My Ref Number 999101051512010025702 for PF transfer is showing status as 'Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office'.The status has been same since last 4 months even after everything is approved.

Why PF department is taking so much time. I have seen similar complaints by other people also. Are there any problems in the process?

Kindly let me know when the PF amount will get transferred to my new account ?

    I am Vignesh. S from Chennai ([protected]).

    I was approached by a person called Venkat (holding mobile no[protected] from American Express Credit Card Division. While he was explaining the benefits of Make My Trip Credit Card, he mentioned that i will earn 1000 Bonus Payback Points each month, if i make a transaction of Rs. 1000, 4 times in a statement cycle.

    When i checked the site, it was not mentioned. Hence, i again called him next day, before signing in for the card and he told that it is a special offer for the Corporate Employees and it will not be available for direct consumers. So, not mentioned on Site.

    It convinced me, as i already hold Citibank Credit Cards which provided me such offers which was not actually mentioned on site, like Lifetime Free and no annual Fee. Even after that, i have called him and get clarified regarding this multiple times and he convinced me that it is true.

    So, after signing in and one successful bill cycle, the 1000 bonus points were not credited. So, i called him and confirmed. So, he told me to contact the customer care to check why it is not credited. So, i insisted him to check as well and missed for few days to check with customer care. After around 5 days, i called customer care and came to know that there are no such Corporate offers and i was cheated.

    I again called him and asked why he said so, and he told that he got confused with the Gold credit card and provided me such statement and it is not available for Make my trip credit card.

    Then only i realized that i was cheated by such an irresponsible company and its staff. I have paid Rs. 750 + taxes for this no worth at all credit card.

    Also, this card is not at all accepted in 80% of the places, where i purchase. Now i was able to use it only on the HP Petrol Stations.

    I want the American Express Credit card team to look for such fake agents and take necessary action. I have wasted Rs. 750 + Taxes for this fake statement. Hence, I would ask the american express credit card division to refund my money, so that i can proceed on closing the Credit card after paying my Debts.

    I would also request American Express credit card team not to send such Fraud agents to anyone, and if it has been done purposefully by the American Express Credit Card Company itself to cheat peoples, then i would request them to stop this fraudulent action here onward.

    Note : I have used many credit cards for the past 8 years and have not defaulted a single time. Also, i have never paid the Minimum amount due till date and always have settled the money in full.

I had applied for the gold credit card online and a representative by name Mr Sagar came to my office and collected my documents on 19 Apr 16. I was told that a coomunication would be sent to me within 2/3 working days. However he never contacted thereafter. Repeated calls to him and a request in ur helpline has also been of no avail. Kindly intimate me if will be issued with the card or not. Thanks and regards

          Hi,

          I have paid the full due amount against my american express credit card and called the customer care to get my noc / clearance certificate. Each and every time they are saying within 7-10 days you will receive the copy in your registered address. 10 time i have called and got the same feedback but didn't receive the noc.

          I need to take a loan from bank on urgent basis but without the noc that is not possible.
          Without providing fake commitment can you please confirm that when i will be able to receive my noc?????

            I had Amex makemytrip credit card. I had purchased goods of 51k and 15k in mid 2015, which I payed completely through installments of 12 month . next I had made transaction of around 36k.
            issue is:
            they are charging extra 51k which Amex donot have any information of it.
            also they are appending hidden charges on my credit card which is increasing every month.
            also there is one fraud translation that happened through my card.

            I have called Amex customer care twice and have provided all the information. they still havnt replied me back on this. what kind of runbish organisation is this Amex, they lure, lie and have no authenticity on their business.I will not pay this amount which I havnt taken.me I will take legal steps and will publish it to social media.

              I had redeemed my points and received a 500 Rupees gift card doesn't work- . Despite repeated telephonic and email requests no action was taken.

                I was at my office and in the lobby I see an American Express executive welcoming and trying to sell me the best possible credit card. I had a long discussion as I found the offer really attractive. The executive shared information regarding benefits on my spending and lured me by saying that if I join right now, I will be getting vouchers for Croma (Worth Rs. 500) and Bookmyshow (Worth Rs. 700). I asked for a written communication regarding the same and she did the needful. I got my card few weeks later but the vouchers didn't. I constantly followed up withe the executive regarding it but she simply ignored the request by saying "I will surely get back to you" (She never got back). I registered my complaint to the central office team by calling their call center but no one responded back regarding this. This incident took place in November 2015. Please see image as proof. After few months, again a different team visits office premises and offers me a credit card. I explained them the problem that I have with AMEX and they assure me to resolve it in max. 3 days. It has been more than a week now but didn't hear anything from anyone. I must say that the customer support of AMEX is the worst. I didn't expect though. I don't know how many people see this but it is my strong suggestion to not to trust these guys.

                  I did not trust this but his manager mr vinod kadam see below details.

                  So it is a case of fraud by such trusted creditcard companies & serious action should be taken against them.

                  I also have the email that vinod kadam has sent me from his american express id as proof.

                    American Express - Have also started cheating and doing fraud with Customers - Shocking & Wired!!!
                    I have opted for Amex card in Jan' 2015 and have been asked Amex representative that i just need to pay first year Anual membership for INR 3, 500.
                    Yesterday when checked my latest statement i came to know that i have been charges extra of INR 5, 000 as an Annual fess. There was no SMS with respect to card fess which has been added to my statement. Today i called up customer care and spoken to CCE all what he has was an apology and he told me that i have signature all the Terms & Conditions at the time of applying for this card.
                    I re called and could collect that Amex representative who has got my application processed did not ask me to sign any documents in fact he asked me to share my documents over his official email - A copy of which is still available with me. Than i realized that the sales representative would have copied my signatures to get the application process since i will not signed any of the document which has a yearly fess.
                    Later when i asked the American Express team that share my signatures or a scan copy of application they do not have it since they will be at fault.
                    I asked American Express to cancel my card they were very quick in doing it since they do not want this matter to be highlighted since they also no my signatures are been done on application form without my authorization.
                    Pls stop doing this fraud activities dear American Express
                    Waiting AMEX to resolve the Issue. Signature copied shared with AMEX is not valid. My signatures are been copied on the application form by AMEX sales representative.

                      I am Madhu and I was issued an AMEX gift card bearing number[protected] for INR 5, 000. The card had a balance of INR 1, 000 when it expired on July 2015. I spoke to their customer care in September 2015 and I was told that a new card will be issued with 15-20 days. However, I did not receive the card and i forgot to follow-up with them. When I re-checked with them on Jan 19, 2016 I was told that "the card is defunct (lapse of 90 days) and as per their records, I had called them however, before placing the request the call got disconnected and the request was not placed" where as the actual request was placed by me and taken by their representative. I understand that there was a delay in following up from my side but the response I got from AMEX is grossly incorrect, negligent with their 'do not care attitude' is utter dismay. It is not about the money involved but the services metted out by such supposedly reputed Company.

                          I needed to purchase Iphone. On 6th Jan 2016 I called their call center at around 12 noon from my registered phone number, if I can get my purchase converted to EMI. The executive confidently informed me that the EMI option is available for 12 months with 1.29% interest. He said that I can call them within 48 hours of purchase to do the same. Based on input I did that. When I called them on 8th Jan 2016, the new executive denied any such facility. It seems Amex employs people to give wrong information to make such purchases and later deny. This is a clear case of fraud by them.

                            I was offered a Makemytrip credit card. When I was applying, the sales guy kept calling up for documents. Even when I was travelling I sent all documents for my card and I requested an add-on card for a family member. Documents of my family member were also provided instantly.Within a week or so I received my card but despite repeated follow ups for more than a month I did not receive the add-on card.The customer care team speaks politely but does nothing. They assure you of everything but actually nothing is done. After a month, I was asked to resend my family members documents and make a fresh request for an add on card. I was frustrated and requested closure. According to the policy, if I closed the card within 60 days(without using), I would not be charged any amount. How incorrect to think that! I have been receiving monthly bills of annual fee, interest due to non-payment and service tax. This is the fourth consecutive month I have received a statement. The card admits my card is closed but I still have numerous charges!There seems to be a huge error in their system and calculations. I am tired of calling the customer care and requesting to stop sending bills. Due to the confidential nature of my personal information, I cannot provide the details of the card.                               I'm a student of IIM Calcutta. I was told I'd get 1000 rupees worth Bookmyshow coupons for applying for American Express Gold Card. I haven't received any till now. I took the card and I am using it for the past 1 year and have been loyally paying my bills. I don't want to give my personal details here. BTW, I have mailed them like n number of times only to get no reply.

                                    With due respect I would like to know my credit card application status in written.

                                    Yesterday, I called to your customer care then one of your executive replied me your card application has been rejected/declined because of CIBIL. Then I pull out my CIBIL records after paying 500/ INR and my CIBIL score is 849. I am attaching that email along with this email. Please use madh1985 password to open it.

                                    I am getting 1 Lac 25 thousand salary each and every month in my ICICI bank account and regularly paying Income Tax to Indian Government then why my application has been declined/rejected.

                                    I have a Home Loan of 27.5 Lac and it is running from last one year without any obstacle and paying 30 K each month to Bank.

                                    I am a respected citizen of India and I want satisfactory answer from American Express else approve my card under the appropriate norms and condition given by RBI. Else I will take move for further step.

                                    Hoping to get a speedy reply ASAP.

Rs. 14000 Cheque is said to be provided to me which I never recd and now follow ups and calls and interest added statements months after months despite all the promises that nothing will be asked and issue close in 48 hours as standard reply including your recovery dept. I closed the card after confirmation from recovery and follow up dept and once confirmed I cut and throw the card. It is very ugly of your bank to ask without even verifying the facts that no cheque is cleared in my a/c and finally threatening letter comes from you dated 22 sept 15 from Madhu Nair. Please Better check your ends first before asking any amount now onwards and stop harassing me failing which I shall be forced to take action and publish against your bank in media. Let us not waste time on papers.Verify foirst in details. I am clear that no money is due in my name. I use other cards for years with huge transactions and never faced any such cheap service like yours. I believe I was right to cancel your card with hopeless and paining end.                                         Subject: Additional charges.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am holding a card([protected]) with you for last more than 1 year and during this period whenever I have used your card I have made payment on time. When I was given this card I was informed by your representative that there is no annual charge on my card except the membership joining fee. But last month when I received a sms from your bank that I am liable to pay annual fee then I got surprised and with some more enquiry I came to know that I was misguided by your people and I have to pay the annual fee. Due to all these confusion that month I made the payment on 8th or 9th instead of my due date on 4th and later on I came to know that again I been charged late fee for that. I have no issue with the annual charges eventhough I was wrongly informed, but the late fee should have not been added to my credit. I have been regularly paying your bill till now and my sincere request to you is that kindly waive off the late fee charges and let me continue the good relationship with your organisation. I would be very grateful to you if my request is honoured.
