The Name is Hardik (+91 [protected])from Bangalore he has taken INR 2000/- from me and all my documents for AMEX Make my Trip card.
2 Months no response from that Guy.
Now He is telling me that My Salary is not Matching and my presence in IBM is less that a Year so I am not eligible for any card.

Then I asked Revert back my Money and my Signed documents.
He denied, he is telling once you submitted those to us we cannot revert back to you.

    On January 7, 2017, before making a transaction of Rs. 65, 000 at the Apple Store, I called the american express customer care to convert the said charge into an EMI. I was confirmed that the same would be done within 5-7 days, once the vendor claims the amount and I was informed the applicable interest rate of 1.75%. I was even informed of my cash-back eligibility.

    After having a due confirmation, I swiped the card for the said amount. But to my surprise, when I called the customer care services again, after 5 days with my reference number, I am informed that there are no EMI facilities on a Gold Card. Every company increases your benefits as you upgrade, but american express seems to reduce them.

    Now, I am being asked to pay the entire amount in next 15 days. Even after repeated calls and after extending full cooperation, none of the senior executives are willing to extend any help. Not only has this caused grave incontinence to me but also puts credibility of your staf[censored]nder question.

    There is clearly no logic in calling customer care numbers if an absolutely incorrect information is to be delivered with much confidence.

      I suggest not to apply for Amex credit card.
      Marketing executives give false promise.
      Huge gap between marketing guys and customer care.
      Customer care ask you to follow their process which is never explained to you by marketing guys and the very least expectation is that you will get threatens from customer care for issues which are not because of your mistakes.

      I had filled the ECS form and submitted to marketing executive Aashtha where as my auto debit was not taken care by Amex in time. Customer care was not supportive to check with their own colleague (I gave the mail ID and phone no if marketing executive Aastha) and they asked me to follow up and get the documents courier to them again otherwise they said it will impact my CIVIL score.

        Ref. Your above reply to my complaint. I have paid my premium for about 8 years, with no claims, as the sales people from american express have sold this policy to me way back in 2008/9, inspite of my declaration of my being a diabetic. This was declared by ae personnel as a lifestyle disorder & not a disease & policy was subsequently renewed every year. Fortunately, i have not faced any health problems, all these years & have not made any claim.

        This year the policy was renewed again without a reminder & i, on receipt of the policy, decided to check & i have received the abovementioned letter which is vague & silent on the applicability of policy, in case of a claim.

        I register my strong protest & reserve the right to approach the ombudsman in case of non redressal of my complaint

          I would like to bring your notice today, i am getting call from mr. Kiran r. K., ms vijaylakshmi and mr raju. Every day (Mobile number :+[protected] and +[protected]. They toold me we call from recovery agent amex credit card. They refuse to give any further details like employ i'd. They are threatening to me. Pressurising me. Pay card payments. I would like to bring your information i am bank karpt person. I don't have job. I don't bank balance, i don't have assets to pay. I don't have good health. Health issues is i safer cardic heart. I got heart attack 10 month before. I can't work further. I run my life my mother pension money. If any thing happened to me it responsible amex and your require agents.
          Hope you are understand my situation. I am ready face any all judicial way face the case. Because i jest alive.
          They are vailiting rbi guildline.

            I was contacted by Amex to apply for a credit card. I provided them with all the documents. They are not processing my application because my salary was deposited twice for the month of October. I gave them the explanation( Oct end being diwali, they deposited the basic salary before diwali as a gift and the incentives were deposited in the 1st week of Nov) The total figure matches the figure in the pay slip. Now this a very rubbish reason to reject an application I think.

              Respected Sir,

              My name is Arun Jain and my American Express card number is ***********1008. 6 months back I was sold this card by your employee named Hans Gupta. While signing up, he explained about the rewards and told me that on spending 4 lakh rupees in a year I will be entitled to a Taj Gift certificate for 10, 000 INR, which I can redeem on any Taj property for anything, including Taj Merchandise. Needless to say I was happy and excited.

              Infact I was so motivated about the rewards programme, that I completed the goal set for the year in only 6 months.

              But I was shocked when I got the Taj voucher. It clearly mentioned that it was only for lodging. I called up American Express for the same and they too confirmed my doubt.

              When I told them that American Express sales guy told me that I could use it for any purpose, they told me that it cannot be and what has happened has happened. We will not do anything about it now except for sharing your feedback to the sales team.

              Infact your manager Beena was very rude to me and she implicitly told me to cancel the card but she won't be doing anything about my issue.

              Then I was contacted by your manager Shweta and even she after giving me big fake promises and false hope, finally told me that nothing can be done.

              So I have no option but to cancel the card. But before I do that, I really want to exhaust all my options for solutions so that when I approach the Banking Ombudsman, it shouldn't be that I didn't approach you guys for solutions.

              So I am mailing you my complaint.

              Do let me know your formal response on this in writing. So I can approach the banking ombudsman and other consumer forums accordingly.

              This is outright fraud. And I won't take this lying down.

                In January i purchased two bicycles and tried to make a payment through American Express. There was some problem in the machine and it declined thrice. After that i made the same payment through my Citibank card. In between these two transactions. My son decided that he wanted to change the cycle, so there was discrepancy between the two amounts swiped but that was mentioned in the bill.

                Now when i got my American Express statement, the charge was reflecting not once but thrice. I called up the Amex service centre and was told to submit proof. Which i did. Statement from my Citibank credit card and the receipt that was issued by the vendor. I went to the vendor as well and was told that it would be sorted out.

                They put this transaction in dispute and gave me a temporary credit. Now in March, they credited my account with two transactions and decide to charge me for the third. I called them up again and was told to submit the proof again. Which i did again.

                So cut a long story short. In July i got a letter from Amex that they have appointed some external agency to recover this money. I called Amex again, i have been in touch with them ever since and was told that they would put it into dispute again and was told to submit the proof again.

                So i did but still there is no solution to this problem. They have put this transaction in dispute but they are now asking me to pay interest that they levied on this disputed transaction.

                The only problem is that i am not in the country and don't know when or how will i be able to resolve this?

                  Following fraudulent charges have been incurred against my platinum Am Ex card.

                  Wrong charges:

                  At 2.10 pm IST (6th August) : Euros 420
                  At 2.14 pm IST (6th August) : Euros 105.5
                  At 7.22 pm IST (6th August) : Euros 10
                  At 3.10 am IST (7th August) : Euros 216.88

                  In addition, the following are correct charges:
                  At 2.12 pm IST (6th August) : Euros 350
                  At 8.15 pm IST (6th August) : Euros 58.4

                  This is urgent. I am afraid my card has been misused. The Am Ex helpline is no use at all. No one responds. They only keep transferring you from one desk to another

                    I have had a terrible experience with the selection process of amex. Not that i am not a worthy candidate but they have failed to absorb me stating that i am "overqualified" for their profiles. I have appeared for the written tests and cleared it "twice". Then yesterday they give me a call to appear for an interview which was supposed to be over by the evening. But, to our surprise it took us approximately 10 hours to wait for the team leader who was supposed to arrive early from gurgaon campus. I got over with my interview at 10 pm in night only to know the feedback that have "excellent communication skills", "great thought process" and "high qualifications" and hence i was rejected for being too good. If i was not fit for the job they should not have called me in the first place to appear for the interviews. How does a company let anyone arrive randomly irrespective of their qualifications and credentials and then ruthlessly after making them wait for several hours break the news that they're rejected. I believe they have just lost themselves a really worthy candidate who had always wanted to join them and work for them and considered amex to be the "dream organisation". Its certainly loss at their end.

                      American Express credit card was obtained by me after paying joining fees of 1000 Rs. plus service tax. It was told once 8 transactions of Rs. 1000 plus is made, I will get Movie voucher of Rs.1000. Now, after I have made the 8 transactions, they are saying since you have not registered, you will not get the vouchers. This is seriously a fraud to customers. They are not listening to customer now.
                      Hey! I totally agree with you here! i am facing the same problem and they say that one is eligible only after they enroll for it! how am i supposed to know when and where to enroll unless i browse myself?

                      Please let me know the step you are taking. i will back you.

                        I have applied for American Express Make my trip credit card, I have submitted all the document and then after I got a mail that my application has been approved and also I was matching all the criteria but I haven't received yet

                        So to know the status of my applying credit card I had called to the company person Mr. Vishvnath ([protected]) and he told that it has been rejected because I don't have an existing credit card, and I told him that I am currently using Standard Chartered credit card and he told me that it might not update in your CIBIL data base and for that you have to contact to Standard Charted bank.

                        So immigrate after I had called to SC bank and after two days I have received a mail fromantic their customer care and they have send me a PDF file ( CIBIIL ) which I have forwarded to Mr Vishvnath.

                        Most of the time he is not responding to my call and also he not even call me back and also not get any response from him.

                        AMERICAN EXPRESS is one of the best Brand and I am very sorry to say that this kind of response/ irresponsible behaviour from an AEXP employee is not expected.

                        Find my details below and expecting a atkeast a response from your side.

                        Alert guys don't choose credit card which is provided by American Express people. They will provide wrong information and made us to take credit card and will charge 1000/- towards first transaction. But they won't provide this information to us.

                        Alert-- Worst American Express card and its people who approach customers.

                              I deposited cheque of rs.50000/- on 30.4.16. Dhole patil drop box, pune. But very next day box are misplaced. I wait till 10.5.16. Cheque not presented. Then i transfer funds rs.125000/- i attached receipt of the same pl credit immediately. Further send final bill for surrendering the card. Because of issue of repayment of card usage. Pl do the needful. Thanks

                                I applied for a corporate card with American Express.But now more than 2 months over and they did not deliver my card.Customer service executives are rudely responding.Their service is crap.I am working for Capgemini PVT LTD.They keep telling that it will be delivered within 5-6 days which never happened in last 2 months.

                                  This is to get to your notice that i have taken a credit card from amex with the card no :[protected] , i had made a transaction of 1.2 lacs and according to the team instruction it was to be a emi option from the immediate next month , but when i have called your call center they said that the transaction cannot be converted into emi . Due to bad health there was a gap in my carrier and very recently i have joined a organization very recently and i have got a call from your agency team [protected]/[protected]/ [protected] and the recovery agents were using bad language on my office land line and on my colleagues personal numbers and they were using worst langue and saying that iam thief and and all bad words to them. And the same has been conveyed to the agency manager mr. Shiva and according to his conversion he asked me to give a cheque dated 30th april but he would deposit on 3rd may and with my notice he has deposited the cheque and it has come to release at 9am in the morning and the check got bounced . My funds has come into my account at 12 pm . I have to leave my job due the pressure and shame at my office i have gone through your agency team . I have lost my bread and butter just because of your team . I have requested your call center team to change the agency but i have not got enough support from them . They were really blunt enough to say it on my face you have to speak to them .



                                  After i have left my job and your agency team is calling my previous colleagues and using an abusive language and asking them to pay the amount from there pockets. I seriously don't understand do guys want me to end my life with this shame ?? I get a threatening call that there will be a case filed against me when i say i want to do a settlement they are not agreeing on the amount and now they are calling up all the official people .



                                  I don't want any calls to go on my name to unknown people and kindly change the agency team as iam so much disturbed on the way criticize me degrade me . I would like to settle this up if there is some one who can actually talk rather than pointing me out on my status . They are using a statement that if you are a beggar than why have you to taken, when you are not capable why are you taken card? Its you guys who have approached me and given the credit card and my intention was not to get into this situation my will was to use it in a proper way but due to my financial crisis iam unable to pay it back immediately .



                                  I would make a point that the credit card has been given to me on my earnings and i have lost my bread and butter because of you guys and iam on road but still iam not saying no but i wanted to settle in my budget if you guys cannot settle it please let me know so that i can process my work legally to get the things sorted .


                                  If this harassment continues i have no other choice to end my life with shame.
                                  I Sri Goutam Roy, Employee of Damodar Valley corporation had applied for Amex card by their agent came in our office. After applying I have found that there were so many hidden charges. Though in the phone enquary & residential enquary I had disagreed to accept the card but the same had tried to deliver me in my office. As I had been transferred from Kolkata I had not received the amex card. Inspite of that several SMS, phone calls are coming to creat pin, payment which are very much embarrasing. So I would request Amex to stop this immediately as I am not card holder of american express.

                                    I am an amex corporate cardholder based out of india. I came to orlando, usa for a business meeting and checked in to marriott orlando airport hotel. To my surprise, i got a message today at 10:31 pm ist from amex saying that usd 795 has been charged on my amex card. However, marriott has not initiated any charges on my card. Could you please review and reverse usd 795 against my amex card[protected]

                                      This is manish singh from new delhi India.I went for a interview in the at Amex campus, commercial block 3, zone 6, dlf city phase 5, opp golf course, gurgaon.The Human resource employee who was conducting the interview at the reception of amex named pooja was a very proudly, rude and arrogant lady.I went there today for a chat profile interview and she gave me a sheet of paper and asked me to write 75 words on my favourite movie.When I educated her that I have already written the story in the story in the direct recruitment center of amex in malviya nagar(new delhi) and I am here in the company for the operations round then she started showing her arrogant nature.She gave me a sheet of paper and asked me not to copy with my friend when I write the story.I replied her that if she has any doubts then she can allow me to sit at a different place.She got furious after listening this and started saying that don't show me attitude and tell me your name in a very rude manner.After I gave my operations round, she went to the operations manager "Vishal Bhardwaj" who took my interview and chatted with him for 5 mins and came back to me and said that you are not selected and when I asked for any feedback then she said that we don't provide any feedback and the operations manager also said that you are full of attitude.I clearly understood that it was her words which she wanted to convey by the name of operations manager.I am not disappointed by the fact that I am not selected but I am extremely sad and unhappy and I feel like crying that companies like amex who are trendsetter in the globe and wo are rated best in hiring frontline staff are hiring hr like pooja in the gurgaon office who are so rude and arrogant to the candidates who are coming for the interview in amex.I am writing this email to ask your opinion that is this the way a candidate should be treated in the amex office

                                      American Express India — Over charging

                                      I had booked flight tickets thru your card . the tkt cost was 2, 055.92 USD where as card debited me for .Rs 142165.04. kindly explain for overcharging. it is cheating. my card no is[protected] thru make my trip.

                                      American Express Bank — Taking documents and delaying the process and not keeping the customer informed.

                                      I have been contacted by a representative of American Express Credit Card Division and I was informed to get AMEX Payback card on 17 September 2015. So Far no information is provided to me.

                                      I have woned a samsung galaxy s6 but by the time of submitting reward page details the 3rd steep was to choose an offer, it was a snapdeal account, i had registered but its hapen nothing.
