I have a charge on my Visa credit card for $69.48 from the above mentioned company. I have no idea what this charge is for especially since I rarely use this card for anything that costs over $10. I need for somone to contact me telling me what this charge is for and how I get it removed since I did not authorize whatever this purchase was. I use Amazon on a regular basis and am very disappointed that this is how they treat their customers...

Amazon Mktplace charged the amount of $ 35.86 to my Sears Master Card, on 02/11/12. I have not made any purchase of any kind through Amazon on any of my credit cards. What can I do to get a refund. If I don't get an answer in the next few days, I will file a purchase dispute with the credit card company. After reviewing other complaints about Amazon there is a real problem with them. I noticed (3) charges on my ATM Mastercard that I did not authorize in the amounts of ($7.71) on March 20, 2012, ($11.95) on March 19, 2012, and the 3rd charge was from AMAZON COM SEATTLE WA ($7.21) on March 19, 2012. Have had no way to contact the above company, so the bank needed to hot card my ATM card in order for the charges to stop. Please contact me in regard to how to handle this situation.

My husband James L. Wright beleives there is an unauthorized charge on his Capital One Mastercard. The total is ($40.92). The charge was made February 23, 2012....

Its been more than 4 months that I am waiting for the money to be transferred to my savings account. I would like to know why is the delay and when will I get my money?
I have filed a complaint and got a registration number which is always busy as if someone has kept the receiver off the phone.

I was charged by Amazon markertplace for an order I did not issue or recieve, luckily I viewed my credit card statement to find out what had happened because I was not emailed or notified they had used my Credit card without my permission or even with my permission for that matter. I have been waiting patiently for the money to be put back on my card but it has been over a week now and nothing hss happened. If I have to wait another week...

The amount of $346.87 was charged to my Mastercard on 5 July 2011. I have extracted the charge as it appears on my card below. As I have never purchased anything from Amazon.com, this is an unauthorised credit card charge and should it not be reversed asap, I will not hesitate to take further action.
