Respected sir,
I was a sub broker of angel broking pvt ltd before approx 6 months with a refundable deposit Rs. 25, 000.00
When I fill the form for sub brokership, the company informs me that when I want to close the sub brokership account the company will refund me my deposit.in few days.
But now Company is cheated me, they are told me that the company will refund me in 90 days.
then I accepted. OK, no problem. But now 90 days have passed since I submitted my application. to close my account They did not refund me my deposit. Please help me.

    This is to bring into your notice that on 25th March 21, I had a total balance of Rs. 33, 422 and I received a transaction bill of Rs. 36, 496, which made my account balance in negative. As per the agreement, my positions must have been automatically squared off at 80% loss of my capital which is calculated to a maximum loss of Rs. 26, 737. Therefore, I am requesting herewith to process a refund of Rs. 9, 758 (36, 496 - 26, 737).

        I had applied for withdrawal in morning but now it was showing approved and when I checked once again it is showing pending please help me . When we have to add money you add the money in few seconds but when the time of withdrawal comes you take more than expected time solve this problem

            Loss of 22k occurred due to this issue who is responsible for this.
            Last time also I get a loss of 5k in Voltas when logging an issue occur and cannot sell stock on time
            Similarly in bank nifty when I buy @15 and goes up to around 100+ on expiry day but cannot sell due to login issues.

            If I count all these losses this reached approximately 22k.
            Please return this money otherwise I will file a complaint in consumer court.
            I cannot afford this repeated issue and losses due to your side.

              Placed an order for selling online it showed pending, afterward, this order portal was blank telling no pending orders when I spoke to your customer care, they told my script Bharathi sold in the email it showed pending, after some this orders on line blank on mobile app it showed 800 nos sold

                Angel broking has cheated me like anything on the day 1 of my trading on banknifty options. It charged me rs.100 per lot. This extremely high charges are no where in the industry. They are advertising Rs 20 per trade and charging Rs 100 per lot. And I got mere heart attack to see the contract note they charged almost Rs 52000 as brokerage. This is nothing but cheating and trapping. A cheating case should be filed against this firm and firm should be closed. These are no lesser than frauds. I want the brokergae they charged illeally back to me as this is my hard earned money and I didnt earn it by cheating anyone. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING? by cheating customers like this they can sustain in industry?

                First When I approached angel location branch manager by travelling all the way 40 kms there was absolutely no use. Then I have dropped mail to angel customer service and [email protected] and my sub broker. All of them together resolved the issue in a very dignified manner and in less time than I expected

                        I am not able to login to my trading account and getting "User suspended" error. When I checked with Angel customer support they told me that my account has been deactivated, they don't even know why the account was suspended and are not providing any response. Please help in getting my account activated.

                        Still there is no update from Angel broking
                        I was told that my account will be re-activated within 24hours but it's been more than 3 days and still I am not able to access my account.

                            First they say Zero Brokerage .
                            And then levied a lot of charges.

                            10k charges were levied on my 7 trades.
                            If asked, they said that the other plan was activete.

                            When opening an account, they say zero brokreg, then why don't they activate the same plan.

                            Disgusting your service.

                                  Account number K46892, I am chasing Angel Broking Kyc closures team for closing my demat account, for over a month now and there is no acknowledgement from them. the number provided leads me to a call center where a different person ick up the call every time, I explain the issue and then send the closure form again, the customer care rep tells me it will be resolved within 48 hours, but I haven't received any acknowledgment or a request number or any response from them so far.
                                  Please help me escalate this

                                      My name is sukhmandeep singh and my client id is S727445.On 28 July 2021 angel broking did fraud with me after 11:30 the angel broking app didn't work and my all orders are not excuted because a message show on the screen was adapter is down i tried alot to contact angel broking and after trying i am unable to contact their customers service representative and after that i canceled all my orders and at 3:00 i saw that my canceled orders are excuted by the brokers in the high price than my limit order price and i again call to their customer service and they told me to log out and again log in then your problem will sought out and from that day i have huge loss of money and when i call to the angel broking for refund they simply said this is not our this is technical problem.So i said who is responsible and they said we are responsible but we are not giving any type of refund to you and they do 70000 ruppes fraud with me and when i open Twitter their are many people who are cheated by angel broking on that day .Please stop these type of frauds i paid brokerage for my safety but their do frauds with their innocent customers.Please take a action on the broker and help me.
