The battery of Samsung S duos provided by you is fake. Battery backup is very poor. I have purchased the costliest battery provided on amazon.com for my s–duos phone as you were claiming the battery original. But your battery discharges from 100% to 0% in time interval of 5 hours. Please refund my money.

Amazon acknowledged my problem and replied me. They agree to refund me, Seller also contacted me and agree to refund me as he said this whole lot is expired.

      Order[protected], the product delivered was purposely incorrect by the seller as shown on amazon.on, post that getting a refund and contacting customer care is very very difficult. Amazon is not taking any responsibility for the product and I also had pay for sending the product back to the vendor Fonokasezone - Chennai.

        Sir i''m Mahendra Gupta from bhopal, I have order dell venue 7, 16 gb (wifi, 3g) from "AMAZON.IN" with sim card slot model and this product MRP is show 14999 and after discount amazon give on 8015 rupees, my order id is #[protected] and this product delivered 04/06/2015. but deliver product is different, it''s only wifi enable model, this product MRP 11999 rupees and no sim card slot . amazon supervisor arrange reverse pickup scheduled on[protected] between 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM, I have receive conformation e-mail and Sms . But[protected]:50 PM has been rescheduled reverse pickup.But product will Finally Pickup on 02:00 pm 06/06/2015 by"AMAZON.IN" service . "AMAZON.IN" Say refund will be initiate 2-3 days, but current status that i have not receive any refund amount, and "AMAZON.IN" say please wait 25 days more. this type of problem phase many customer in "AMAZON.IN" Sir I''m very disappointed & frustrated, So please help me.           we have refund 2 items 1 phone 2 bag in april 2015 and amazon is saying that we have refund your amount on 18th and 26th may 2015 but i didn't get any amount in my account and i also contacted PNB Bank they are saying that this transition id is not valid and there is no transfer in your account, please solve this issue my amazon id is v.[protected]@hotmail.com.

            The seller Primarc Peccan on amazon has sent fake on serious mass.I checked the product during delivery and refused to accept. Amazon should not sell such dangerous duplicate health supplement.It's consumption can even kill.Please remove that seller, or Dont allow him to sell that product. Dont play with public lives.

              I have registered a complain about my phone YU YUREKA model no. AO5510, my TICKET NO.#1017387, IMEI1 NO:[protected], IMEI2 NO:[protected] on the customer care of yureka. The screen of my phone has been broken as it had fallen down. The solution given to me was that you would replace my phone. It has been 7 days since i have registered my complain. They were to send a person who would replace my phone and i am ready to pay RS.2999 according to their terms & conditions. I had talked to Ms. Shrushti about this matter. She had noted all the details. Now when i am calling to check the status of my complain they are not responding to me at all. They are saying that their seniors are busy and also they cut my call. I am suffering from this problem from since 10 days and i am not getting any response from their side. I request you to kindly see through my matter as i cannot access my phone due to broken screen.
              my friend was also face that problem..
              Did he get any solution for it??

                on 10 - june - 2015 i have got hcl Me u1 tab from Amazon.in. But it was not the product as described in their website They Said That It is having below specifications Bluetooth connectivity And having 1gb Ram But it was not Having Bluetooth connectivity And it was having only 512mb ram And when ever I ask For Returns They Are Not Responding Properly and Wastng My Time

                  I have placed an order(Yuphoriya mobile) from amazon.in from flash sale on[protected]. Firstly order was placed successfully. Then after 10 min they sent me an email of two line that your order is cancelled due to maximum purchased by you. While I have purchased only one more before it and it is not written there that you can not buy same item once you buy it. I had planed to give it someone for gift for her birthday and they ruined it. They cancelled my order without any information, whenever i try to write them email, they reply it after 24 hrs. So guys never buy anything from this website, they can play with your emotion . Other websites are even better like Flipcart/Snapdeal/eBay..

                    I ordered puma cotton shorts from amazon.com but the shorts received by me were of synthetic material. I requested a return they were not ready to send any executive to take the return from us. they are ordering us to send the product to them.online shopping as always meant to stay in house and shop not to go outside to shop. I am not having any source go all the way to the post office. I request any executive from their side to come and collect the product and refund my money.

                      Order#[protected] I have ordered Micromax Canvas Hd Plus Mobile on 9th June. I have paid with my debit card. The order got dispatched and arrived in my city today morning i.e. 11 june 2015. But In the Noon It was returned back to amazon . When I called the courier service(Blue Dart) they told me that some senior authority from Amazon has ordered them to do so. What a poor service. Is this a service given by amazon. I am really annoyed. The order received my city and some senior authority called the order back. When I called the customer care they told me It was a pricing mistake. What i have to do if it is a pricing mistake, it your company, if you cannot check pricing mistake then close your company. And if it was a pricing mistake then why have you not cancelled the order on the same day... Why you cancelled when the order arrived my city. I want my order back as in the past six months i have order this order and the very order got cancelled. Its very poor service. I want my order as soon as possible. And if you cant provide it please reply to this mail, I will file a report in consumer forum . I am attaching The email which i have got in which no where it is written that my order has been cancelled due to pricing mistake instead childhood reasons are written in it. I am also attaching Courier tracking Details. hope You Will Help me in getting my order back. Regards Mohd Ahzam

                        I had ordered a electric rice cooker from your website. Order #[protected] the deliver address (namely my sister) received the main unit (the outer body housing the electrical part and the sieved separator) without the container used for cooking the rice. Now she has to take it to a service center, pay for it and get a container? WHAT is the point of ordering online? Even a company like Amazon has no checks. If we had to go to a service center, we could have bought this in a retail store .

                          I, Ajay Kumar Verma, ordered a WD Elements Portable 1TB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive (Black) (Order No.[protected] on 5th June 2015 to the address #203 MANDAVI HOSTEL JNU, NEW CAMPUS NEW DELHI DELHI 110067 India . When I tracked the order with tracking no. [protected] it was shown that order delivered on 8th June 2015 but the delivery person didn't contact me and deliver the order to some other person without informing me. When I inquired in hostel on 10th June 2015, I got my order from a security man of my hostel. It is delivery person's duty to contact the person whom he delivered the order. You have to take some necessary action against the delivery person so that this incident will never happen in future.

                            ar Sir/Madam, Subject :-Flase Commitment by Amazon.. I have booked a Micromax A190 phone for a price of Rs.4399/- And got order confirmation too. But didn't get the product.. Shame on the seller and Amazon to tell it got transit damage, now they are asking me too book for Rs.7399/-??? How pathetic is this??pls do the needful from ur end.

                              I have purchased xolo handset model no. Omega 5.5 from amazon.in of rs. 7999. delivery was made on 7th June 15 order no.[protected] After using it for a day I found that handset is faulty and not working properly. amazon.in policy is guaranteed 10 days return & refunds policy for mobile handsets. My handset return last date is on 19th June 2015. But next day on Monday amazon.in close my account for without any reasons. I contacted them for my handset return but they are refusing by saying that your account had closed so we won''t provide any return/refund or replacement for the faulty handset as they have block my account.                                 Hi, As per the website, I bought a "Fisher Price Newborn to Toddler Rocker" and it clearly mentions " Free Delivery", however a Shipping & Handling of INR 475 has been charged.
