Hi, i had ordered an Inc. 5 Women's Slippers from Amazon, while ordering there was a promo which read 40% additional discount at checkout for products fulfilled by Amazon and at the deals page it read seller "RONN studio", so i had ordered a slipper from RONN Studio and it was fulfilled by Amazon, i can attach the screenshots of the same, but while placing the order the promo was not applied . I contacted the customer care center and each person gave me different answers. One person -(Rizwan ) said that it was a mistake in the system and they would refund 40% of the amount back to me, while the other said that it was not fulfilled by amazon but it was fulfilled by amazon and finally when i had contacted Vaishnavi from amazon, she had told me that this offer is not applicable as the items are already sold.And when i had informed about the other calls i made to amazon, she would send complaint against the other operators as it is violation of policy to say that. Pls look into this as this is a fake promo from amazon and has caused inconvenience to me and others too

    My order number is[protected] Docket no is[protected] till today I not receive my product. I track it on Gati website they update feedback ""Customer Request Another Date Delivery"" but no body contact me till 4th Nov. 2014.I call to call center they update us don't mind this comment my complain department will call & deliver the parcel. But till today I not receive any call from Gati complain department. They are not serious in customer complain. Now my concern is how AMOZON is working with such kind of company how your company will give the best services to the Indian market. I am customer of flipcart. I try first time AMOZON but my experience is very bad. So, I feel you are very serious online commerce in India so, I expect proper answer from your side.       this is regarding ORDER #[protected]. i ordered this package from amazon.in. they said it would be delivered i two parts one on 31/10, other on 1/11.i have not received any of them.when contacted they customer service even they could not tell where the package is and when it will be delivered. i also received a sms saying that my package will be delivered on 3/11/14, on the same day in the evening they again massaged me saying delivery was delayed as per my request.but no one made any contact with me. on 6/11/14 i also received an e mail from amazon saying the package will be delivered today.but upto 8.40 pm it was not delivered.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I did place the order (Order #[protected] on October 21, 2014 and the delivery timeline was due by November 5, 2014. However the order got delayed and post initiation from my end (consumer) the Customer Care executive failed to justify the reason and update the revised order delivery date. Initiated a second communication on the successive date and was again fooled by your Customer Care executive since the delivery timeline was not confirmed and no follow-up was done. Since both o[censored]s have a corporate background we understand the importance of customer service in the competitive market. This is sheer negligence on your part and would lead to negative WOM. Would sincerely look forward for confirming the expedited timeline for my order number shared and proper compensation tangible terms (as a part of penalty) for not preconfirming/conveying the ddelay in parcel delivery.             i had ordered a phone on amazon.in on 22nd oct 2014(order no[protected]. the estimated delivery date is on 28 oct 2014.but the phone not delivered yet. i paid money using my debit card. amazon.in tracking shows that the package arrived to gati courier facility on 1st nov 2014. in the gati site it is mentioned the assured delivery date as 3rd nov 2014. but still product is not delivered. at this situation i cannot cancel my order because amazon will refund amount only after get their package to them . so please take legal action on those two amazon.in, gati courier. they are cheating people by taking money.please take necessary actions or solving my problem. 14 days completed by today, i had called amazon.in 10 times, every time i call they are saying that your problem is escalated. you will get the order delivery by today or tomorrow. but not improvement had taken place. still my package is in transit. Please help me by taking legal actions on them

            my phone delivered on 7th nov 2014 at 18:34 pm through courier facility, thanks to consumercomplaints.in for helping me in this issue. Many times before i had contacted amazon.in on this problem, but of no use, but after submitting a complaint on this site immediately the next day my problem got solved.

                Dear Team, I have ordered a Prestige PWG 03 200-Watt Wet Grinder on 23-Oct-2014 through Amazon.co.in (India site) and the very next day the seller has shipped the product through Amazon Transport services. The product was supposed to deliver on 27-Oct-2014 that is the esteemed delivery date that max they take time to deliver the product to the customer, however I haven't received the product, nor any mail confirmation or reason for the delay of delivery of the product. I have called 5 times since 27-Oct-2014 and spoke to the following Customer Service number agents (Ankith, Venkat, Latha & George) till date. I am sick and tired dealing with Amazon team, they haven't delivered the product to me where in the product is in Hyderabad itself. Whenever I call them they have given an assurance that the product will be delivered by end of the day that i made a call. However till date i.e, , until 05-Nov-2014 till date I haven't received the product and it is still with the Amazon Transport team. There is no proper response from the company and they are cheating people by taking money and not delivering the product. I am tired dealing with this site, hence approached you guys to take legal action against this company. Please find the attached pic for proof of non deliverance that occurred till date.                   i bought an amazon kindle paperwhite for Rs.11, 999 which was under try and buy scheme and amazon was supposed to refund full amount in case of return within the time specified. i got the unit by cash on delivery (COD) and just within a week i requested amazon that i want to return it, they deputed some courier company and took back the same from me. amazon was duly aware of all the happenings as i have chatted more than half century times and many emails exchanged. sometimes they fully assured early refund, and sometimes they clearly denied it. it has been 3-4 months now and i am extremely puzzled by all the scenario and mis-management of amazon. help me. A BIG THANK IN ADVANCE. Order no.order #[protected]. short details are as follows in the attached image which is showing that refund is complete. why i have not got my money is not clear.

                      Hi Amazon, I am not sure what type of service you are giving. I had order a Laser printer on 14th October 2014 (Order #[protected]. The expected deliver date was 30 October. Its 4 day after expected deliver date, still yet to be receive the item. It is business material and I loosing money because lots of my work pending for this. I have contacted customer care over phone and chat, one answer sorry for the delay we will be delivering within 24-48 hour. Seem there is no 24-48 hour for you guys. I never seen this type of fake service in my life.Highly Disappointed with the service you are giving. You shouldn't do like this.

                        Sir, I ordered Apple MacBook Air 13-inch Laptop - MD761HN/B (basic price 86, 900) on 7th October, 2014. My account in Amazon.in clearly states that I ordered MD761HN/B, the bill clearly states that I ordered and paid for MD761HN/B but the product I received was MD711HN/B (basic price 65, 900). Due to Diwali discounts on this product I paid Rs.68, 745 for MD761HN/B (clearly mentioned in the bill invoice) and placed the order through DINO DEALS (www.amazon.in/shops/A14GT5K3GRC8LT). Like any average Indian I trusted Amazon( a billion dollar American company) to give me a good, new and exact product that I ordered. But I feel cheated that I received a product which is Rs. 21, 000 cheaper than what I paid for. When I asked Amazon support chat representative to give what I ordered, he blankly said that we have a return policy of 14 days and after that we don't care. More than half of the India cannot distinguish between these 2 products as name wise only 1 alphabet is different (761 and 711, rest are same) and the screen same it looks pretty same to an untrained eye. Thus I could not make a difference, I just trusted the Delivery and quality assurance department of Amazon to deliver what was asked from them. Sir, I ask the government, are these companies doing any audit of what they deliver ? I fear that they are looting most of their clients, maybe even changing products(as in my case) or probably selling fake stuff !!! I think government need to heavily fine them if more cases like me are found. maybe it's a nexus between the sellers and employees of Amazon or Amazon itself, to make profit. I hope I will be given justice as I paid for what I ordered (in full and on time), and I trusted Amazon to give the product I ordered. Please contact me for any details or supporting documents that you need. Our PM, Mr. Narendra Modi, promised us a corruption free India and it's sad to see that such big firms are looting innocent Indians of their hard earned money and are bold enough not to care. I plan to take this incident to any level it takes and want to involve media to let other Indian's know of the wolves in the market ready to eat them.                           One of the most pathetic online purchase site i have ever experienced. I have placed an order on 18th Oct (Order #[protected]. Given an additional payment of 49 Rs for guaranteed delivery within 2 business days (as they say on site) but still i havent got my order inspite its being the 14th day. Used to get calls from customer care and each time they assure to deliver the item within 2 days but nothing other than asssurance till date. Should Government of India allow these companies to do business. Searched whole page of Amazon India but no good review written on the website for their deliverables. When clicking on the cancel order button the site asks me to return the item which was never received. WOWW... All thanks to their business team. WTF. Guys i sincerely wont recommend anyone for believing in fake statements written on the website. Thanks Amazon for your wonderful service.

                            I ordered a Toshiba Canvio Simple 1 TB hard drive on 12th of October and at the time of purchase it was shown that 4-6 days for delivery and later after the purchase the delivery date moved to 27th October. On 21st October I got a message that my product is out for delivery and I waited for the courier guy to come. Evening I got a message from Amazon that it didn't deliver because nobody was there at home, this was blatant lie because the courier guy didn't visit my home or reached me out on phone.On 22nd I ordered a 8GB memory card again and the delivery date was 28th of October.I contacted Amazon regarding the false message and they assured me that they shall deliver it on 25th October.I waited and delivery didn't happen, again I called Amazon and asked me to wait till 27th.I request them to cancel the product and give my money back.They assured me that it will be delivered with in that day and they have escalated the case and review is going on.I didn't receive product on 27th and when I asked about returning my money they said that they can't do it until product is delivered to me. I asked them to compensate me and they offered me Rs100 gift Card.I rejected it and asked them to give the product tomorrow they promised the same again.The memory card delivery guy didn't deliver the product because he didn't have time and promised that will do it on Thursday.On Thursday I escalated this again and they promised that both product shall be delivered on Friday 31st.Mean while I enquired about compensation they told me that they shall do it after delivery. On Friday they again sent me out me an message and asked me to wait, I waited and when I checked with the courier guy, he bluntly told me that he cant come today, shall come tomorrow. I escalated this again and they are not ready to refund my money quickly and telling me that it may take 10 days to refund the money and again asked about the compensation again RS.100 card came in to picture. Kindly help me to get justice and teach lesson to this bogus company. Regards, Girish

                            Today on 5th November, Amazon shared the information that they lost the packet while transit.They didn't offer any compensation and only interested in refunding the money with in 8 working days. Finally they offered me Rs.300 Gift card as compensation.I am not satisfied with this and please help me to get a proper compensation

                              I had ordered Lenovo s850 from amazon.in on 21st October 2014. I was promised delivery by 29th October. However no information regarding delivery was being displayed in my account. When i contacted the customer service center through chat, they told me that delivery would reach within a day. Well, It dint. When i talked to the service manager "Rajesh" he told me that delivery will be at your doorstep by 1st morning. When i made a call on 31st October at amazon "Redish" told me that delivery will arrive on 5th November. It was a prepaid - gift order. I have been played around by amazon.in. The company gives reasons such as "we cant establish contact with courier service" . Amazon.in has its own courier service. This site is making a fool of indian customers.My money is too not being refunded.

                                I have ordered a product (External hard disk) from amazon on 10th Oct 2014 in festival offer, company has given me a delivery date of 15 Oct 2014. Product was not delivered until 16 Oct 2014. When contacted on 17 Oct 2014 with customer care about delivery, they promised on next day. But did not receive. This happened every day till 22 Oct 2014, every day I called they said next day. The product never reached me till 25 Oct 2014 and also there is no proper action taken towards customer complaints. Yet the product was not delivered also on 25th Oct 2014 product was sent back to seller with out any proper reason behind why it was not delivered.

                                  I had ordered a Casserole Set on 12th Oct on Amazon.in. The delivery was to be made by Magickart.in. The delivery date was promised to be between 17-22 Oct. However, I was not contacted by Amazon India/Magickart even 4-5 days after that. I kept checking my order online and it had no progress. Then I contacted them two times after which I received an email on 28th Oct from Magickart that they will not be able to deliver my order and will process the refund. I am really disappointed with the service of both Amazon India and Magickart.

I started following up with the customer service from 24th, and they just kept on telling that they understand, and the order would be delivered in the next 2 days, I tried following up with ARAMEX (the courier company), nobody did anything to solve the issue, just tried to put the case on next day. Out of my surprise the courier people asked me to pick up my courier from their warehouse, and the Amazon customer case executive tried to intimidate me by saying "Do you have any idea what I could do". Every morning I get a text telling that the order is our for delivery, and in the evening I get a text that I was not available to receive the item, although no delivery attempts were made by ARAMEX. I got this message 3 days in a row. Finally 29th I cancelled the order. Lets see how long would it take for the refund to happen. A big NO NO to Amazon from now on, very bad customer support, packaging is really pathetic, and delivery .. I suppose that's out of question. These people just make fool of customers and never deliver the item. I don't know how long I would have to wait for the Refund..

                                    Ordered a Cannon SX510 on 11th of Oct, the order Id is ORDER #[protected], expected date of delivery 20th October..                                       I had placed an order of HTC DESIRE 516 (order no:[protected]at amazon on 14th October 2014. Subsequently I had paid for the same using hdfc bank debit card. I was told that between 25th and 29th of October (Wednesday), I would receive the product. Till now i have not received the product .On 29th I called at customer care, I was told that by end of 29th of October I would receive the same. Again I contacted with the customer care at 30th October, same thing was told to me that I would receive the product by EOD. Due to the delay of delivery I have faced many personal problems, which I don’t want to share here. At this circumstance I would expect the delivery at earliest .Would I not be compensated for the delay of the delivery? Thanks, Biplob

                                        I ORDERED FOR Olympus LI-42B Li-Ion Rechargeable Battery WITH ORDER NUMBER #[protected]. ON 6 SEPTEMBER 2014.THE DELIVERY DATE WAS 24 SEPTEMBER 2014 TO 6 OCTOBER 2014 BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS TWO TIMES AND I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL GET A CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS BUT IN BOTH OCCASIONS I DID'NT RECEIVE ANY CALL.
