I was treading on my account today and the angel app is not properly work due to its technical issue. Then accidentally clicked the subscription and trying back button but app doesn't responding snd its gets activated . After watching last transaction its shows the duduction . I tried calling customer msny time but its not responding and when responses lastly not considered my request of refund. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

Yes the issue of app is resolved but my money is deduced and not refunded yet. Please consider my request and refund it as early as possible. Its my sincere request.

      Hi there,
      I am writing/filing this complaint against "Angel Broking" after hundreds of attempts done to reach customer support. As I opened new demat account and got message my client Id- K310568 and password which I suppose to change. But when i tried to login error appeared " NO DATA AVAILABLE".
      This is very pathetic even worse when I try to call helpline number they disconnect call by responding that " Kindly contact from your registered mobile number".
      Now their system do not fetch our details from their internal data server secondly they say to us call via registered number. How is that possible?
      To my knowledge I come to know that to close a demat account is way difficult procedure than opening. They require number letter from bank which states our identity apart from Aadhar card.
      Kindly help us to get out of this trap.

It is showing as pending yesterday but that time no withdraw request showing . I don't know when it will be credited. I want the money as soon as possible.                 I have opened an account with angel Broking. Unfortunately the bank account information are incorrectly updated and requested them to correct . This is still outstanding for almost a month and I am unable to payin or payout. Pathetic pathetic customer support. No proper update. They have only one email address which at times they respond otherwise not. How do I complaint this with SEBI. Or is there any senior contact details to talk?

                    I applied for the July 2021 issue of Sov Gold Bonds through angel broking and opted for demat credit. Till date I have not received credit in my demat account. But I dont understand why RBI has not yet given credit. I wonder if those investors have got their allotment in demat form. Is this the Digital India that the govt has promised to citizens? How long should i wait?

                      On 14th i have initiated a trade as i want to withdraw my funds. On 16th funds reflected in my ledger to which i requested withdrawal and after waiting for 3 hours i called customer care to which they told me that withdrawal has taken place after 11 pm and hence it will be processed by 7 pm. Again it did not happen and monday when i called them they said that my withdrawal request was cancelled. And they keep on delaying my withdrawal request. I need my funds very urgently to which continuosly I requesting them to process but they do not bother to my concern. I supposed to repay my loan and this delay is charging me per interest on my loan. I want my per day interest from angel broking for delwyong my payment.

                        I have joined angel broking pvt ltd as executive operations on 11/12/2012 in Erode branch and there i worked for 6 months and on 11/06/2013 and i have resigned from the company in a proper manner and followed by exit process. I have also mailed their 5 times and they have not given me single reply to my mail or contact

                        I already have completed my exit clearance process with the company and they had confirmed my separation on the day but yet now i did not receive my relieving letter till date.

                          I received a call from angel breaking and offered a dmate account where, they will not charge any brokerage for delivery buying, but I am charging very heavly brokerage charges by Angel Broking. and no response from customer service. Will discontinue if booking charges will not refunds

                            Even on many requests my fund has not been credited to my bank account.
                            They keep stalling the transfer saying technical issues. I have raised complaint there always they say by EOD I will get the money.
                            Again they shift it to next day.

                                Here I was surprised, the last 2 days they were selling my shares. I have shares worth Rs. 22 lakhs in my account and the 80% amount I am using to buy shares in my account, based on which they offer margin, 4 times the purchasing power and accordingly the capacity will be 80 lakh / 1 crore. So yesterday my portfolio value was 60 lakhs, today it is 50 lakhs, yet they kept selling my shares. Here I spend interest according to angel margin policy then why my shares are sold, even yesterday when they sold the shares they did not even inform me simple and today morning only 1 message came that your 1 lakh way is short, and we are selling 4 lakh shares, what is method...god knows... So their policy just seems to be boiling money from customers... I became a fool ... Please Don't be silly...

                                  On 21 June 2021. I traded multiple script in F&O. Due to app glitch the loss showing was 3120/rs which is lower than actual loss which is 5529/rs. Because of this miscalculation of Angel broking. I couldn't not square of my position. The next day when I opened the app then I find actual loss was 5364 rs. I got shocked as the market was not opened however the loss was showing more than the yesterday's loss. Then I found where went wrong. I found that due to app issue on 21 June it was not showing actual loss. When I raised complaint on the same First of all they didn't provide me update since 21 June . I was waiting for their update patiently.meanwhile I called them more than 20 times every time they were informing they are working on it and asking more time to work on complaint . finally they called today on 8 July after long time. They knew what was my issue however the relationship manager of Angel broking made me fool on call. He confused me in calculation And rejected my refund amount of loss which I lost due to Angel broking app issue. And Hung up the call when I called back the call didn't get connected. It was showing busy. Do not trust on angel broking as it does not work well too many time it get crash or have some glitches as well

                                  They have mailed in that they are addressing to mr. Shah but I'm mr. Chavhan. Such unprofessionalism. How they hired such person.
                                  Angel broking app such a horrible experience with this. I have make complaint but there is no better response from that firm they r making fool to their customers not supporting us and the customer care executive r also not good. Whenever I make call most of them cut that call without any response n answer. How they do it with their customers. So u start ur firm to make fool people... What rubbish is this. ...

                                    For me angel broking robo order all options missing,
                                    I checked with one of the angel broking agent for him its showing properly.
                                    I raised a request also but its closed saying robo order option is not available this time like that.
                                    No proper response some people receive customer support without speaking they will disconnect the line.
