My Client ID: S147199

On Nov-10-2021 from 9am to 11:30 am I was not able to place any order or exit my current position that I took in F&O section due to which I incurred huge losses. I was not even able to place the new order and cover my exiting position from which the losses got enhanced.

I wanted to quit my existing position at the market open and take a cover and recover the losses. I tried placing order with web application, mobile application and also tried calling customer support multiple time there was no response and also calls were not picked.

I had enough money in my ledger in cash and also satisfied all the margin requirements as per the SEBI guidance.

I just saw my hard earned money melting down doing nothing. And finally when I was able to place the order at around 1pm on NOV-10-2021 the damage has already done. Who is responsible for the money that I had lost due to the poor service. By just saying we regret to the inconvenience caused and we had a technical glitch it's been repaired won't get my lost money back.

I have also attached the required snapshot and also the snap shot of the trade.

I need an explanation and refund for the money that I have lost also the compensation for the trauma that I had went through due to defective service.

    So I am trying to access my fund view and it's getting logged out every time I click on fund view and not only that.. when I try to login..nothing happens. and on the app it's showing no data found. I Even try to connect to smallcase with my account but it's Showing an error too.

    What is happening? Please solve this issue

    I am also facing same issue. Support is not responding too on phone or whatsapp. They should have some courtesy to inform the customer if at all there is any issue...worst broker..

        I am not able to login to my trading account and getting "User suspended" error. it is really disappointing thing that it got happend and there is no aany costumer care support regarding this . Please help in getting my account activated.please look after this as soon as possible

            Payment of withdrawal not receive

            Hi, I am Amiya Debbarma I make a withdrawal from my demat account on 7th October but due to bank credit limit goes over that day I so didn't receive the money and my banks send me a message that the amount of transaction is failed but from angel broking it's show they procesed the amount in my bank account. But now is 10th October till now I didn't receive my payment and the amount also not reflect in my funds from angel one it's shows transaction...

              My funds are showing negative amount and i have added 562rs funds and that money has deducted i don't know how it happened and i sold shares worth 118rs and that money also deducted i contacted to customer care and they said i have purchased some bundle and i don't know what is that, i have not purchased any bundles as i don't have any knowledge related to trading. And again it's showing negative balance i don't know what to do. I almost lost 650-700 rs in Angel one.I have asked them on social media platform also they said that problem is with mobile app but customer care said I purchased some bundle and they didn't gave any proper information, now they aren't responding.

                In month of July i referred 3 people in to angel.i receive account opening voucher of 200.but still now i haven't receive 1St trade voucher.there is no way to contact the referral department directly.only one way channel in communication.i am eligible to receive voucher codes.I'm request this channel to support me to solve this issue.

                note: all of my referrals done their first trade with more than 1000/- in equity.

                from past one and half month i'm asking your executive and sent plenty of mails to concern department.still i didn't receive any response from your end.

                  My shares were sold in the market due to non-delivery issues, and the amount retrieved from selling off my shares were provided to me, but it was deducted next day.
                  Now, I have complained about this issue several times on mail, even provided the screenshots, but there has been no appropriate response. I have even talked to 3 different members of the Angel support team, explaining the issue in detailed manner and sent them the screenshots of those transactions as well, but still no response. Now, this issue is pending for more than 2.5 months and still I do not see any resolution soon, so writing my complaint here that I have been thinking of sending my complaint to the respected authorities.

                    Closed the day with around Rs 4300 profit. But your ledger says loss of Rs 8400. My trade details and order executed order screenshots attached.

                    My sell value of Bnifty 40500CE OCT 28 is 179.80
                    buy value of 40500 CE OCT 28 is 84= Rs 2395 Profit. Where did it gone?
                    35500 CE OCT 28 Sell price 280, Buy price also 280 = 0

                    2. I have closed My intraday Short straddle with profit. of Rs 1971. Details below. You can check with screen shots.

                    Sell Bnifty37200 CE @ 458.67 & Bnifty 37200 PE @ 396.83 = 855.5 Points

                    Buy CE @ 452.51 & PE @ 395.77 =848.28 Points

                    7.22 Points Gain

                    Buy CE @ 457.03 & PE @ 391.20 = 848.23 ( This happened Due to Website glitch)

                    Sell CE @451.70 & PE @ 394.07 = 845.77

                    2.46 Points Loss

                    Sell CE @398.09 PE @ 428.93 =827.02
                    Buy CE @ 426.50 PE @ 389.51 = 816.01

                    11.01 Gain

                    7.22 +11.01-2.46= 15.77 Points gain

                    15.77*25 = 394.25/lot
                    394.25* 5lots= Rs1971.25

                    So in total, I was in profit for the day above Rs 4360 when I close the trade. I think I am cheated by the broker. Please help.

                        Hello Team,

                        I have a raised a ticket with regards to the loss which I have incurred of 44, 000 due system glitch. However angel broking team is least bother to resolve. My client id is K340293. The issue that was facing is SL did not triggered and I was not allowed to square off my position stating segment is not active. Response to my concern is technical issue and it cannot be reversed. If Angel broking is having technical issue why should I be penalized. Is this the way to cheat the customer? Guys whoever is facing this issue join my hands we will file a case against Angel broking legally for cheating the customers. I would also escalate this to CEO and CFO level to ensure they should correct thier system. Money should not be looted from customers.

                          I have recently purchased a stock called Tejas Network. Now when I try to sell I am getting error saying “RMS : Restricted basket includes CNC sell for equity account-‘my account ‘ across exchange across segment across product “. Why this error is not there at the time of purchase. Why I can’t sell now and why angel broker need power of attorney to sell.
                          To give POA i need sign POA document and send it their Hyderabad office. By that time I may get loss .

                              Our Angel Broking a/c is 05146589, DP ID : [protected]. Due to our address change, we had submitted Angel Broking's Address Change form duly filled, signed with all necessary proofs through Agent M/S Anmol Consultancy [ Ms Sadvilkar ], Mumbai by end Jul 21 to Angel Broking. While updating our address records for the demat account subsequently; Angel Broking had wrongly recorded the PINCODE of our PUNE address as 41103 instead of 411038. Rest of the updation was OK. Due to this, our updation of address in CDSL records has also gone wrong. Urgent need to rectify our demat new address record at Angel Broking & CDSL based on the form/proofs submitted by us.                                 My portfolio S743724 I applied for withdrawal of funds on 21st, today. Till now this is not processed n showing pending. I don't have any positions open now n not done any trades since 3 days. Yesterday I spoke to customer service they asked me to cancel all three requests n initiate new one.                                     When I see funds it show me the zero and when i check the transaction history it showing the Rs 3818 is withdrawal but i did not withdrawn any amount from the funds and i also check the withdrawn transaction history it also showing that i did not withdrawn any amount then how my is withdrawn and where is my money I want my money back please help me to solve my problem and I did not withdrawn any amount from the date i opened my account and today it is showing i have withdrawn the money and my balance is gone zero from i am not able to trade today or invest because of this problem i want my money 3818 Rs
