My name is zair sayed and I had bought Air condition from Amazon Order #[protected] Mar/31/2015. That time there was a Cashback offer worth Rs 2000 on Amazon. It was told to me that I will get the caskback within 15 days that never happened. Then I called the customer support representation explaining him the entire story and he said that he will escalate the matter to his senior and credit the cashback amount back in the same account from where it was charged, which never happened. Then I had sent an email to Amazon explaining the complete story and showing my frustration which had no impact on Amazon team. Whenever I email them this is the response that I get in return, Hello, I understand your concern regarding the cash back for the order #[protected] which you have not yet received. I completely understand your disappointment. That's definitely not what we want our customers to experience. I've reviewed our previous correspondence with you, and I'm very sorry about the incomplete information you received. So please don’t believe in Amazon in reality they are doing fraud by showing the Ads and exciting offers.

    Amazon India has sent me damadged and used product. When I placed retun request for Order Id:[protected], Amazon has closed my account and not accepting the return. It causes me a huge loss of rs. 40000. I request people do not buy anything from Amazon. They are cheating people.

      I ordered for an skybag pulse nylon backpack on previous month on amazon and was send through gati courier service and was supposed to arrive on 29th last month and still it hasn't arrived. I called and mailed them a number of times and they say it will arrive next day. But it hasn't arrived yet. Am being fooled.But my order status shows it has been delivered. Am I being cheated?!           The above order wasn placed on 16th may 2015 and was received on 24th june.on 25th June return request was made as the piece was defective.The information was received by the company and told t, hat it will be collected by us within short period.since then nothing has been heard from the company and has neither collected the item.Regarding refund nothing has been made and in turn say that the time has lapsed.It is thus requested that the refund may kindly be made as there is no fault of mine. Hope for an early action at your end.

              placed order on 30th July 2015
              Message of delivered received on 31st July 2015 at 1:44pm

              but nothing reached to me. called customer care and their answer was to check neighbourhood. i stupidly did asked door to door, didnt helped but received some shamelessly comments from them. Felt exhausted and called again they said an investigation is going so cant give back my money till that finished. The most favor they can do is to return my money, but i am not satisfied with that. i really wants to know who the culprit is and he should surely suffer the legal actions. refund of money wont make my day, i suffered and feel humiliated for days. Plus the order was a gift and also ruined the event.

                To whom so ever it may concern, The order has not been delivered but i had to collect it myself from the Gati KWE warehouse after it failed to deliver the same. The product was present at the warehouse in Noida since 28th July 2015 morning and amazon & Gati KWE failed to deliver it till today i.e. 1st August 2015 at Ghaziabad. The place is just at 20 min. distance from warehouse but due to poor response from Gati and lack of grievance cell, my complaint was never attended. Thus i was forced to drink very poor quality water even in bad health. I had already made the payment and i was also charged rs. 500 extra as transportation charges still my request to deliver it at the earliest remained unheard. After being utterly disappointed by the poor customer service i had to fetch the product myself. It has been my worst experience in online shopping that too from amazon. It is a matter of shame that complete ignorance was shown from amazon team towards the poor service of transport agency. Atleast amazon should not boast for claiming to have delivered it to customer if your team cannot compensate for the mental agony caused to me.

                  On 19th july, I have purchased Bexton boom box from Amazon . it was received on 22nd in damaged conditions . the same was returned on 26th of July. But till date no body was bothered to speak to me regarding the refund and on 1st of August call centre person tells me that they have spoken to the retailer and if he is not taking action then amazon will initiate enquiry and it will take 1 to 2 weeks to decide on the refunds. This shows that amazon in no way is concerned about the customer. Now I would like to have the refund. Kindly help me out.

                    This is in regards to an online purchase of iBall Slide Performance Series 7236 3G17 Tablet which I purchased online from AMAZON.com on 15th Aug 2014.(Amazon.in order number:[protected].Serial Num ber: IMEI - [protected]). The product came with 1yr warranty Within some time it stopped working and when I went to the authorized service center of I ball they said that they do not provide warranty on online sales, when I contacted AMAZON they said its not possible the warranty is there and they will check with I ball company. It has been such a long time since I''ve been running around from here and there and calling and mailing but they just keep on delaying the issue. And as the warranty period is about to over I think finally It would be me who has to suffer. These companies spend crores of rupees on advertisements and once the product is sold they don''t even listen to the customer. I guess the law would open their ears.

Now my question is how is it possible to buying amazon.in's product if they want varieties types amount in same day of same product?                         But shameless and cheater organisation amazon si yet to refund my money for orders which are refused and cancelled. .
                        This is harassment to a customer and amazon si not doing a right thing…
                        I warn amazon. . . For a legal action. .

                          I ordered Muscletech hydroxycut from Amazon Indiaand what i received was a cheap copy. The seller was Balaji Nutritions and to start with the packing was horrible, the container was made of some low quality plastic and after reading the supplement facts I was sure that it was a copy as I have used this product earlier. I left a review of the product on their site, but they refused to publish it.

                            I ordered 2 products on July, 25 2015 from Amazon with order numbers:- Order #[protected] and Order #[protected] Which was scheduled to be delivered through Blue Dart with tracking numbers as [protected] and [protected] One of these tracking number is showing delivered to me and other one to some one else. As a contrary I didn't get any of these product. I called Blue Dart and Amazon customer care service centres. They both cleared their state that they have not made any mistake and sent me a confirmation mail that the item is delivered to me only. Apart from the mail snapshots attached I also have message details in my phone. Please HELP ME

                                  Sukkhi Gold Plated Color Stone Bangles - 1144VB900 . The Bangles was delivered on 27th July . When I open the parcel the bangle size was too large 2*10. I want 2*2 size Bangles. So Please can you change the size of the Bangles & Send the other one. Otherwise if it not possible to send the 2*52 size Bangles can you please refund the amount. The Bank details was already given to you.
                                  If they respond as soon as possible it will great & good for their company reputation & customers will also keep many desire for wearing an ordered Item, so keeping in view make all the responsibility which is on you then you we be also achieve the success in the business.

                                    Order #[protected] One iball slide performance series 3g 7271-hd70 tablet was gifted my brother in law (sister's husband ) to me on 10 Aug 2014, my order id:[protected] & order was send by vendor Office Shop Private Limited, Maharashtra. Now i was facing some technical issues in my Tab. I already had a word with Iball Service Center (Manufacturer of Tablet ) and they informed us below company is not authorized as per vendor list of iballl & this make our warranty void & we have to avail chargable service. My point is why you allow such vendors on your portal those are unauthorized . Secondly at the time of trasaction vendor name was written staples India & on our bill name was written Office Shop Private Limited, Maharashtra. Please explain the logic behind it. ?                                       I ordered a " PickPattern "back cover for my Samsung Galaxy Grand on 17 july 2015 from amazon.in Yesterday only I received my back cover from DTDC Courier service and when I opened it, it was a different cover, not even the same color and not suitable for my Samsung galaxy grand.                                         Well this is really an awesome moment for anybody who buys from Amazon India Here's a Quick Story: I ordered a SanDisk OTG Flash Drive on 22 July 2015 on Amazon Lightening Deal which got auto cancelled by Amazon and when I spoke with Amazon support executive he said "Sir please re order the product and pay the current price and we'll give you a cashback of the difference between previous order amount and the current order amount" I did the same, and then on the estimated delivery date which is today (29 July 2015) I got a notification on both SMS and email at 7.00 am that Your order has been cancelled. And I was really happy with Amazon that how much this company takes care of it's customers, they can auto cancel the product on behalf of customer even if the customer doesn't want. Now one of Amazon's executive says you should reorder the product once again and then we'll refund the difference. [THE SAME THING] Also they are going to provide a Free Two Day Delivery as well, which is actually good. I'm not blaming Amazon or Sandisk in this regards but it would be great if they can take care of their customers and the product they've ordered. Well let's see how that goes. Let me know if you have faced similar problem or if not be aware.
