Amazon Selling Outdated (Out Of Warranty) Products : I had purchased a "Jivi Jsp 20" from Amazon on 22 November 2014 and when i faced some problem and i went to service center then I surprised to know that product is out of warranty with in one month.

    Order Placed: 11 December 2014 Amazon.in order number:[protected] the first complaint is Repaired Adaptor installed in RO(Aquagrand+) the following are mentioned on ad but Pre-filter is missing very poor assembly ... inside the filter cockroaches, cockroaches egg very poor ...sit ... just cheating and mentioning the following fitment ...totaly cheated by Amazon India. With the Aqua Grand RO UV UF water purifier, water undergoes eight stages of purification. The several water purifying stages included are pre-filter, anti-scalant balls, sediment filtration, activated carbon, reverse osmosis membrane, post silver carbon filter and more. This water purifier is extremely easy to install and can be conveniently mounted on the wall of your kitchen.       Harish Rai, C/O Saurabh Vishwakarma 39/1, Janta Flats, Pocket-7 Sec - 82, Noida, U.P. 201304 Cont + 91 [protected] E-mail – harish.[protected]@gmail.com I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S Duos 3 SM-G313HRWHINS (White) on October 14, 2014 through Amazon.in with a real price of Rs.7490.00 by an option payment of 6 EMI's and I was supposed to pay the amount in 6 month installments which cost Rs.1248 per month. I selected one-day shipping delivery at Rs.99 and paid a total of Rs.7589.00 on the booking date October 14, 2014. Since the consignment was not delivered within given time, 1 Day, Amazon.in refunded Rs.99 in my account but the same time they cancelled/voided the EMI instruction. In Next month billing of my Credit card, my bank billed the total amount Rs.7589.00 in one installment. I contacted my Bank but as per them, the EMI instructions were not given to the bank hence the total purchase amount Rs.7589.00 was billed in one installment. Regarding this, I contacted the Amazon.in many times but they never co-operated properly. On 1st few calls, they accepted that it was theirs mistake and will be corrected very soon but later on, in 1st/2nd week of November 2014, they were just picking up the call an always said that it's bank fault. I don't know why they are involving to bank in this matter. If someone purchase a product from an online site with EMI payment option, it's there liability to done all the things smoothly. Since I was not able to pay the total amount to bank at one time, I made converted the amount in 6 EMI's through Bank which cost me additional payment of Rs.1300 (approx.). (Rs.300 one time Conversion charge + around Rs.1000 additional payment to bank on EMI's). Please do the needful.

      Same has been happened to me .. Ordered an Apple I phone 6s for 46000, selected EMI of 9 months but when i checked after 10 days EMI options were not showing ... Called Amazon, and they said they can't do anything at their End and asked me to contact bank... From Bank we have to pay extra charges and processing fee arout 1500 .. not sure why Amazon is not helping customers after buying things.. frustrated..

        Hi, I placed an order on 5th Dec with Amazon. The Order # being[protected]. I haven't received the order yet. The tracking shows that the order is reached Nagpur.. However the billing/shipping destination being set to Pune. No updates from Amazon guys, no message, nothing. When contacted, folks at Amazon replied - "you will receive the order in next 4 days". What the hell is this with Amazon!!!

        Dear sir/Ma'am, I have placed an order on 28th march '15, order no.[protected], but till date i have not received the purchase that i have made.I had made a complaint earlier also.This service i believe is highly irresponsible and unresponsive.I do not understand from which part of the globe, you are shipping my purchase.The payment has already been made.Further, my request, please cancel my order and refund my amount.Hoping for an early response.

When i am open this courier box, i found that in this box Tablet not available only the charger & data cable available in this box. Same day i complaint to amazon toll free no but still iam not getting solution from amazon.

            Hello, i brought Sam sung mobile on March for 8532 Rs from Amazon.in with Cash back offer of 10%. Amazon promised 2 months to process the cash back. Which is 832 Rs. When 2 months crossed, while contacting Amazon i was badly surprised by the response of Amazon Customer Care. You have to contact CITI Bank CC for the Cashback, we cant process from our end. How stupid is this. Amazon is the intermediate between customer and bank. Amazon is responsible for the offer its provides. Till now, its 8 months crossed. No is there to process the refund? Amazon don't have any CC no? Mail support which will reply automated contents or saved template? Don't ever believe Amazon INDIA? Cheaters, Try to understand how other sites are processing cash back while processing the payment itself. how it is possible for them? Amazon is cheating company? Guys never ever buy anything in Amazon until unless these provides CC no to answer the questions

              Order No.[protected] After paying a premium for 1 day delivery I am still to receive my package. Though the premium is refunded but that's a poor way of handling logistics. This is the third instance between my and my wife ordering where the tracking info get updated saying the addressee was not present. Whereas in real the courier guy didn't even show up or call. Though Amazon offers good products and deals, due to the delivery issues I might never look back to Amazon for ordering any product. Most of my colleagues has warned me against this and they have stopped using Amazon for ordering due to the very same reason. I should have taken their advice and ordered it from Flipkart as they ALWAYS deliver before time. Just wanted to highlight this to you guys as this is creating a very bad name for Amazon in India.                   I ordered a Mobile phone worth 6699 at Amazon.in on 2nd of Dec and it is 17 Dec today they have not delivered the order the customer service is terrible they dont give clear answer to any question no follow up on complaints. I have had a very bad experience shopping on Amazon beware dont buy anything its a very bad for such a big company. They should have not used Indiapost in the first place of for sending consumer item for that which consumer already paid its cheating customer and there is no purchase safety and guaranty that they bost in their advertisement dont buy anything from there.

                          Hi, I have purchased online Sennheiser cx275 s universal mobile headset(Black) from Amazon India. My order number is[protected]. I made full payment but Amazon India did not delivered that product. They sent headset to me by ARAMAX Courier service. I have called several times both Amazon India and ARAMAX several time for deliver that product. But they always said your request is in process. I will deliver your product as soon as possible.. But now above 3 days has spent from estimated date of delivery. Amazon India and ARAMAX both company only take request and did not take any action how to deliver that product. I have mentally confused and disturb to call Amazon India and ARAMAX

                            Hi, I selected two items of barbie doll, both of different type from Amazon.in (on12th December, UK time). During payment, I had selected 2-day gauranteed delivery and completed the payment. After payment was successful, I was shown that one of the orders will be delivered on 17th Dec and other between 20 -24 December from their partner Sams. I was shocked to see this kind of a dupe. Is it not a fraud? to shhow 2 day guaranteed delivery before payment and then something else. Are you guys not ashamed to do these kind of cheap tricks online? I have been an Amazon customer for a long time, while I was in US, now in UK. Is Amazon competing with Fraudsters ???                                 I have Purchased Online Laptop through seller Amazon India @ 190 as the Price of the Laptop is INR 23499 & they had offered Promotion of INR 23309 due to which the Total Amount payable was INR 190 only. But unfortunately they had Undelivered after dispatched and order confirmation which should be provided by them as per their Website Promotion Gosf Offers and lightning deals as it it their Fault. Requesting you to please take strict action against these companies which are troubling People by their fake promotions.                                   My order no . is[protected].Had ordered a laptop in a lightning deal .Got email/sms confirmation and have screenshots for order placed.Later the order was cancelled & removed from the order history without my approval. Have been following up with service desk for 2 days now & i get the same response that the supervisor is busy & a callback will be arranged asap.Dissapointed with the insensitive customer support, have no option but to opt for other modes to communicate my grievance's. While they have cancelled the order just by sending out an email to a single customer, The deal is still highlighted on various GSOF websites as a loot/lightening deal which is still misleading/fooling customers.

                                      I booked a laptop for 190rs in GOSF lightening deal from amazon. My order no is[protected]. They dispatched my order and confirmed via sms yesterday. The product reached hyderabad also (My delivery location is in Hyd) and all of a sudden they cancelled the order saying pricing error. The product was a amazon fulfilled order and they should take complete responsibility in delivering it to the customer. Amazon simply cannot put the trust sign of 'Fulfilled by Amazon' without fulfilling them. I feel they have no right to cancel a confirmed and dispatched order just before delivering it to the customer. They are blaming the vendor instead of taking the responsibility and vendor has already dispatched and amazon has stopped the delivery. Attached the evidences.

The product was a amazon fulfilled order and they should take complete responsibility in delivering it to the customer. Such a reputed company is making fool of customers in the name of sale and simply supporting their sellers who has done a great mistake.
