    I have received only empty pkt against my order and dont know how to and whome to contact

I wrote on 29/04/2015 Dear Ishaq You seem to have overlooked my mail dated 09/04/2015, the excerpts from which are reproduced below for your perusal:- I did refuse the delivery as I had changed my mind but the parcel still reached our place and my younger brother had to take it as your delivery person convinced him to receive the parcel and raise a return request later... He also said that if we refused the order like that, Amazon would not deliver anything to us in future... So, my younger brother paid for the parcel and took it... At that very moment I raised a return request and the parcel was picked up, but no receipt was given to us...           I have purchased two shoes from Amazon Size 6. On receiving the First Shoe it was too small and couldn't bear to wear it. SO i keep it, I did not return. Then I receive another pair that I ordered size 6 upon receiving the shoe it was a Size 7, so I decided to return the shoes so as to refund my Money paid. It was scheduled on the 24th of June, 2015, but then no response has been made. The shoes were never pick up for return and customer care from Amazon said that it will be scheduled within 24 hours on the 26th June 2015, but yet no immediate response has been made till date. This really shows that Amazon lacks everything from customer service, needs, quality. Now I have decided to keep the shoes since I see that is no point waiting for something that might not ever happen. I have bought items and return items from other sites and I was Happy. This is the first time I ordered from Amazon and it has showed me how effective its services is. I would not like to rate Amazon.in at all since I am not happy with my services with Amazon.in.
          I would rate it as 1. I would like to keep a good business relationship with amazon.in, but it all depends on how they provide customer services and requirements.

            Dear sir, I had ordered a pair of jeans from www.amazon.in on May 6 and it was delivered on May 16. I didnot like the product delivered and going by the company's poiicy decided to return it. The company claims to refund the money paid for the product on returning the product. After repeated complaints, the product got picked up for return but i have not received my refund of Rs.699 as yet. In spite of several complaints made, no help has been done to me. They say they refunded the money but there is amount as such in my bank account. I am just a student. Please help my issue.
            Sir i had ordered thari women's sandal order number[protected] on 25 jun 2016 from NAGAR enterprise all India trade. The size was not comfortable so i returned it. But i didn't received refund amount yet. By mistake i had updated wrong AC numb which do not exist. Pls transfer amount to below AC

              My amazon. In order #[protected]
              Just after the order, i contacted customer service of amazon. In inquiring about the 10% cash back, advisor told me that sir you will definetly get a cash back and he also send me a confirmation email regarding this in next 3 - 4 months, waited and waited no cash back.
              I email to customer service again on 14 june 2015, got a email in return saying that -
              I understand that you did not receive the 10% cash back on hdfc debit or credit cards yet. I'll surely help you with this. I've checked with my resources and escalated the issue with the concerned team and you should receive the amount within 3 - 5 business days.
              Waited till 28th june, no cash back, no update.
              I email customer service again, got the reply
              I have checked your previous correspondence done with previous colleague. As i do not want to set any false promise to you neither want to mislead on this case. According to our available resources and from our catalog record. Actually there was no cash back on this item 'laptop'.
              I am sorry that previous colleague has not informed you the exact reason and provide you mislead information.
              Also, i've raised coaching requests for my colleagues who made false promises to you in this regard and please accept my sincere apology on behalf of them.
              I hope you’ll consider this as an isolated incident.
              If there’s something else i can do to make this up to you, please do let me know, i'm looking forward for your reply.

              I just want to know that is this a joke for you guys.
              When you were selling the product, sir you will definitely get a cash back, after 4 months you are saying that at that time we provide you wrong information, this is 420, this is totally unacceptable and disgraceful.
              Is amazon such a big brand is such a fake.
              If i didn't get what i promised, after this fraud i think i will not buy anything online, specially from amazon. And i will spread this as much as i can. And will also contact consumer forum regarding this.
              I have also added the screen shot of the email in which i was promised the cash back.

                  Dear sir, As my wife Shilpa Tushar Nakod, ordered Uniross Ni-MH AA Rechargeable Battery 2100 Mah.(2 No.) with order no.[protected] on dated 25/06/2015 having cost of 500 rs. only for cash on delivery. On 28/06/2015, one of the service man from Blue Dart Express named Nikhil Ingole came and asking for 500 rs. I told him to show me the product and I also assured him that I will not open the packet and only want to know that this is mine (name with address and quantity) and to see the bill which is upper side of that packet. But, he was not responding. So, I have the problem that how I can give amount without personal confirmation. Due to this I'm very much disturbed about your service as I brought lot of things (shirts, wrist watch, pen drive and many more). But, this time, I was very much disturbed.                         i have purchase a xoloQ2000 mobile phone on 26 march 2015 and due to some technical problem on that phone i returned to the amazon on 16 april 2015 through gati courier service, it deliver to amazon on 8th june 2015. from that i only replied ith that you will get your repayment on 24 hour or 48 hours but the payment is not complete yet. kindly help me please..

                            sir i placed order of "Satvikk Almond With Shell, 1000g " on june 20th 2015, which i got on 24 of june. now my problem is this that i want almonds for eating purpose.but the almonds i got are pooja purpose almonds.which i came to know when i break 10 to 15 pieces of almonds, they are very hard to break and on the packets it was written "satwik almonds pooja bulk"which i saw latter when i find almonds are very hard to break. then i asked my friends about almonds they said there are two types of almonds in market . one for pooja purpose ( Rs200 to Rs 300 per kg in market) and other is for eating purpose having very soft shell. now my complain is this why this information was not given in product detail or product specificationon amajon site. if they give this information that this is a pooja purpose almonds then i never placed order. so this is a case of inappropriate product details.

                              My product delivery date was 3rd June 2015. On 5th Jun after i enquired i get to know my shipment got misplaced. On 7th new shipment dispatched according to iBhejo.com On 16th Jun stuff deliverd On 18th Jun i complaint about the product that its not working and demanded for refund, they said that i crossed the time limit and can't be refunded

                                Dear Concerned, I am a Yureka phone user. I bought it from amazon on 05-jun-15. (Order no.[protected] On the date of 24-jun-15, when I plugged my charger to my phone at 07 PM. It has stopped working and even till now also it is not working. Requesting you to replace my phone's charger ASAP. We can see from attached picture that switch is on still the charger is not working. Me and my family members are satisfied costumer of amazon and I want continuous support from amazon.                                     I placed an order on 3rd JUNE 2015 for Karbonn Titanium S10 (Black) Rs 5, 490.00 as mentioned on amazon.in order ID[protected] and we have delivered Karbonn Titanium Dazzle S201 Rs. 5, 150.00 as mentioned on amazon.in on 5 June 2015 and the bill dispatched on the box mentioned the Karbonn Titanium S10 but there is Karbonn Titanium Dazzle at that place. Why we have delivered the wrong item with bill named of the other item. then i talked at the customer care of amazon they took back the phone from me and told to refund the money in one week in my account. now it has been 17 days that my money is not refunded.                                       There are two order id's-Order #[protected] andOrder #[protected], which I have placed on Amazon and created return of the same. The total amount was rs. 21620. The order date was 29th May and 01st June 2015. But till now I have not received the refund from Amazon. They are not giving my hard earned money. I request you to take action against Amazon.
