We have received EMPTY PACKET (Order ID[protected]). The Details is as follows:- 1. Rupa Frontline Men's Cotton Brief:- Out of two Packets, one was Empty. 2. Rupa Frontline Men's Cotton Vest (Xing RN-White-90):- Only One piece has received. Also its MRP is Rs. 94/- Only. 3. Rupa Frontline Men's cotton Vest (Frontline RN-White 85):- OK 4. Rupa Hunk Men's Cotton Vest (8011-Grey and Black-90) - Empty Packet has received. 5. Rupa Frontline Men's Cotton Vests (Pack of 2)(Frontline-2Pcs.Pack-White1-90):- Only One has received.

    Hi, I had placed an order on Amazon.in (dated 06/10/2014) via GoPaisa.com where the special cashback rate of 7.5% on electronics was given on that day. But the transaction is not tracked till date! The order is successfully completed and delivered to me. I had filed a missing cashback claim with Gopaisa but it is now declined. I had followed all instructions as mentioned on their website. I didn't even use any coupon/store credits while placing the order. The order was worth Rs 23000 and so the Cash back was huge in this case (Rs 1725 to be precise). This may be the reason they are not willing to give it to me. They are making lame excuses now such as "Amazon doesn't accept missing cashback claims". But if Amazon doesn't accept missing cashback claims then why have they featured them on their website?? GoPaisa is just advertising big cashback offers only to dupe customers !! This is very unfair practice on their part. Guys beware of such gimmicks and instead try other sites such as Payback.in and CashKaro. They are much better! Ankit

          INFLATING DISCOUNTS TO TRAP CUSTOMERS BY AMAZON INDIA

In order to lure customers in the name of heavy discounts on books the company has been stating inflated original prices to show deep discounts. The fact of the matter is that the original price of the book(s) is much less. Thus a customer is waylaid into buying products under the impression that he is getting a very high discount.             On 9th oct 2014 I have ordered an induction cooker on amzon.in . The promised delivery date was 21st ict 2014. They shipped the product on 13th oct which was supposed to be delivered on 16th oct. Courier tracking number is[protected]. It is not been delivered till now. Since 21st oct daily I am contacting amazon. Everyday they are giving me new excuses and assure me same day or next day delivery.

                I made a purchase of an artificial flower in Jute Sack on 12th Oct by payment through Debit card and that item was to be delivered in next 7-8 days. Later as per there convenience they scheduled the delivery to 28th Oct 2014. On 28th Oct I received SMS and e-mail that the article is delivered to me. I immediately made complain to the Amazon that the same are not delivered to me. In response they come up with the solution of returning my Money Back. Here is the real clutch, I have received another item 2 days back out of my purchases done on 12th Oct and that was an Ceramic Vase, It was completely damaged ( Damaged to that extent that I cannot make out, is it the same item which I ordered or just ceramic waste) they refunded me my money for the damaged goods. Very innovative Ideas to hide their incapability to provide the goods sold online ( through a picture to as many customers as they want), as compare to Flipkart which came upfront and solicited to pardon there mistake. I am a middle class Indian and I recently dared to make online buy and now I understand why guys are afraid of such transactions. Diwali has gone I have not received my goods rather after 20 days I am offered to take my money refund.

                    I had purchased mobile on 17th October and the estimated delivery date was 24th October. Every time i call the customer service they tell within 24 to 48 hours the product will be delivered. Today they told it will take 3 days more or order again by paying the current price. I believe after 3 days they will again say another 24 hours and will make us wait. Will the product be delivered or not, i don' know and don't know what to do? Please suggest something.

                      Hi there ! Order ID #:[protected] Amazon didn't deliver My Product on Time and changed the delivery date twice. I didn't request them for rescheduling but the message shown they are saying that :- "The customer requested the appointment to be rescheduled". When I tried to contact there support team they are saying that due to festive season and elections in mumbai it is delayed . But both of them are completed. Still I didn't receive my product.                         I had ordered a product from Amazon.in. When the product got delivered, I did not like it and decided to return it. I thought that it will not be a problem since they advertise so much of their easy returns. But to my suprise, when I asked them to return the item, then they told me that a third party seller was involved in the transaction and that I will need to contact him for the return. I could not even imagine that such a big site which claims for easy buying and returns would have such complexities involved and they would drag the customers into it also. I did not end here, when I contacted the seller, he refused to return the item. Then I again contacted Amazon, and they asked me to raise some A-Z guarantee claim, which I did. After a while, they replied saying that the seller has agreed to provide refund but I'll have the myself ship the item! Now, look at their double standards. They advertise here and there that they provide 'pickups' for returns and here they tell me to 'ship' the item myslef, that to to a third party seller. I obviously denied. Why should I, as an individual, who is neither a retailer/seller take the responsibility of shipping such a huge item? There are other sites which arrange pickups within minutes. They still are struggling to arrange a pickup and I have'nt recived my refund.

                          I ordered a "ihave ia[protected]mah powerbank" on 6th October 2014 worth Rs.799, ORDER #[protected]. I chose Cash On Delivery as payment option after repeated decline of payment via my debit card. In this process, my delivery address was incorrectly selected. On the same day I contacted their customer service regarding this asked them if delivery address could be changed. They assured me that they would change the address and it would be delivered at the new address. However on 9th October, the product was delivered to the old address and refused due to payment refused. I again contacted the customer service and they again said that they will get it fixed. But the next day, again same thing happened. I talked to customer service twice more and each time they said that they will get the product delivered but now it has been returned to Amazon's fulfillment center. And now they are refusing to deliver the product. Also, they sent me a gift card worth Rs. 464 saying the product was available for Rs. 1263 and they would compensate for the price differential. But when I tried to order it, the Cash On Delivery option was not available and my debit card(HSBC) was again refused although the same debit card(HSBC) works with every other online retailer. When I again tried to order the product it showed the price as Rs. 3999. When I contacted the customer service, they did not reply. This is complete fraud. First of all, if they couldn't get the product delivered at the new address, they should've told me straight away so that I could've made some other arrangements to receive the product but they kept on lying. Then they send me an offer to compensate for it, which I can't avail. I request strict action against this practice of duping the customers so that an example can be set against cheating the customers.

                          I have ordered laptop Lenovo U41 worth Rs.50, 490 on 19th September 2015 [ORDER #[protected]] . I was supposed to receive it by 23rd September 2015 - 26th September 2015. The laptop did not come. I checked the status. It is stuck in transit in Delhi location . The courier service is Amazon Transportation Services [Tracking #:[protected]].

                          After numerous calls after 26th September, Customer Services suggested me to raise A-to-Z Guaratee Claim on 29th Sep 2015.
                          So far not refunded amount or laptop has come. The tracking update is stuck to same position.

                          On 30th Sep 2015, I have received the mail from Amazon that they have contacted the seller and here is the claim status update - Claim Status: Thank you for providing us with the return tracking information. The seller will reimburse you directly. If you are do not receive an update within five working days, please contact us so that we may take further action. But the seller did not contact me. I am really frustrated. I have tried to contact seller and amazon customer services, Noone has refunded my money yet. It is very frustrating.

It is 27th and I have neither received my order nor have I been intimated of the reason for delay or a revised date of delivery. When I checked the Aramex website, I found out that the consignment details are not valid and the tracking no.is invalid. I have no idea what is happening with amazon, for over 10 days now. Upon calling the Amazon Customer Service dept., I was told that my complaint has been escalated and that they cant assure the date of delivery.                             Hi, I have purchased a Lenovo A536 (White) from Amazon on 15th October. I
                            was notified that the order will be delivered on or before 27th
                            October. It is 3rd november and I have neither received my order nor have I been
                            intimated of the reason for delay or a revised date of delivery. When I
                            checked the Aramex website, I found out that the consignment details
                            are not valid and the tracking no.is invalid. I have no idea what is
                            happening with amazon, for over 15 days now. Upon calling the Amazon
                            Customer Service dept., I was told that my complaint has been escalated
                            and that they cant assure the date of delivery. It has been over 9 days
                            and I am yet to receive a call as promised. My order ID
                            [protected] Kindly make sure that i receive the product and a compensation of 50% on

The estimated delivery date is Monday 6 October 2014 - Friday 10 October 2014.But i had not yet recieved the item till today i.e 27.10.2014.                                 Amazon is making fun of customers, they first put products at unbeatable price and then accept the order and ship it, but when it is to be delivered they will take it back by telling sorry and refund the amount .. This happened to me in the case of Canon PIXMA MG 2570 Multi Function Inkjet Color Printer which was priced at rs.259 and shipping charges of rs.49 Order Placed: 29 September 2014 Amazon.in order number:[protected] in this case they have sent the tracking number [protected] also .. But when it was to be delivered on 2nd october they mentioned has customer adddress is not available and returned the product.. but i was available on my address and earlier also the same courier people had delivered the other product to me..                                   Hi Sir, I placed an order for a travel bag on online my order id is[protected] . i have paid the cash on delivery man full amount of the purchase after that i opened the product and caompared with the image displayed the product was entirely different, so i contacted the seller to refund my amount, they are not responding properly. So please take an immediate action and refund my amount.

                                    I purchased a Titan watch from Amazon.in (order no.[protected] on 10th Oct, received the product on 13th Oct and placed the return request on 14th Oct by calling on their customer support center.I was assured by the customer care executive that the product will be returned, and if the seller does not respond to you within 3 working days Amazon would be responsible for returning & refunding the product as per their A-z guarantee.I have called at their customer care number 5 times at every time I was told the same thing.Now they are giving lame excuses that the product(watch) is not eligible for return & product will only be returned if it is damaged whereas on their website it is clearly mentioned that watches are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.I want to mention again that the product is still unused and the return request was placed within 1 day of receiving the watch.They are just harassing people by changing their statements again and again
