Hi,

I am a resident of P.No: 628, Pragathi Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Recently, line man has disconnected the electricity citing payment due as the reason, inspite of all the bills paid on time.

On conveying the same to the concerned Line Man of the area, he informed me that he will be there next day morning to verify the payment and restore the connection. Inspite of numerous calls to this Line Man and hearing to answers like "will come in 5 mins", he has neither shown up nor provided pointers to any concerned person.

The service from this Line Man has been poor in the past too and attends the complaint only after numerous phone calls and follow ups.

Can some action be taken againts this? Trying to get the details of the concerned AE, to give a return complaint of the same.

Sub: Complaint for irregular supply of power at Gurdwar Transform in Subashnagar – reg.

This is to bring to your kind notice that power supply at Gurudwar Transform is irregular. Ten days back repair work has been done by your Technicians after our complaint given at your office. But after 7 days same problem has been repeated. When we questioned to your technicians on[protected], they informed us they would not do any thing to give power regular due to the transform is already heavy loaded and they said written complaint may be given at your office to solve this problem.
Any have, we are requesting your good selves to kindly take necessary action to solve the problem and give power supply regularly without any disturbance.
Hope you do the needful.

We wrote APCPDCL Jr Asst(LDC) Exam 6 months ago.
Many exams results were announced which were conducted after this exam.
We don't know why these people are not releasing results?

Sir please ask them to release results of APCPDCL Jr Asst(LDC) on behalf o[censored]s.

    My name is Ravi Kumar, and i am from Nandi Nagar in Banjara Hills. in our area since past couple of month there is a frequent power failure where, power fails every half hour or one hour on daily basis, though your dept has declared no power cuts but still why is sudden power failures causing. when the power fails in the night times its like a heck and no one available at your dept to help us out.

    when we try to reach your Customer service number it always keeps busy and even if by luck we get connected they just give us the complaint number and hangs phone, when i call the banjara hills fuse off call office, the person on duty attends and says he cant do it at that and will send the lineman by morning. some times they just hangs phone whitout listening to us. we have small kids and i know this summer season how it would be.

      Sir,

      I am staying the Appartment, Plno:- 23 & 24 SVP residency, Nizampet Village, Kukatpally, HYD, Andhra.
      i have paid all my electric bills in time, today Department guys came and taken away Fuses of the total appartment, saying they r having few money disputes will the builder of our Apartment.

      which is looking more and more disguisting...

      i hope you will take some action against the Department Guys who involved in this.
      Becasue if any problem with builders, Dept guys should spoken to them instead of these kind of stupid actions on the Innocent poeple like us.

      when i tried to give complaint on phone, they are not responding correctly and they are saying we dont take complaint against our own dept guys, which looks pathatic...

      Hope you undersatnd my problem, becasue they twice earlier also...

      Sir,

      It has been observed that, during the prepration of the bill the meater reading officer are noting the falls reading and charging the more cost on account of consumption of electricity which has not been consumed e.g when door been locked for a period of month.

      However, it has to requested that, before noting the fabricated reading meater reading officer has to take feed back from the neighbourar about the door lock. this is required to be implement other wise customer will be erritate and should think alternatives to stolan the electricity wihch will casuse the loss to the nation.

      i came back to hyderabad after a months holidays which means no use of electricity for 1 month and i was shocked top see 417 units used in my bill and my current reading stays at 780 and the one is bill shows 960 i request the authorities to check there people who steal the money in this way

        Sub: Transfer of name from A.S.N. Murthy to K.Chandrasekhar for SC No. B042689, H.No. P.NO. 14&15, G1, Flat No. 204, Venkata Reddy colony, Sikh Village-Reg.

        Ref: My application-dated 22.01.2007

        I wish to bring to your kind notice that I furnished my application-dated 22.01.2007 for transfer of name with the required forms duly filled in and enclosing the copies of documents and deeds required. An A/C payee DD for RS.25/- (Rupees Twenty Five only) dtd 10.01.2007 in favour of AO/EXP/OP/NORTH CIRCLE/ APCPDCL/HYD, drawn on UCO bank Kukatpally branch (DD No. 912037) was also enclosed to the above said application as required.

        It is very much regretted to inform that the transfer of name has not been affected so far even after a lapse of period of more than two years. Whereas in the case of K.V.S.R.Prasad SC No, B042685, H.No. P.NO. 14&15, G1, Flat No. 201, Venkata Reddy colony, Sikh Village, transfer of name from ASN Murthy to K.V.S.R.Prasad has been done when his application was also submitted during January 2007. Subsequently when I contacted the office by phone and also in person (after it was shifted near Sec’bad Rly Station) I was informed that the old records are to be verified and also whether the A/C payee DD for Rs 25/- has been realized and an entry has been made in the concerned register will be intimated. But so far no such verification was done in the office of Asst.Divisional Engr. Operation APCPDCL, as there was no communication from the office even though I was contacting the office regularly either in person or over phone.

        In this connection, I wish to intimate that on enquiry with the UCO Bank, Kukatpally branch I was informed that the A/C payee DD amount of Rs 25/- had been paid (credited) into the A/c of AO/EXP/OP/NORTH CIRCLE/ APCPDCL/HYD on 07.05.2007 itself. Therefore I request that necessary action may kindly be taken in this regard and transfer of name from ASN Murthy to K.Chandrasekhar be affected with immediate effect as it was already delayed by more than two years and I was put to lot of hardship and inconvenience.

        The fact of having transferred the name may please be communicated to me within a fortnight failing which I may be constrained to approach the consumer court for justice.

        Please Inquiry the Ramannapet Customer service center because the demand drafts are not closing properly and total DD's account are not correct and the officers are also not look after that, and the time maintenance is also not correct, the operator is no knowledge to the customer services.

          I'm writing you requesting for meter change/bill clarification. Following are the details of the Meter connection

          This is to inform you that I have received a electricity bill of Rs. 1255( which is huge amount considering our usage as our last bill is about Rs. 168.) for the last month after repeated calls to the toll free number provided by APCPDCL(No. 155333) at the back of the bill just resulted in waste of my telephone bill as each person would give a different number to contact and finally redirected to the same toll free number.

          Unfortunately there is no other helpline number even available in the official website for this particular area.(http://www.apcentralpower.com/)


          I sincerely request you to take please provide us a proper point of contact to submit a complaint and will be glad if any positive action is taken at the earliest

          I am a tenant in arun apartments red hills hyderabad my SC no is B2001979 category
          LTI[B] domestic there is a bill of Rs 2400 for the month of march which says inspection on 30 oct 2012 by D.RATHINATH, AAE ASIFNAGAR as additional load of 2.0kv, which is not true. when i approached the dept @AC GUARDS they gave a letter on the 5th of april for the month of oct 2012 asking me to pay the ammount, how can the concerned dept issue such stupid bill now is any one who can look in this matter.

            Sir/Madam,

            I'm writing you requesting for meter change. SC No:[protected] and A.C: 130246 and i reside at Flat No. 107, Rajyalakshmi Apts, St No.8, Habsiguda, Hyderabad - 500007. I've already given a written complaint in the month of january at Uppal registered office, but it seems there is no action taken till now. For the past 2 months i've got bills of 1200/- and 1300/- respectively. We dont even use AC to get that much bill. As we are retired Govt employees it really hard for us to pay that huge amount and i sincerely request you to take action as early as possible and get the meter changed.

            Note: I've noticed there is no seal on the meter and load signal keeps on glowing even when the main is off.

              Sir,

              Iam Sama Vijayasimha REddy, working as UDC in APCPDCL under the control of the Divisional Engineer Elecl., Operation, Habsiguda, Uppal, Hyderabad.

              I am working at this division since 07.04.2003. My EPF A/c No is 44169/27.

              44169 is the code no of my division. Since from the date of my joining I have not received my EPF slip and not known the position of the same. Whenever we contact the personnel of our department who engaged in the work they simply expresses that it is pending with the EPF office only. We are facing lot of difficulty in knowing the facts. Me along with the employees(around 250) employees are facing the same difficulty.

              In view of the above i humbly request the benign authority to look into the matter personally and do the favor in obtaining my EPF slip at an early date please.

              sir, I, Para.KALYANI has worked in APCPDCL for 6 months, presently working in APGENCO/Paloncha on deputation from APCPDCL since last 2y 11months.12 month running.I was not remember my EPF A/C no also for APCPDCL.probaAbly my account No is :AP/HYD/44/138-310.My name is PARA.KALYANI .Is it my account number or not please checked it sir.and also my account is not operating due to deputation since 2Years 11 months(from march 2011).pleasE tell me interest amount will adds or not sir.
