was incorrect. They also send across a table (which was typed), which covered each and every phone sold by them except the iPhone 5s 32 GB variant and used that as proof that the scheme was not applicable for my transaction. There appears to be a clear Mallicious intent in avoiding providing promised gift card. I am sure they have told other Customers that the offer is valid on every model of the phone except the one that they purchased.

                                        I have purchased the Apple iPhone5c from amazon.com and cloudtail is retailer who sold it to me. After 3 months o[censored]sing, phone iOs get crashed. I submitted the phone on Authorized Service center for servicing. They told me the device has duplicate hardware and there is discrepancy in hardware found in the phone, so they canceled replacement of phone. I feel like cheated by amazon and cloudtail. If i dint get my mobile replaced, i will go in consumer court against cloudtail and amazon. Please response ASAP.

                                        I booked a mi max mobile through amazon and received the phone yesterday, but so sad this phone does not connect to wi fi, after spending 15k i was cheated by cloudtail and amazon, and now when i checked the customer reviews most of the people is complaining about not getting wifi, and i think for the good reviews its fake and its been written by amazon and cloudtail only, i going to the consumer court and to the supreme court. for cheating
