    FedEx is not good to delivered the product. I ordered many times from Amazon they refused to delivery in town. They asked us to come and collect from some other town which 8 KMS from away from my town. Other couriers like blueDart, Professional, ST etc they are delivering properly to my town. Please consider this request and make different plan.Otherwise ill jump into ebay or flipkart. My latest Order id is :[protected]

      Dear sir I am Trishala Naik from Kolhapur I had purchased an puma men’s Sandal on 31st January 2015. Due to some issue I had to return the item. Date of returning was 5th February 2015 at 12.20 p.m. I got a mail from amazon on date 6th February 2015 that I will receive a refund within 3 days of business. Yet I haven’t received refund against Order #[protected] To sort our this issue I had called in customer care twice and your clients told me the repeated procedure. After which I received mail from amazon that I will get my refund back within 4 days of business. Still amazon has failed to fulfill the promise. And haven’t received a single mail from billing department. I have called in the customer service and had a conversation with sukanya from pune on 16th March 2015. According to her directions I updated the account no. IFSC NO. and account holder name. However, up till now I didn’t received the refund. Instead I got a mail that the refund was unsuccessful. So today again I have an conversation with Mr. Pretam Bhaskar. According to his direction I changed my account no., IFSC NO., and account holder name. Due to previous inconvenience I had entered the new account no., IFSC NO., and account holder name according to the directions of Mr. Bhaskar. He ensured me that the refund will be returned within 4 days of business. I request you to please look into matter and make sure that I get my refund back within 4 days of business. If in case I won’t get my refund I will have to take some actions against this issue which I have been facing since beyond a month. This time I won’t call you back in customer care as I had already called twice for my refund. I would only send a mail of warring later I will have to take the action as I am left with no option.         I am going through a horrible experience with Amazon after placing the Order #[protected] almost a month ago and the same is not yet delivered. I have contacted the Amazon reps multiple times and they are only good in copy pasting the templates and not have done anything yet which is value adding to the business or to the customer (me). I have discussed about this situation with other fellow and in the forums and came to know that Amazon is in to cheating the customers and they even doesn't have any products or sellers in real. Amazon just highlight the US standards in India to attract the customers and make money and the business is planned for a short duration and then to vanish. I am writing my complaint to the India consumer court and to the ministry of commerce and will soon upload the approved complaint details in the open forums to create awareness. Its not about my money Rs. 1600, but about the feeling of being cheated in my own country by a US .

Nearly 4mths has left, but still they didnt gave any amt. Actually so many people had invested in agri india in our street through an agent near by house, we are planning to make a police complaint. So plz dont deposit any amt in this ARCHIVERS AGRI INDIA PVT LTD.,

              I placed an order on Amazon.in Order #:[protected] and i received an SMS saying Mr Harish with so and so mobile number will deliver my order today. my door was wide open, and my mobile on silent. He called me once and i missed it. Immediately i received an SMS saying order has been refused by me. I called that delivery boy after 15mins and he bluntly said he wont deliver as i didnt answer his call. If he has clear address, why cant he come and deliver at my door??? Don't he have common sense that people wont sit at home just holding mobile!!! And the way he spoke to me is unacceptable. Sounds like he is doing great favour delivering that shipment and he is doing it with his own cost. We are paying good money for the shipment and its not a free delivery. I understood AMAZON is using IKYA consultancy for delivery in Bangalore. If Amazon loos one customer they may loos nothing. But its an opportunity for us to try another websites.

I called to his again and again but every time he cut my call and not delivers my proper address.Many time every delivery boy good and they give me proper response and also good behavior.I don't know that boy name but his no. is [protected].

              Hello Amazon,

              I wish to file a complaint for ba lazy delivery boy. My apartment has blocks a to g . My apartment is c block. The guy refused to come with 3 packs to my apartment despite giving approval of my gate. The Amazon delivery guy had a four wheeler and could have come half way and taken a lift and delivered . But the guy was not afraid of bad feedback rating and was highly arrogant.

                Sir, Extremely sorry to say this is d first site which uses your credit card details anywhere without asking your permission and without entering OTP of your credit card.. I logged in amazon india..selected product ...automatically my selected product shifted to amazon.com ...huge amount was deducted from my credit card without asking OTP..When i called to customer care..they refused for any help as that was a case of amazon.com...i told him i only selected product from your site...how cud they use my credit card details i[censored] dont hav any collaboration with foreighn site...very bad experience...pls do sumthing...

                  My experience from Amazon very pathetic and I am really very highly dissatisfied the way Amazon treats and cheats their customer. We (My entire family) have been using Nokia mobile since 2004, so far I haven’t received any single complaints against the Nokia Products (atleast for first 2 Years). This is the first time I am really facing the challenge on Nokia product Quality (black screen with music alone) purchased from Amazon. I have been following with amazon from 04th Feb 2015 onwards for my mobile insurance not provided at the time purchase and I have been told by Amazon CSR that I have to contact the Microsoft customer care for purchasing the mobile insurance and response what I got it from Microsoft that I have to reach out Amazon. My only worry at this point that not about the money I spent it’s about the way Amazon cheats their customer by providing bad quality products is the real issue and they don’t even have basic process in place to address the customer issue. From 13th Feb 2015 onwards on the Black Screen with Music alone is happening then and there. So far I used to receive sorry for the inconvenience and return pick-up courier schedule same will be picked from you with 2 Business days every time I use to contact amazon for the status check-up from 13th Feb onwards. My humble request please don’t buy any electronics goods from Amazon the same feedback I have received from my friends about Amazon before I did online shopping from Amazon. In spite of getting –Ve feedback about Amazon, I took some risk that I did amazon online shopping by having this points in my mind, anyway I am going to purchase Nokia Products and won’t have any issues if any issue is there Amazon will take by looking in to their review comments and terms and definitions. But, based my worst and very pathetic experience from Amazon in future I never purchase any products via Amazon and will not refer any of my Friends also.

                    I purchased a Micromax Yureka mobile (ORDER ID[protected]. The camera function is not working for the handset. I tried to contact the Micromax service center in Jabalpur (M.P.) but they refused to address the problem saying that they dont have any authorization for servicing. What should be done for getting the phone replaced/repaired? Please contact with probable solutions for the problem. Otherwise what are the provisions for the return & refund of Handset .                       After sending wrong product they didn't take replacement request for the same and i have to place a refund request. after one week they didn't pick the product and again they assured me to wait for 2 day and they re schedule the pick up and again after 4 days they again gave assurance that this time they will pick the product and it has been half month but they didn't do anything... will anybody sugget me what to do.. plssssssssss

                        As on 17th march, 2 parcels had arrived at the DTDC courier office at VARKALA in the evening. The staff was reluctant to deliver it at my residence, even after 24 hours.They were very irresponsible when I called them repeatedly, so we had to go and collect it from the office.The office staff was very rude & adamant, even after complaining to the manager in charge. We are yet to receive 3 more parcels this week...Please take action immediately.

                            I ordered a product with order no- from Amazon.in in the last week of Febraury, 2015. Got the product by the first week of March, 2015. I have been constantly trying to get in touch with the amazon.in team to return the product and refund the money. No action has been taken. It is an absolute case of consumer harassment and non-cooperation.

                                Purchased samsung s4 then returned it 2 days after on 9 march 2015 because of defected piece.i am government banker myself and provided with correct account details but they are making excuses everytime that process is failed.worst ever service and dealing.i have called them 15-20 times and they are not reverting back. No way left for me and goint to file a suit soon.

                                  Hi, This is regarding the order id[protected]. The product was Yu Yureka mobile phone. I raised a return request for the faulty product on 9th March, which should have been picked within 48hrs. The product has still not been picked up. I asked the team to refund my money since i cant wait any longer for the pick up to happen, to which they clearly denied. I copied the Amazon Country Head Mr Amit Agarwal and even Mr Jeff Bezos for that matter, but still there is no response. I want my refund for INR 8999

                                    I purchased a cellophane from amazon.in on 27/01/15, but during online transaction the amount of Rs 3299 got debited from my account and order was cancelled by me. Since that day i tried all my effort to get my refund from the company, but i still didn't get. They told me to contact with my bank through which transaction has been done. I did according to instruction but all gone in vein. Bank told me that the amount has been credited to amazon's account. the order no of that mobile is[protected].                                       I have purchased laptop in Amazon.in using mobile app on Nov 11th 2014 (order number:[protected] as amazon offered a 10% cash back. As per the aggreed tearms and conditons Amazon is supposed to return the cash back of maximmum Rs2500 by January 11th 2015. But till now amazon has not paid the cash back and they are not responding even i have reached them multiple number of times. They are false tracking me and not resolving this issue from more then 2 months now.
