I have accidentally enrolled for platinum membership on 29 June. 2021. I am a beginner in share market and i have no idea about trading account or demet account. I was learning to run my account and accidentally took a platinum membership. Or i did not know that platinum membership would be charged from my trading account.     Dear sir
    I have a client I'd B-5773 with angel broking .This account is dormant due to non usage for long term . I have sent modification form regarding this on 15June 2021 to pooja.[protected]@angel broking.com.There is no solution made to this account till date . sir pls look after this issue and revert me .

      Angel Broking has been charging me rs.60 per lot for f&o trading, with banknifty lot being only 20, i bought 100 lots and sold 100 lots and booked rs.10, 000 +profit on 23-06-21 however angel broking charged rs.9, 600 as broking charges and rs 2021 as other charges.

      This isnt fair as they advertise rs.20 per trade. When i contacted the customer service they said your brokerage charges are rs.60 per lot since u are the customer since 2017.

      This is clearly differential treatment for their customer base, when i contacted their customer service they said they could change it to rs.20 per trade going forward however they can't go back and refund anything as they are already deducted for this trade.

      I tried to resolve this issue by even writing an email to there concerned person and the reply email I got is the calculation of my buy and sell transactions and a beautiful note at the end *Hence brokerage levied to your account is correct.We believe your concern has been addressed to your satisfaction.* This is the level of professionalism they have that they are charging more to the old customer and less to the new customers and justifying it as it’s the mistake of a customer.

      The charges are exorbitant and while i am taking the risk they are the ones making money. Please help against this ruthless discriminatory goons. They also charged similar brokerage on 24-06-21 when i lost rs.37000.

      Hope it reaches to ears of some professional person so that he can apply some logic to the issue.

          My account in which user id is D35009 has been suspended for a long time. I am not able to access my account. There was no response from the angel broker even after calling multiple times.Kindly re-activate my account as soon as possible.                   I had an open position in Bank Nifty option 10 Jun 35100 PE which was bought at price of 43.10. I tried selling the position around 60 Rs but was unable to do so due to technical issues with the app. I raised a complaint by calling the customer care numerous times but didn't get any response. I suffered losses of Rs 60000 due to this. I need my losses to be reimbursed by Angel Broking. Complaint Id[protected]

                    Hello Team,

                    For more than a month I have been trying to re-activate my Demat account and got in touch with the customer care executive 4 times in a period of 40 days and every time I was said that the account will be re-activated within a week and now it's been more than a month but yet no positive results from your end.
                    Totally disappointed with the service!!
                    Also, it's a tedious process to get in touch with the customer care executive.
                    The call gets connected once in a blue moon. Totally pathetic service!
                    I still have active IPO shares in my account and without any prior notification, it has been suspended.

Im Not Booking This much Of losses. im a experience trader. even i have using in zerodha and upstox but im not booking this much of loses. i think just 2-3 times booking losses in angel broking in a period of 20 days and below[protected] only. but ur settlement amount like 20 thousands, 40 thousands 70 thousands loses showing me. please check the attachments once again. i will mention dates alos.

                              My account details change due to merger of banks.
                              I request on 11 June 2021 Vedashree Pawar on customer care number to update the details she asked for account statement .I had provided the same.
                              Today is 15 June nothing is updated even Vedashree Pawar is not reply ing on her mail id.

                                    Sir, I had bought 2 lots of options of appollo hospitals CE3400of 24th june at an avg price of 132.45 and latter I added 4more lots after which the average buy price was 85.83, later I sold all the lots on 9th June at an average price of 85.67, with a loss of (-240), excluding delivery charges, iam astonished to notice a loss of rs 15587 in my profit and loss statement.please verify and clarify

                                      I have activated the angel platinum service, i was asked to fill the survey form received through email but after filling that form next day rs 5000 were deducted from my account, they offer a dedicated representative and daily tips but still now (1 month) i have received only a weekly email, not getting any call or number of dedicated agent ..tottaly not happy

                                      . I have requested to cancel that service as i don't need it, don't want any tips. Kindly arrange a complete refund of rs 5000 in my funds urgently. kindly cancel this angel platinum service.
