Dear sir/mam,

I have activated the angel platinum service, i was asked to fill the survey form received through email but after filling that form next day rs 5000 were deducted from my account, they offer a dedicated representative and daily tips but still now (1 month) i have received only a weekly email, not getting any call or number of dedicated agent ..tottaly not happy

. I have requested to cancel that service as i don't need it, don't want any tips. Kindly arrange a complete refund of rs 5000 in my funds urgently. kindly cancel this angel platinum service.

    This is regarding my withdrawal amount.without my confirmation everyday morning at 6-7am automatically withdrawal hapenning in my account.I don't want any withdrawals now.If i want i will give conformation.If you guys repeat this i will switch off to other brokerage.

        Dear Sir,

        I was call the call centre some query, my query not resolve but call centre agent diverert whole matter and talk about the angel platinum service and he insisted me to join angel platinum service. I refused to join it in first instance but he told me that i am sending a mail link to you and you just opened the mail link and fill the questionnaire. That will be helpful to provide client centric support in future.

        • to believe on their word, i opened a mail link, and again said to him that this mail seems to related with angel platinum advisory service and i don't want to join this. But again he told me that you do not need to worry about it. I assure to you no amount will be deducted from your account. You just fill the questionnaire and submit it.

        • to believe on their word and assurance, i fill the questionnaire and submit it. During the entire process, angle broking agent were present on other side of phone call.

        •then the amount of rs 5000 have bin deducted from my fund after 1 day.
        The person who called me told me that if you will be unsatisfied from this service you can get refund before 90 days, but I don't want any type of service

        I request you to kindly refund the Amount of Rs 5000/- in my angel broking Wallet.

            Margin has been blocked and showing Margin used on website, even after raising the issue with them from 7 days with 3 to 4 proof of screenshot, they are not providing an answer or calculation to the blocked amount. Customer care calling members would skip your issue and wont call back. Email support says we are working and when you face again the same problem they say we are working. But issue or solution is not fixed or explained to me. There is no escalation in Angel, and most of the customer care members provide wrong information for your query to close the query.

                  I don't understand what type of brokerage firm you are having. It is totally ###. For a trader TIME is everything and the way you are handling your portal suck. Learn from other brokerage firm how they manage their CUSTOMER rather than calling and disturbing them every time. You just know how to take brokerage. It is frustrating to see requested time out every single ## time. You better close your brokerage firm for few days or months rectify your mistakes and then only ask costumers to join.

                    Angel broking app fraud

                    I using angel broking app ( my client id is R393041 )from one week from that time I am facing so many problems not even with app I can say "with angel broker" .Due to these problems I have faced too much loss. IN STARTING days I couldn't understand how to arrange proofs of their fraud after some days I got idea of screenshots. When ever I bought option in carry forward and hold for next day that day they changed my profit in loss after close...

                      1.Why my subject shares order got cancelled.

                      2 Why my Sundaram Finance Share still not Reflecting in my portfolio.When I am trying to register for Rights Issue.Its asking Folio Number as per share certificate which I don't know.

                      What sort of services you are providing to customers.No One Even bothered to call me and explain inspite of sending lot of emails.I don't think you will sustain in the market with such Pathetic service attitude.

                      Nothing will workout, without proper service.I don't know why WhatsApp App is there for Angel.It will not resolve customer queries but make confusion.

                      I need escalation Matrix pls don't force me to complaint in SEBI.

                        I have an Angel Broking account, Account ID G36154 for last 3-4 years, I bought a scrip STEELXIND on a fake call through message naming Angel broking. Since then the stock went into restricted basket and I am not able to sell online as well as offline. I want to close the account and get rid of this share to avoid annual maintenance, but Angel broking customer care says that unless you sell or transfer we will not permit you to close and you have to keep paying the Annual maintenance.
                        I don't want the scrip nor account and want to just shut down trading completely.

                                There are lots of hidden charges getting applied.
                                As per your document there will be DP Charges of 20+GST only while we sell delivery stock, but in my case its getting applied on both while buying and selling

                                No of times I raised complaint on your support, but no response so far
                                Please get this solved asap
