I have placed mobile in amazon.That was the biggest mistake that i have done. 1. After 20 Days of order placed.When i called them, Due to arrival of incorrect facility the order has been cancelled and they asked me to file Ato Z claim. 2. After filing AtoZ claim also I did not received my money back even today.Every time i call them, they are giving some worst explanations on the earth.

    My last two order still not delivered by amazon.I complaint 2-3 times regarding this but they are just giving assurance but no improvement in the status of my order.They are using bad courier service.Earlier order delivered by amazon is within 5-7 days but nowadays it will take 20-30 days.If they are not able to deliver my order then they can cancel my order.Only frustration is left with buying on amazon. My both order no. are:[protected] and[protected] both order place on 2nd january 2015 today is 18 th january but still it is on the way.Please solve my problem atleast amazon can use good courier services...

      This is to inform you that i have placed one order with Amazon on 5 Jan 2015 (Order Number[protected]) and they have confirmed the delivery date as 16-Jan-2015. However it was not delivered as per committed date and also no information on such delay had been shared with me (neither SMS nor any email). Please note i had already made the complete payment while placing the order through credit card and as a customer i should be shared information about each stages of delivery. When i called the customer care today (i.e. 17-Jan-2015), they have no update on exact location of the order, further they have refuse to give any confirmed time of delivery date. This is a serious concern for a customer and i can also sense some kind o[censored]nethical practice is in going on. I request the concern authority to take this as voice of a customer who have been cheated by Amazon and initiate appropriate action to provide right service/ experience to their genuine customer.           Dear CNBC Pehredaar, Subject: - Complaint Against Amazon.in online shopping merchant site fraud of 35990 I am Karan Singh Chaudhari ([protected]). Someone fraudulently used my ICICI account details on Amazon.in merchant site on 28-December-2014. The matter was immediately reported to Amazon & order was canceled after 15 minute when I got the confirmation SMS on phone. When I register a complaint in Amazon.in, they replied me "don’t worry this fraud Amazon account has been put on hold and that money will be refunded to my bank account soon". This matter was also reported to Cyber crime cell of police. Then Amazon asked me to share the bank details for refund purpose and same were given immediately. Also, I had provided the details of Fraud person with phone No. & email id, despite of these details Amazon did not took any action against that fraud person. Generally after cancellation the order, Amazon refunds in two to three days. Now 20 days have passed & Amazon is yet to refund my money. I am continuously following this issue, now three times Amazon.in confirmed via mail that the money has been refunded as on 7th January, then 9th January and then 12th January but case is still pending. It has been 20 days and I am regularly following up to get the issue resolve but the Amazon is not doing anything except harassing me. Now I am mentally disturb & not able to concentrate on my job & day to day activities. Please help me on priority basis. Otherwise Amazon will not resolve my issue. Lenovo S5000 Tablet (WiFi, 3G), Silver-Grey on Friday 10 October 2014 and Order Placed: 7 October 2014 Amazon.in order number:[protected] Order Total: 8, 990.00 2.Micromax Canvas A1 with Android One (Magnetic Black) on Friday 19 September 2014 Order Placed: 17 September 2014 Amazon.in order number:[protected] Order Total: 6, 499.00 Both had a 10% cashback offer I have not yet got the cash back offer till now. Its almost more than 3 months and they are still postponing the dates when i call with respect to this issue to the customer care Please resolve the issue

              Hi, I am Bala Subrahmanyam. Recently Micromax has announced a new mobile Yu Yureka which was sold exclusively at "Amazon.in" for a price of Rs.8999/- on 13th Jan 2015 at 2p.m. I was registered and logged 15 minutes before the sale started as suggested by Amazon. All at the sudden 30 seconds before the sale starts the website has went down and we are unable to purchase the product from our computers. But later after sometime I was able to log in to the site from mobiles only. Finally I am able to add the mobile to cart. When I want to checkout I found that price is not 8999 but it is 12499 and there is no information ever on the site regarding this price hike. As there are few stocks I completed the transaction first and contacted customer care regarding the price difference and they said because of some technical issues website has shown wrong price and we are working on this issue. Later when I called again on the other day that is on 14th Jan 2015 they are saying it is not possible to give back the extra charged money back instead if you don't want that mobile at that cost please cancel your order. I have been waiting for this sale since last one and half month, I am regularly visiting this page. I have put my efforts to get this mobile, and now amazon charging extra and not ready to give my money back, instead asking me to cancel the order inspite of help me resolving the issue. Pleas help me in getting my money back.

                CAVEAT EMPTOR! Buyer BEWARE of AMAZON!(read below why.) I had purchased a Rs. 5000 gift card from Amazon under the 10% HDFC Credit Card cashback promotion which was being run a few months back(in october). The last date to issue the cashback was 15th of December 2014. I DID NOT receive the cashback. So I started by first calling the Amazon customer care. They were able to give merely EMPTY assurances about the cashback and kept on extending the last date by 5-10 days several times. In total I have had verbal communication with them for atleast 4-5 times. One of their customer representatives even told me that IT IS NOT FOR AMAZON TO PURSUE THE CASHBACK AS THE SAME IS TO BE ISSUED BY THE CONCERNED BANK AND SO I WAS TOLD TO PURSUE MY CASE WITH HDFC! I was SHOCKED to hear this. I firmly told the representative that by purchasing the gift card, I have entered into a contract and transacted with Amazon.in and NOT HDFC and therefore it is Amazon's bounden duty to purse the case of cashback with HDFC. Still NOTHING happened. So I contacted them through emails. I have had written communication with Amazon atleast 3-4 times and AGAIN they are extending the date of issuing a cashback by 5-10 days. For proof I am reproducing their mail below:- Amazon Your Account Amazon.in Message From Customer Service Hello, In line to our conversation with regards to HDFC cash back, referring to the order number#[protected] I apologize for the inconvenience caused with this regards. The process has started and the latest date to wait for cash back given by HDFC bank is 10th Jan.So, I request you to wait till 10th Jan. I appreciate your patience and understanding in this regards. I hope this helps. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Warmest regards, Akshay - Another mail which I have received yesterday is as below:- Hello, I'm Swaroop from the Amazon Escalation Team. I'm sorry for the inconvenience due to the cash back issues with your order. I understand how frustrating it would be for you to go through this delay, but please be informed that these issues crop up very infrequently. I know that we may have informed you last time that the Cash Back will be posted by 10th January 2015. Unfortunately some of the refunds are still pending by the Bank. Further, they've mentioned that by 15th January 2014, all the Cash Backs will be posted by them. I understand that you have been contacting us multiple times regarding the delayed cash back and it is a known issue which is been worked upon with high priority. Please wait till 15th January 2014 till the end of the day and I'm positive that the cash back will be reflected and please check your bank statement for the same. Please treat this as an isolated case and give us a chance to resolve the issue. I hope it helps. We look forward to see you again soon. Did I solve your problem? - *Amazon has shown the poorest of effort in guaranteeing customer satisfaction. More so they have gone a step ahead and commited a Fraud and case of IPC 420 is clearly made out. I am waiting for a few more days and then i'll send them a legal notice for cheating, fraud, loss of interest, for mental harassment, agony.                   As expected in my previous email, my book as per Order ID[protected]: has not reached me till 12/1/2015 whereas payment was made on 22/12/2014. This is not the way an MNC company like Amazon should perform. They simply promise only safe shopping, not smooth or fast or successful shopping. Each Customer Care call is responded politely, but when the complaint is detailed to them, they disconnect the call before providing any complaint no. and next call is received by somebody else. Thus, the whole day is wasted without any solution. This is really a treacherous policy.

                        Total frauds! Its about my Order #[protected]. My mother received it and its reached in very poor/soiled condition. The packets were all open inside and lots of stuff was missing. What the hell?! No one is even responding to my mails. What am i supposed to do with all these damaged things?! I PAID FOR THEM! Worst website ever!!

                            I ordered Canon eos 1200d with 2 lenses, a carry case and 8 GB memory card on 26th November and it was supposed to be delivered by 5th December. But since the product was not delivered within the estimated date I returned the package. Even after returning the package they delivered the product after a month(on 27th December). So I asked for a return pickup on 28th December as I do not require the package anymore and they said that it would come within 48 hours but even after 5 days no one has come yet.

                              I placed a order on amazon ORDER #[protected] on 12 December 2014. i placed order in lightning deal and gosf offer.my order was confirmed and dispatched but one customer care said that order was undeliverable because of price error. and they returned my order to seller.if it was price error then why some customers received similar orders.i have proof also that some customers received similar orders. you can see attached images with this.these are images of those customers who received orders.This is fraud done by amazon with me.Why i have not received my order if other customer received? one customer care said that you are unlucky so you have not received your laptop.what is this lucky and unlucky? is it lottery or online shopping? when i asked them about delivery then they also said false that all orders are cancelled but in reality many customers received their orders but till now i have not received my order.Why amazon did this partiality.why they gave such offers if they can't fulfill them? i have written emails to them from last 25 days but they are not responding my emails.they are hiding their mistake but i want justice.all customers should be same.how can amazon do partiality? i want my order in any condition or if it is not possible then give me at least Rs.10000 Gift card as compensation. Please solve this matter as soon as possible because at this time i am very very disappointed with amazon.

                                I had ordered an LG L90 DUAL(Black handset) on 6th OCT, 2014, and at that time a promotional offer was going on of 10% cash back on payment made through SBI debit cards. I made the payment through debit card and bought the product. Firstly, I got the product 5 DAYS LATE THAN THE CLAIMED DELIVERY DATE. I waited for the cash back till 14 DEC, 2014 but DIDNOT get anything. I called up the customer care and they told me that by 15th midnight, I will get the cash back. I DIDNOT GET ANYTHING ON THE 15TH so i called up the customer care on the 16th and complained about the NON-RECIEVAL OF CASH BACK. I was told that THERE WAS A PROBLEM FROM BANK'S END AND I would get the cash back in 2 BUSINESS DAYS. I called up the customer care after 2 business days as I DIDNOT RECEIVE any cash back, and I was told by the associate that he ESCALATED THE MATTER and I would DEFINITELY get the cash back after 3 BUSINESS DAYS. I DIDNOT GET ANY FUNDS EVEN AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS, and call up the customer care. This time I was told that the problem with the bank had been resolved and the executive GUARANTEED that I WOULD GET THE CASHBACK ON THE 26TH of DEC, 2014, and IN CASE I DIDNOT I can call up customer care again and THEY WOULD REFUND ME THE CASH BACK ON THEIR ACCORD. I called up the customer care yet again on 03rd January, 2015 and inquired about the cash back, and told him about the previous talk with the customer care and requested for refunding of cash back. TO THIS I WAS BLATANLY REFUSED FOR THAT and given the reason that AMAZON.IN HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CASH BACK AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TALKING TO BANK AND SORT THIS OUT ON MY OWN. After insisting and retaliating, HE CHECKED WITH HIS TEAM (they always do that), and putting me on hold for 10 minutes, I was told I would get the cash back by 10th Jan, 2015. I was FURIOUS and asked for IMMEDIATE ADDRESSAL OF MY REQUEST, to which I was given LAME AND MEANINGLESS ASSURANCES. After a heated argument, the guy (named JAY) said, IWASNT ELIGIBLE FOR THE CASHBACK AND I MADE THE PAYMENT BY NETBANKING. I TOLD HIM I REMEMBERED THAT I MADE THE PAYMENT BY DEBIT CARD AND NET BANKING WASNT EVEN ACTIVATED ON MY ACCOUNT, and HE SHAMELESSLY CLAIMED THAT ON THE DATABASE IT SHOWED THAT I MADE THE PAYMENT BY NETBANKING (which is a BIG FAT LIE, as i got the net banking activated on 22nd OF NOVEMBER, 2014, one and a half month later than the time I bought the product) THESE GUYS ARE SHAMELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHEER USELESS JUNK AND SO IS THE COMPANY. I FEEL HELPLESS AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!

                                  I ordered an HUL Pureit water purifier and a defective piece was delivered by Amazon I was returned the product on 10th Nov 2014 but till today(2nd Jan 2015) the money is not refunded. When I call the customer service the executive says that due to system problem they are not able to refund the money. Amazon is making money by cheating people by keeping their money for longer duration without refunding. It was my worst experience ever with Amazon. Don't purchase Amazon products when they are selling for special price(discount).

                                      We never cheated anyone. He only playing with us. Once the profile of the candidate has been shortlisted by our client, before organising interview we will collect their passport. This is our concern rule. We said all these details to him. He said ok for everything. He spoke with us in trustable manner. And said that he will submit his passport in future. He asked us to apply for visa in singapore. On believing his words we applied visa for him. Once visa has been applied, he didnt pick our phone call. But after getting approval, He only bargaining with us for money. We have all records.                                       Dear all this is Dhana from Aamazon consultancy. According to rules of our consultancy Every candidate must submit their original passport with us before organizing the interview. The Candidate Sakthivelan has given his resume through mail on 3rd Dec’14. We took his file for processing on 10th Dec’14. At the same time he has given his resumes to many agents and playing with us, because we got his profile from one of our agent end. He told me to process immediately on 12th Dec’14 and told that he is ready to submit his passport. Next day I called him and he replied that he has given his passport with some of other agent, and again he told that ‘madam please inform me for next opening’. Again for another opening I called him on 19th Dec’14 and he told that he is ready and tomorrow i will come to your office and submit passport. Next day he told one of his friend died, so he will come on Monday. Because of his word we sent his profile to our client, and they selected his profile and applied on 29th Dec’14. He started playing continuously like this. For further process we called him but he has not picked up, after trying many times he picked up and said that he have got applied by his friend. How come its possible..? Because we are processing his file and we have all documents
                                      for that. On 2nd Jan’15 his visa has been approved, and i just called him to inform this but one of his friends (Lawyer - [protected]) picked and started to speak with me in bad manner. He used to give always wrong commitment and cheated us by his words.

You don't have rights to talk about me in bad manner. If you are not willing to do process with our consultancy then why do you sent your profile to me ? for Pooja or what ..? Why you asked me to process your profile when your friend is ready to process everything..? You only told me to process you profile and said that you will come and submit your passport on the next day. On believing your words only i processed your profile. Just for time pass you sent profile and spoiling our name like this..? Don't you know from this who is playing..? Do you think we are simply sitting and playing with people like you.?                                       Aamazon management & consultancy located in Karaikudi, is providing very bad service to candidates who is ready to go to Singapore. Also they are cheating the candidate by giving job in S Pass or E Pass within 1 month or 4 months the candidate will be sending back to India by telling performance is not good, So guys please be aware with that consultancy. Then they will get huge amount advance before apply from the candidate, then they will simply apply to get reject, finally they will return only half amount only. Please be careful with that consultancy. They are not telling about proper salary, timings and proper work. They are really cheating the candidates. They are getting high service charge from the candidate from 4 Lakh to 5.5 Lakh. Its tooo high. My suggestion is better you don't go through aamazon consultancy.

                                      I am Ponmani. I'm also one of the candidate. I'm applied job from Qatar. My advice is... If you are going to apply job from Amazon consultancy means...! First never you don't submit your original passport and original certificates..! They are don't give proper response to candidate... Vairavabalan(manager) he speaks like a rowdy... Not a gentle.before you apply can you call me. And ask details to me.
                                      If any one want to know about vairava balan and annapackiyum and jegan like amazon consultant. Kindly go to north police station karaikudi and gather the information. So many cheeted cases. And he is having own big house and his fraud wife and sister also doctors.thi is is the image of fraud vairava balan. Pls be alert

                                        Actually i order product on 29th Dec 2014 and taken confirmation mail also from Amazon executive, saying that 30th Dec 2104 product will get delivered without fail, but next day I got a mail from Amazon that order which placed is cancelled amount will be refund within 3 to 5 working days.(Order #[protected], really this is a worst site which i seen, please do not visit and purchase in this site.
