Hi, My Self sujith resident of maqdum nagar jagathgiri gutta idpl colony hyderabad and SC NO : 0905 0729 . As per APCPDCL old disk electric meters are being replaced with new digital meters . when few department members approached for replacement they were saying meter is damaged and for replacing the meter we need to pay RS 900/- to RS 1100/- however i dont see any issue with meter, power distribution in entire home and there is no issue while allocating monthly electric bill. I dont understand why iam supposed to pay extra amount now for changing the electric meter...

    i ballure kallappa service no is k3004399, this month i got 5078 amt bill, from almost four years i was getting only 2500 to 3000rs bill only, first time i got bill of 5078rs. and bill person changed my meters without telling or without any information he changed my meters, then also ok he nt told my old meter reading also, for that changing that meter i got 5078rs bill. so please send me my last month(september) bill to my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com so i can check my reading, i lost my september month bill. so please action on him, n so please send september month bill to my mail id, so please do needful thanking you

      we have transferred our shop meter from residential to commercial and the operator asked 1500rs and we paid later he said that for the time it is under residential we have to pay the amount of rs350 additional to month's current bill and i paid that amount but from then i am getting the extra amount of 384 rupees of bill every month and it is not shown in APCPDCL web site and also our bill details for this month given by electician is as follows S.NO.[protected] USC.[protected] NAME S.SHESHA RAM ENERGY CHARGES 264 FIXED CHARGES 100 CUST CHARGES 30 ADDL CHARGES 150 INT ON ACD 5.76 FSA01/13 0.4914 23.10 BILL 576 ACD DUE 384 TOTAL DUE 960 if addl charges and fixed charges are more than my bill amount how could we pay this amount what is the reason for this extra charges even in our shop we have only 2 lights and 1 fan working maximum for 9 hrs per day .And on tuesdays we dont even have power till evening . even though if we get this much amount of bill means what are the possibilities to understand .

        Branch office location: APCPDCL, Seven Tombs road, Golconda, Hyderabad-8 I am a resident of Golconda area, Hyderabad and I have had several issues with the way the employees of APCPDCL worked. The linemen charge for even problems with Electric poles after heavy rainfall or issues with transformers. So why should the linemen charge for things which is their basic duty. And if the residents at my place refuse to pay, they just don't rectify the problem and instead they just leave without rectifying.and when confronted, they say that government salaries aren't good enough so charging money from us is the only thing they have to do. Recently a billing guy who came over to my place wrongly billed me for which I had to visit different APCPDCL offices a number of times to get this thing rectified. Even the employees at supervisory level like Asst. Engineers at APCPDCL office, Seven Tombs- Golconda are corrupt and ignore the corruption among their sub-ordinates. Hence I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and do the needful.

Sir, This is to inform you that. a normal family a tenant of vanastalipuram monthly electricity consumption is Rs106/- other than charges in bill FSA03/11 is Rs. 281/-. total bill value is around Rs. 400+ .               Dear sir,
              I would like to inform you that Fsa charges is including in my electricity bill it is higher value than my usage. If they are charges for 2009-10 y dint they charge at that time. Most important is, the meter which i use is very old in 2009-10 we were in joint family with tenent there was only one meter. Now they had given that meter to us.If FSA charges are of 2009-10 then y hell i will pay.

              Bcoz it is govt whatever they do we have to bare. We are middle class family how we will can pay these bills.

              I request you to please help me in this regards.If you want any further information please do call me. Let me know what will be next step.

                It has been noticed that, the Electricity charges has been increased up to 300% which is totally unfair. Where as AP(Today) Chief Minister has announced that, up to 200 units will be charged to same old rates. above 200 units will be charched as per new terrif. It is open cheating of Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy. we need justification. And Kiran Kumar Reddy must be punished against this cheating.

                  Excess bill of amount(1500 Rs) charged than usage, Till now in my life not paid this much excess bill. Normally For home purpose maximum to max 4 units will burn, Even we dont have any heavy or more appliances also to use. But the meter also showing wrong reading.                     But if checkd in APCPDCL website againt my electricity consumer no.S[protected]..it showing still payment

                      My consumer service number is R20XXXXX with www.apcpdcl.com and we have a very common problem in our area of frequent power interruptions and the agony is, when the power comes back there are multiple restoration attempts before it actually is restored back. The power cut happens for at least 4hours at various unplanned intervals in a 24hour window (for at-least 5 to 6 times a day). Well, the salt is rubbed on the wounds when the power is restored all these times after 6 to 8 attempts each time destroying our precious and expensive electronic devices. Some people immediately getup and switch off the devices once the power is gone and they switch them back on only when the are sure that the 8 attempts to restore the power are passed. This is ridiculous and shameful, I am not the person who is going to shut up and watch this nonsense. If this issue is not resolved immediately then I will go where ever I have to. The public is well aware of the fact that as per the government order, there will be only one hour power cut in a 24hour window. Awaiting a quick response.

On 02.04.2013 at 4 PM my Electrical Supply failed, where as others supply on the same pole is in service. I have lodged a complaint vide complaint number 52528 with APCPDCL Centralised Number 155333 on 02.04.2013 at around 4.15PM due mentioning the consumer number i.e., S9006090, My service will not be resolved till 1.30 PM of 03.04.2013. In this regard i have perused till 1 PM.

                        In this connection i am requesting you to help to make a complaint.

                            there is a electric pole at bharathnagar colony ( BEHIND St RITA HIGH SCHOOL), hyderabad - 500018. Electric pole surrrounding which digged by neighbour leading it to bent on oneside. we may lose current if it falls down now or later on due to wind currents. how can any one can dig surrounding the pole without any prior permission.. kindly take appropriate action.

                                This month I have received a very high electricity bill from apcpdcl and rs.2228.00 is charged against current electric bill (b no :1180 on dated 05/10/2012) is not correct as my consumption of 432 units seems incorrect compred to my previous billing cycles.I am not sure the reason behind – it can be faulty meter or incorrect meter readings taken by your line man mr.Rama rao.Please reconcile my meter reading immediately.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am raising this complaint with lots and lots of frustration on electricity board. I am locating in Bachupally Area (Quthbullapur Mandal), Hyderabad. Very frequesnt power cuts in this area, everyday morning 9AM to 11AM and afternoon 3PM to 5PM and also during every tuesday morning to evening we wont have any power, the reason AE office giving is for maitenance purpose. This scheduled power cuts happening in this area from Past 6 months.

                                  The main reason behind in raising this complaint today is "Due to Power cuts on the occassion of Gandhi Jayanthi October 2nd". Today, early morning there was a power cut between 2AM to 3AM and again there was a power cut by 9AM and after that we haven't got power yet (Now the time is 12:30 PM). I have contacted Bachupally Electricity office people - Lineman (Ph: [protected]) and AE (Ph: [protected]). Very first time only they have answered my call, and the response I got is "Power will come in another 15 mins maximum time". I waited for 1 hr, no power then I started calling both Line man and AE by 10:30AM, fortunately I have got the strange response "Both the numbers are out of coverage area" some times "switched off" and some times "both phones are engaged". They never answered my calls and they were continuously rejecting my calls. Finally, I have contacted AD of Electricity office, Miyapur by 12:00 PM. His contact number is "[protected]". I have got the response "I will talk to Bachupally AE". I am not sure whether he has spoken to him or not. I waited for another 30 mins(Now time is 12:37 PM), no power. I have again start calling AE of Bachupally area, this time phone is ringing and he is disconnecting the call. I dont know when the power will come.

                                  I never seen this kind of irresponsible government official. Government officers are here to serve people, and they are in responsible position to answer people queries. But, the situation is different and they are not even ready to talk to the people to answer them. I felt very bad about AP government to have such officials in Government to serve people. I am ashamed to live in this state. I can't digest this kind of irresponsible answers from the governmment officials.

                                  Even I'm from Bachupally area and the power supply is very irregular. We never know when power cuts and we will be get it back. Numerous times in a day, not even a scheduled power cut.

                                  We keep hearing that there is no power cut at all in Hyderabad as it is a Metro, not sure why does this happen.

                                  If this is the situation in summer, God know what happens in rainy season.

                                      I, A. Chalapathi Rao, is residing in Yadamma nagar. Which is under the Alwal circle for the Electrical sub-division. For the past 6months the Hi-mast lights in our colony Park and some of the street lights are not working. In this connection we gave a complaint at the Electricity office (Alwal). Complaint number is 155313 dated 20-May-2012. But there is no action from electricity department.

                                        Hi APCPDL ADE/Operation/Quthubullapur,
                                        My consumer No is:[protected]. I am staying in Pramay Homes in 208 apartment.
                                        There was 7 days delay than due date to pay the current month bill. Because of it, electrician disconnected the power and did not even have the courtesy of informing us. I am surprised to here for removing the fuse if we don't pay just for current month. I think, you should do this if we don't pay for consecutive 2 to 3 months with penalty for late payment. We see in news papers lot of pending bills from big busness men and politicians for not paying amount in lakhs and still providing power facility to them. For normal consumers, if there is delay in single month, removing fuse without even informing to the owner. This is very bad. If you are really concerned, you should have the guts to apply the same rule to every body and collect all the pending money. Some times, we might forget to pay as we might have gone to out of station or busy during bill date period. I request to change the policy to not remove the fuse for the first month itself. Rather, we should be allowed to pay the bill even in 2nd or 3rd month with late fee penalty. Even if we don't pay after 3rd month, fuse should be removed. Please consider this request and collect the feedback from most of the common people and come up with policy.

                                        fridge . you can imagine the trouble caused by your people .for no fault of ours. Again, today morning, 25 July 2013 the power was disconnected.. We thought it was for some maintenance . In the evening at 5PM we learnt from neighbouring villa that they have power. Then we have to complain, first to Srilapark maintenance and through their help to AE ([protected]) who says, he has no information about payment and ordered disconnection.. Please investigate this fiasco and pinpoint the responsibility in this era of e-governance.

                                        Please let me know what is the time period you give to defaulters from the due date and what is the penalty or interest you levy for delay..This enable some sane and active person to go to a consumer court or approach influential politicians to pass orders.

                                        At present your policy appears, to disconnect in a day or two after the due date, whether we pay or not, if your linesman has no information due to your departmental problems. Please clarify your policies for dumb and common people like me, politicians, and hafta paying business people etc.
