I had made a service request for my water heater, model ewsh 25l a month ago, i wanted the aluminium anode rod to be replaced. When the servicing for the water heater was done almost two years back, technician told me that the anode rod needs to be replaced but since he did not have it with him, he told when the service is due next, inform the technician to bring the anode rod for replacement.

From the day of installation, whenever we turn on the heater, rumbling sound is coming out of the geyser. We are afraid of turning it on and we stopped using it. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. The purpose of purchase is not being served. Very disappointed with the purchase....

We have purchased ao smith water purifier on 19th september 2019 from ram electricial line, now the issue is it has lot of water leakage, we raised first complaint on 30th august for water leakage, till today september 14th 2020 issue not solved, from 30th august several technicians visited the house but issue is not solved, still the water is getting leaked, we are asking them for product replacement but they are refusing to give, inspite...

Service after 1year in warranty and after 3year in warranty and charged a lot of amount even for changing just wires.
In warranty service charge = 300 just for coming at home. And only for changing two wires they have charged like 200+300=500.
Worst service. Never purchase aosmith....

2 month's back ww buy the that's but not working properly I'm very disappointed last time also we complaint the that problem...

This is in reference to the AMC I have taken last year in May where post that I have received service only once. Also that took two weeks to get the technician on our proper time as mostly he was late to visit. But that’s still not the main concern.

The concern is last AMC I got no service during pandemic and neither the AMC is extended nor I got any intimation regarding the renewal of the same....

I have raised a complaint against the service, It's been more than 3months completed till now I haven't heard anything from these guys, My water purifier is not even Switching ON, Called to customer care many times but no response from them. And Warranty is completing[protected] then after I didn't get any replacement parts so I requesting them to provide the service ASAP....

There was a leak in the water purifier. Same was taken to the notice of the company on july 1st through call and they said due to shortage in man power there would be a delay but someone would be arranged for visit soon. After that we called them several times in the span of these 30days but to waste. Nobody called or visited us. I had a z9 model water purifier purchased on 2019 october from then each and every month there is a problem. Company is not providing any solution as it is in warranty. Ao smith is not responding.

Purchased ao smith water purifier z8 mode two years ago and last year took amc. One month ago purifier is stopped working and raised the complaint on june 22, it has been a month and no one is responding, called several times and every time they say in 96hr i will get call and same repeating and no response yet.

Not sure where to complaint and who to call. I will be very thankful if someone can help...

I have raised a complaint for issue with water purifier and there has been no response at all. We have no drinking water at all as it keeps flashing the scpa error each time we put the machine on.
In current situation we cannot even order water hence will appreciate if this issue can be addressed asap....

On dated 05.07.2020 when my ao smith geyser was not working so one technician came to our home on dated 13.07.2020 and do something in geyser and gone but my geyser was still not working so i raise issue again as my ao smith geyser was still not working then they came and...

My AO Smith is not working since last 2 months I lodge complaint in the month of May. But they are saying no body is working.
If this is the case then why you people are selling AO smith. Previously i had EUREKHA FORBES, the service was excellent.

Its pathetic situation.

Please note that myself, mr romin bose, had purchased a. O. Smith geyser 3ltr/3kw, on 29.03.18, replacing my regular brand of racold water geyser.

Last year also same incident of tripping issue was observed and was later rectified by ao smith technician.

Now same thing of tripping of water geyser repeated again.

Request to send technician by earliest to rectifying the issue....

I purchased to system from flipkart in the month of march 2020 but installation couldn't be done due to covid by ao smith and they contacted very first time in month of may 2020 for installation.. I asked how the warranty will e effective.. It must be from installation date nit from invoice date and ao smith agreed but thereafter its more than months now but no resolution.. Service is pathetic.. Everytime they mentioned they are looking into...
