Dear Team,
I was working with frenchisee UMUU in delhi branch. My PAN No. APDPN2207C is registered for CTCL. Both me and frenchisee owner are mailing Angel for releasing my PAN from the CTCL. But there is no response from your side it hardly take a single day to release the same but it's already half month but there is no action. Please take some action and release the CTCL

    What the …. It is doing it’s such a big company don’t know how to manage the app if you place 2 orders only one order will executed because of this we faced many losses
    Now it’s going to be serious if you don’t take care of this entire people group of[protected] people were going to report it to SEBI AND NSE

      Hello, I'm Ankit Choudhary, Client ID - A721049
      I was unknowingly made to activate platinum service by my relationship manager "Suraj Pandey".
      After that I asked him to cancel my subscription, he isn't corporating with me properly.
      I was informed by Mr. Suraj's senior that I'll get my refund in 48 hrs. But it's been more than 100 hours now.

      I continuosly forced my relationship manager to return my money, and keep mailing Angel Broking day and night. I got my full refund. Please keep all call recordings with anyone from Angel Broking, as because my relationship manager was not cancelling my subscription at first. But when I shared a call recording with his senior telling me that the money will refunded within 48hrs, than the relationship manager cancelled my subscription.

      That's why I'm cancelling my subscription.
      Dear Angel Broking, my subscription isn't still cancelled so my relationship manager needs to attend all my messages and calls regarding my problem.
      But clearly he is avoiding me and increasing the subscription time so he can get any sort of benefits from your terms and conditions.

        Due to incorrect information provided by their customer support agent I post 50k amount please take strict action on them as they do not have any skill on the product they work because I have got into these losses please help me in recovery of my loss along with penalty

        Due to incorrect information provided by their customer support agents not only one agent all agents I spoke mostly doesn't have any knowledge due to which I lost 50k amount please take strict action on them as they do not have any skill on the product they work, and also they didn't give any solution for my losses and did not help me in anyway even after following up with them multiple times and they don't revert back to my emails and the promised time they requested to reach nobody reached me out, so I have got into these losses please help me in recovery of my loss along with penalty

          They are cutting my calls
          And they’re giving me timelines like 15 mins etc and things are never sorted
          They’re are making me suffer losses on shares

            Dear Team

            Pls go through attached details for penalty charged by angel broking which is not acceptable. I had done the trade with option stock as per required margin and same has been not square off on the expiry date. It was new for me i am not trained and dont have this knowledge. Even i have raised order on expiry date but same was not executed by angel then where is my mistake.if there is a rules for option, fut stock then customer service or my account support executive should call me. From the date of account opened to till today not received any service from account support executive.and if required trained customer pls make rules and get certificate at the time of. account opening

            Reverse all charged penalty to my angel account immediately without delay.

            similar case happened to us, they need to be brought to court/NSE/BSE/SEBI, people are loosing hard earned money to these cheaters
            Same case happened with me thrice.
            They haven't refunded the amount and not responding to any queries.

            What should be the next steps here? Legal action?
            wrong penlty charjes apply in my todays trading sesson

              Hi Team,

              I recently purchased shares of GEMSTONE though Angel Broking app and I am getting an email saying that since I invested in risky shares in volatile market they will sell off 70% of my shares and they will take my money.

              I don't understand the logic behind selling off my shares without my permission and taking my money. Can you please help me on this.

                        Your customers support person told me for free plans and I filled as he told and Activated Angele broaking platinum service
                        Without. My consent. And debited Rs.5000. When I ask why it debited he said it's free.
                        But amount was debited . please Deactivated it Soon as soon posible . I don't want that type of service. Id is K403899

                          I bought call position with them, and made two withdrawals, of Rs 2000 and Rs 771, both withdrawals were not transferred to me.
                          Next day I cancelled the withdrawals and after that those funds are lost.
                          The customer care confirmed me it'll be refunded to me, but after 4 days they say no such funds exists.
                          Please help.

                            Hi, my name is Srabanti Ghosh. My client ID is 193552 with Angel Broking. I placed a withdrawal request on 17th Dec’21 but its still pending. My ledger balance is showing Rs. 99, 000 as of 26/12/21 but the contract notes is showing Rs. 131, 978 till 18/12/21 with closing balance of ZERO and pending Dr. amount of Rs. 30, 989. I believe the ledger amount is net of all balances and is correct.
                            But Angel Broking is not settling their accounts and my amount is still pending in withdrawal request.
                            I have written multiple emails to them but my problem has not been resolved yet.

                              Dear Sir,

                              My Client Id in Angel broking (now Angel one) is S344438 and they are somehow not releasing my funds giving false excuses of bank IFSC code mismatch.

                              Sir, even after submitting all the present details of the bank (with picture of cancelled cheque), my withdrawals have been rejected.

                              Please help. I am in an emergency requirement of funds.

                              I did not receive any response all day long exceot a mail that the team is working on my case. In the evening, at around 18:40, I found out that they have rectified that error of BANK ACCOUNT NOT AVAILABLE, and immediately I wrote some amount as a test withdrawal. It showed pending for some time, and then got approved. So, I was waiting it to be credited in the bank account by that night. Quite late, at around 9 PM, I got a call from a supposedly higher official in Angel Broking that he has meticulously followed all my trail mais and complaints and he apologised for all the inconvenience. He said, that the matter has been rectified finally and I will receive my funds soon. I received that test amount by today morning. So, I would mark the issue as resolved. Thank you.

                                  I have deposited Rs.17000 to my angel trading account from my Canara bank account but it is not received in Angel account while money got deducted from my bank account.
