After opening of account, one of angel broking agent call me and told that “ i am appointed your relationship manager from angel broking and your account mapped with me”. After introduction talk he insisted me to join angel platinum service. I refused to join it in first instance but he told me that i am sending a mail link to you and you just opened the mail link and fill the questionnaire. That will be helpful to provide client centric support in future.

• to believe on their word, i opened a mail link, and again said to him that this mail seems to related with angel platinum advisory service and i did not want to join this. But again he told me that you do not need to worry about it. I assure to you no amount will be deducted from your account. You just fill the questionnaire and submit it.

• to believe on their word and assurance, i fill the questionnaire and submit it. During the entire process, angle broking agent were present on other side of phone call.

•then the amount of rs 5000 have bin deducted from my fund after 1 day.
The person who called me told me that if you will be unsatisfied from this service you can get refund before 10 days, and till now i am very much unsatisfied from this service. I did not get proper calls from them and calls are not based on any technical studies.
I strongly demand rs 5000 ruppes will be refunded to my account immediately without deduction of a single rupees.. If my entire money will be not refunded then i will also planning to lodge a complaint with sebi/ nse and other consumer forum sites.

Its been 2 days i am suppose to withdraw the amount but the balance showing in negative digit. I need the money urgently i don't know why they are doing this Also they are not responding to my call

Hello I wish to file a case against Angel broking for cheating customers in the name of auto square off. I have incurred a loss 1.5lk which is really not acceptable. I have contacted angel broking several times by sending an emails however no resolution. Hence I have decided to file a case and get this settled through legally. 4days before only I have started trading account with angel broking.on monday I have added my fund on it and I tride to invest money at that time the app showed some error I gave complient to them they don't even have any proper reply.on next day I tried to open my account but it showing user is blocked for trading from that time I used to call these people more than 10 time and I also send email no one giving proper reply.here I am loosing my money and the pathetic part is these people are telling I don't even have a valid account id .I have all the proof and I also snd if to them but no response from there side please don't go for this angel broking app

I am a senior citizen, resident of Bangalore. I am unable to login to my Angel Broking trading account since 9.15 am this morning[protected]. It shows that user id is invalid, even though same user ID and password is being used without and issues previously. It is extremely crucial to login today, as I need to sell some of my shares today. I checked with few of my friends and they are facing the same issue with login. Please bring up the system immediately, as it can have irreversible consequences on finances.

I am siddharth Sehgal my angel broking client id is client S592885 . I sent request for withdrawal of certain amount from my account . They promised to credit to my bank account by evening of 26 Feb 2021 after delay of 12 hours. But even now tgey gave not credited money. It has been more than 1 day since request.

My name is Mahendar P, My ID is M237991...on 25.2.2021) I traded with bank nifty options 40 lots .After placing my order @ that time using my total capital amount of 342000...after that i was not able to square off the intraday trade when I was having a profit of 50000 because of their app's technical problem...thereafter no way to square off the order till 2.45 pm and as per their 80% loss auto square off also didn't work and my entire capital of 342000 and + 20 % that is 402000...while the original loss amount was 273000 actually...they automatically squared off...and my margin balance is showing -60000 negative in my margin ledger... That means I have to pay 130000 extra to Angel broking for their app's technical problem...Normally it has to stop at MTM of 80%.This is obviously because of your system fault...why should I pay my hard earned money because of their app's fault...I'm very depressed by this and I'm surely gonna sue them for this if they don't solve my problem within Monday...

This is cheating Angel broking...

Dear Sir,

Yesterday 25th Feb 2021 banknifty which purchased intraday are not squareoff or closed when my funds are zero. Now showing negative in my margin.
I keep on checking with broker but it is not resolved. Are angel broking is cheating us by telling software issues??
Why position is not closed even 85% loss??
Its Angel duty to close it off, its not customer problem..that why we are giving brokerage.

Angel is playing with customer money and by telling software issues they are not responding properly

I was tricked to subscribe for angel platinum advisory. The agent said that money won't be deducted and when it got deducted he said I can cancel my subscription get refund after three months. Now the agent is not receiving my call. I want my platinum service to be canceled and refund of the same amount i.e. INR 5000 in my trading account as soon as possible.

Today I placed buying order so easily buy through the application but the time of placed selling order I m not able to placed order, at the every time of placing order they pop up market is closed. Then I try to contact terminal person to sell my order they also faced same problem.after all these activity happened take so much time and due to your technical issue I losses my so much amount so please revert my loss amount.

Dear Sir,

My Client ID of Angel Broking is :SEMC10322.. I Forgot my password and tried doing a password reset today at 9.15am..

The Mobile App mentioned that the new password has bee sent to the registered Email and Mobile number.

Since i did not get email or SMS i did the exercise again and repeated it 3-4 times more.

Not a Single SMS was sent by Angel Broking till now, however they are promptly indicating that it being sent to your registered mobile number.

When i checked my email, I did recieve the Mails, however there is Lag time of 5-10 mins for the emial to recieved in my Inbox..

Such poor service has resulted in a loss for me as i could not square off my position.

Lastly thier Customer Support number mentioned in emails, there is no one to answer the calls. Called 6 times and no response. It only rings rings and rings..

Would request you to take this up very strongly for putting customers through such Poor experience and Metal strain.
