Hi i'm virendra, booked flat in amrapali centurian park low rise in dec 2010 and haven't received possession yet.
Builder keep on doing false pro misses and was supposed to deliver flat in 2015 and still they are no where.
As per agreement they supposed to pay penalty on late possession but that's i think is only applicable for flat buyer.

I have invested my hardearned money in booking a flat in amrapali leisure park in 2012. The possession was expected in 2014. But till date the project is not completed. I have booked a flat in Amrapali Golf Homes A1-1705, under subvention scheme in which builder is supposed to pay the interest portion of the Home Loan. For this scheme, the overall cost of the property was also increased but since it would have been difficult for me to pay the EMI and rent side by side, I have chosen this scheme only.

But it is for over 8 months since the builder is not paying the interest amount of the loan....

That amrapali has not yet refunded our money back which we had invested for a purchase of a flat. They might have utilised those funds in other projects deeming to violate our rights under constitution of india.

I bought a 2 bhk flat in amrapali adarsh awas yojna (Aaay), greater noida west under subvention plan where builder is supposed to pay the interest payment every month until they deliver the possession of flat.

It cost me 4 lakhs extra over the actual price due to the subvention plan i opted for. They have signed agreement to pay the emi till possession or if it get delayed sometime, they will pay it with the incurred interest....
