Dear amazon.in I order a product from amazon.in but estimate delivery time is over still my product is not delivered by amazon transportation servise. Per day i call customer care but every time they make false promise to me. Next day product will be delivered but dont know when will be next day come. And i contact a delivery man name mr sachin kudale mobile no. [protected]. One of most idiotic person i ever know he never pick my call.     i subscribed for yureka. On day of sale after waiting for hours and making my eyes red in front of computer, they say i have not yet registered. I checked and confirmed i had registered. They said register again and try again next week. I have waited for so many days. They say wait more. WE do not have to help you right away. I have proof i have taken images of everything.

          I had been assured by Amazon customer service( Have a mail for that) that my Parcel would not be sent via IPS but still it has been sent via the same. It's the 4th time in a row i am facing this issue, i am fed up of taking it up with Amazon. As the problem is never solved. I am assured every time that something would be done but the reality is nothing is done. It has become a nightmare shopping on Amazon. What kind of a service is Amazon offering to its customers, blocking customers money and returning it once the estimated delivery time is breached. A customer buys a product so that he can use it but shopping with Amazon never lets you use the product. Amazon has led me to so much of mental trauma and online shopping has become a nightmare for me. Highly disappointed with amazon.

            They have given the defective product and then they told me that just ship that product to the seller and they will refund the paid amount (through any courier) I opted Blue Dart They took 820/- for the same and I also send the slips and AWB bills of the same but then also they are not ready to refund my money .I requested them many time but till date they have not refunded my money . It is a request from all the consumers of India that do not prefer this company for online purchase as they have poor sellers, defective products, poor shipment, and worst customer support.

                To whomsoever it may concern This is regarding purchase of Phillips air fryer from Amazon. Com, online and delivery of a broken product. The product was not packed properly and on reaching destination it was found broken. The customer was harassed for a long while for filing a report. It was mentioned that the product will be returned as per the company policy and the amount will be reimbursed. There was inaction for a long while. On stating strongly for the same complaint we were assured that the needful will be done shortly along with inclusion of a compensation for client harassment. Several assurances followed, each time assuring to expedite without any deliverance of the promises made by senior executives of the company. Later after many phone calls it was conveyed that they were unable to take any action as there partner company FedEx was not supporting them and the client may go ahead and file an official complaint in consumer forum if desired. And now they have directly threatened that they are unable to do anything even after the whole payment is made and we may go ahead and do anything we want. We look forward for your kind assistance and oblige. Please find attached the broken product pictures, the original bill and the return policy form issued by the company to the client.                           I bought a Nexus 5 phone on Amazon in the month of june. My phone is not working since 8 days. The issue is a very known issue. All the nexus 5 phones are getting crashed because of the power button issue of the phone. If the phone is in warranty period and if its an Indian model of nexus 5 the LG is giving free replacement of the phone. I have already visited the LG service store for resolution. They informed me that the Mobile which i bought is not from India hence, they can not repair or replace it even though its in Warranty period and i was suggested that i contact Amazon. On the 21st of Feb i have chatted with an employee of Amazon . His name is Sarath. The mail was sent to Enetzstudio (the vendor), but even after 48 hours, i still dont see a reply on that mail. Its becoming very difficult for me to be in contact with my people as i dont have a phone. I need a resolution asap. Please look into this asap.

                                I've ordered an Apple iPhone 5c (White, 8GB)(ORDER #[protected] on 12th december 2014 and there were some promotions going on, and according to that promotion I'd get a 2600rs amazon gift card from amazon by 20th feb 2015. Amazon agent has sent me an Email clearly stating "Yes As per the offer from CloudTail, you'll receive the Gift Card in the Time Period of 20th-25th Febuary" but now they are stepping out from their commitment and showing false information on their website also. Kindly take some proper action towards it. ASAP

                                        Hi,

                                        I have purchased a laptop on 11 December 2014 with order number[protected].
                                        Previously they have sent Invoice copy with wrong serial number. After that I have send them the correct serial number one week back. Still I didn't receive my Invoice copy with correct serial number. So that I'm unable to claim warranty from Lenovo. The customer service people simply say you will receive the Invoice copy by end of the day which is not happening.

                                        This is one of the worst customer service till now I have faced,

                                        I think there is no use in raising complaint here. Still the issue not resolved and I didn't receive my invoice.
