I bought a 2 bhk flat in amrapali adarsh awas yojna (Aaay), greater noida west under subvention plan where builder is supposed to pay the interest payment every month until they deliver the possession of flat.

It cost me 4 lakhs extra over the actual price due to the subvention plan i opted for. They have signed agreement to pay the emi till possession or if it get delayed sometime, they will pay it with the incurred interest.

They are never consistent in paying the emi and now its been more than 3-4 months when i am not receiving interest emi in my bank.

Bankers are calling me every day to know the payment status, they are also threatening to penalize me and negative my credit scores since the loan is under my name.

In yesterday call they threatened me to send a legal notice.

I have emailed amrapali the problem many time, but there is no response from their end.in fact, none of the contact point from amrapali who facilitated the purchase and signing of subvention agreement are reachable now.

Amrapali is not picking any call, neither their customer helpline is answering.

Kindly help.

I had booked a flat in tower r amrapali sapphire ii in 2008. The work in this tower, i have been told, is on hold since about one year. No satisfactory answer is available from anybody concerned with this project. No body picks up phone at the main office of the company at sector 62 noida. Also those who look after the project are not well informed about the future of the project. One does not know how long this uncertainty will continue. Kindly help.

Pls send me the receipt for the payment done on 25 Apr 2017 for casting of fifteenth floor, however you have sent me the statement of the payment done so far...

Since I have taken loan from ONGCL so I have to submit the receipt against the payment. It's been long time I have not received receipt in soft or hard...

Kindly send me the scan copy of the receipt in return mail.

I have my flat in your Project in Amrapali Zodiac Tower R unit 1203A in NOIDA sector-119
As per the buyer seller agreement dt 01.03.2012, the passion of these Flats was to be handed over to me on June2012.

The builder has not completed the construction of the my flat and entire tower R is still in construction stage till date (18.05.2017)
Builder is not making payment of penalty of delay in construction, neither builder is completing the construction of the flat.

There is a total delay of about 59 months till date in construction of the flat
As per the buyer seller agreement builder is charging from interest @ 18% per annum for any delay in making installment payment from us so the same rate of interest builder should pay to me for delay in construction of my flat
The penalty amount which builder should pay @ 18% pa comes out to be 39, 81, 062 (Thirty nine lakhs, Eighthly one thousand and sixty two rupees only).
Kindly help in getting the possession of the flat by getting the construction of the flat completed by builder and builder should pay penalty @ 18% per annum for the entire delay in giving the possession of flat on the total cost of the flat

Hi,
I have booked flat in amrapali adarsh awas yojana, leisure valley of amarpali group, and paid approx 8 lac. I want to know the construction status and possession dates of this project. As it has already been 1.6 years no updates has been revealed.
As this project is very much delayed and i don't want to block my money in such a project i want my all money back. As many fir's has already been registered against amrapali, either i want refund with interest from amrapali or possession on time.

I request noida authority to take action against them as their isn't any meeting regarding aaay with amrapali. Its big scam which amarpali and investor clinic has played with us more then 4000 flats has booked under this government scheme but not even a single brick they have constructed in this project site.

Even the previous meeting which was scheduled on 19 april between na and amrapali was postponed please please i want to do humble request to schedule a meeting. I have attached a image with this mail of april 2017 nothing has started it just the same.

As this project s very much delayed and i don't want to block my money in uch a project i want my all money back. As mamy fir's has already been registered against you, i don't want to invest in such a company and project.

I want full refund of the amount.

I book my flat in amarpali dream valley in 2012 oct at a4 tower that time the it is promised given by the excutive we deliver flat within 3 years i pay my 95% payment but never get my house i am really upset at my second last payment the excutive tell me that we deliver your house on 2016 but still i find there is no progress i see when i go there... Hi,

I am a buyer of acp flat no f9-901 and have signed the bba since 2011. I have deposited 90% of the amount as per the demand letter and have all the receipts for the same along with the supporting documents. Last communication which i received from you was of possession date which was mentioned 2015 +/- 6 months. Since then i am waiting for the status report, i have visited your sector 62 noida office multiple times and when ever i visit i am told that no one is available from this acp side to update.in-fact, i am told that mr. Sachin is handling this project. I have called many a times and visited many a times. I am writing this email considering that this complaint cell would help me in providing the status report on the same.

I have visited your site office 3 times in last 3 months and no one their knows anything about the construction or any thing. They just ask me to reach to corporate office.

I would like to refer that i am a female and its not easy to reach and run after company or person many a times.

My humble request would be to kindly share the status report on my project that"s"amraplai centurion park high rise" flat no f9 - 901.

Your response to my complaint would be highly appreciated.

I own a unit of 500 sq. Ft.in the tech-park, greater noida. The builder promised to give an interest of rs.18975/- per month. The payment was made in the year 2008. The builder had promised to give possession within 3 (Three) years. The building is not yet complete even after 9 years. The builder has promised to give the unit on the 24th floor, whereas 24 th floor does not even exist on the site. Moreover it has stopped paying the interest from april 2016. I have really felt cheated. The builder has caused a lot of financial and mental harrassment to me. I request the concerned officers to direct the builder to repay the entire amount of 18 lacs plus interest and relevant penalities.

I booked a flat in a2 tower of amrapali leisure parks and paid 100% demanded flat cost but amrapali has not yet completed its construction. No sign of work at site to finish the flat and give the possession. Amrapali group is also not responding to my email. It is a clear cheating by delaying the finishing of the flat. Help how to initiate legal action against the amrapali leisure parks group for violating its own agreement contracts signed with buyer of flats in amtapali leisure parks.

I have booked flat in Amarpali leisure park F-1, G-01, under subvention scheme and and paid 10% as booking charge and got 90% loan disbursed form their said bank. but for last 6 month they have stopped paying the interest portion and also the work at the site has stopped all together thus implying that there will be further delay which will mount the interest of loan .
kindly suggest and help.

My name is rakesh kumar. I booked flat in amrapali dream valley project in 2012 and paid 20% amount. I cancelled the booking in may 2015 but still i didn't get the refund. I am doing continuous follow up but no response.

My flat details are: d1-1205a, block - d1.

I purchased a flat in silicon city project by amrapali group, *uming it as a reputed builder. I booked the flat in 2010 and completed all payments by 2014. Its april 2017 today, still did not get the flat possession. Neither is the construction complete.
I've been to their sales office for more than 50 times now. Every time they come up with new new justifications causing the delay in delivery.
This time, one official said, : we are not getting the materials i. E supply of
Pipes and electrical fittings, hence we are unable to complete the
Finishing but sir, your flat is almost 90% ready. (Biggest lie of all times)
Well, i did some research and came to know some facts regarding
Amrapali.
- they have to pay around 394 crores dues to noida authority.
- till date, they have paid 194 crores.
- only after they complete the payment of dues, will the noida authority
Issue certificate of completion. And, only then can the buyer get the
Property registered.
- some buyers have taken partially furnished flats in silicon city and are
Agitated by services.
- many buyers have lodged complaints regarding delay and requested
Authority officials to audit the current status of towers.

Now, as a buyer, i realise that it was a bad decision on my part and feel cheated and deprived. For a hard earning chunk of people like us, we feel guilty and repent our decision of investment in amrapali.

Buyers beware! - don't invest any more money in amrapali group.

This downfall of reputation and defamation of amrapali group and its cmd dr anil kr sharma is an another example or reflection of vijay mallya, chairman of kingfisher group. Both these *-holes and * heads took money from the common public, had fun, diverted it to other projects so as to raise more capital and eventually landed up nowhere, with the empire and projects declared as "fraud"!
Overall: anil kr sharma is an example of big failures in real estate business can result in huge monetary losses and backlash.

I have booked 1bhk flat in amrapali dream Valley high rise in 2010 Paid all installments on time but still after 7 years there is no update and you people are not even ready to return money...
You people have lost your goodwill
Tell me the solution when this flat will be handed over or else refund my money immediately with interest

I booked flat in March 2010 in Amrapali Zodiac sector 120 Noida. Builder insisted to pay full amount to avoid penalty in December 2014. I did full payment and got NOC in December 2014. Since then no further development done. The builder is not available on phone or in office. About 100 times i tried. If anybody is sitting then he casually tells that it will take 2-3 months. It is more than 6 years but the flat is not ready. Iam living in a rented house. All my savings the builder has taken. He is the biggest cheater on earth. He should be in jail. Please do the needful and oblige. Thanx

I have booked a flat (Flat Number M3/1204) in Golf Home (Noida Extension) project in Oct2010. Honestly, I experienced that service of builder is pathetic. They initially confirmed that possession of flat will be given in 3 years (e.g. Dec2013). I understand there were some hurdle in delivering flat at that time. But after sorting all issues Golf Home management informed me that possession will be given in Oct2016. Following up them after this date, they informed that possession will be given in Jan2017...and further afterward they say it will be in Mar2017. Having recently talking to Nishant (executive from Golf-home) got to know that they are planning to give possession in July2017. Frankly speaking, I have no trust that they will even deliver in July2017. Not even believing that they will adjust "Penalty Amount". However other builders in the same area are giving possession. What happened to Amrapali group? Why can't they deliver? Can I have a confirmed date (surely confirmed by MD of Amrapali group Mr Sharma) on which possession will be given?

I have booked one flat in F-12 in 2013, in Tropical Gardens. But Neither the builder has demanded any installment or any update regarding construction is provided to me. Bank is taking EMI regularly, even bank persons are not making any query about the EMI status from the builder.
They are not replying properly and telling how much time it will take. No update on site too. They updated pictures (pictures are same as one year back no update only date changed ) last in Aug 2016.

My booked flat number F-1 2802 under subvention plan, AMRAPALI ADARSH AWAS YOZNA.
Interest amount which is suppose to be paid by the builder to the consumer till possession has not paid by him to me since Oct 2017.Interest amount of the last seven months is due.
I find myself in difficult situation to pay interest of the loan amount to the bank which i have taken against the above said booked flat.
here I raise my official complaint for not payment of the interest amount by the builder .through this forum i request you to raise my point to the concerned authorities and do the needful as early as possible.

I have booked my flat in tropical gardens 3 years back in F-11 tower. Till now only basement roof has been casted and building has to go 22 floors. No work is going on from last 2 years. No body from Amrapali is giving response what is happening. I am paying rent and EMI which is a lot of burden on me. I request to please cancel my contract and get my money back.
