I would like to escalate the complaint regarding the tyres of Maruti Suzuki Swift Jan-2019 model. The vehicle undulates/bubbles while driving, the issue was reported to the Maruti Suzuki delegates while regular servicing. The alignment and balancing were also done regularly as advised by the service in charge.

After the regular follow-up finally, the claim has been rejected by your Apollo delegate. The tyre is under warranty in terms of year and odometer reading-wise both. The technical analysis report was shared by your delegate which seems to be unsatisfactory.

Also, Maruti Suzuki and Appollo both are passing the ball to each other and are not willing to take responsibility for the wear and tear caused in/by the tyres. Ultimately the loss is for the customers like us who have already been continuously reporting the issues to the parent company.

Also, when the matter was reported to the delegates who had accepted the issue with the tyre had replaced the original tyres with the Stepney and claiming the problem to be solved and had also not given the acknowledgement for the same after the false claim. Which seems to be an eyewash or a situation escape.

Trusting the brand name of Maruti Suzuki and Apollo and the probability of getting the issue to be resolved, the patience was kept but after the regular followups and escalations, the issue seems to be thrown reverse on me i.e. vehicle user.

Request you to please look into the matter and take immediate action on the same.

I have brought a Baleno car on 14th September 2020. I drove 14000kms. Now the tyres are damaged. They told 5 years warranty. But now after one year, the tyres got damaged.

My New Grand i10 Nios came with Amazer 4g eco 165/70/r14 tyres. After running 7000 Kmsi saw a bulge on the side of FR tyre.Went to the car dealer as its been 1.5 years and the tyres are under warranty and he kept the tyre and contacted the tyre dealer.

Got the call from the surveyor and he tells me that warranty cannot be availed as you have hit a pothole and the tyre is damaged.

Firstly, I regularly check my tyre air pressure and ensure they are at optimal levels.

Secondly, I never hit a pothole so hard that the tyre should damage and bulge.And if it bulges by hitting any minor pothole then it says a lot about the quality of Apollo tyres.

Thirdly, the official report the surveyor gave me does not explicitly say damage due to hitting a pothole.It provides multiple reasons like road hazard, pinch shock, mounting/dismounting damage, improper repair, tread /shoulder puncture etc when he could not prove any of the following. No puncture is to be seen on the tyre, no repair work etc

Fourthly, For all the highly technical language used in the report or the warranty policy it eventually comes down to the word of company surveyor against ours(the customer's).What parameters and process the company use for assessing the cause of damage is opaque and the final report could not even specify a single reason and gave myriad of technical terminology.

Finally, the report says they are "unable to process my request for warranty as it doesn't fall within the prescribed parameters of warranty policy i:e Manufacturing Defect" . Honestly, if this is the sole parameter then what's the use of complaint centre or a warranty policy altogether as I have never heard a big corporation own upto a manufacturing defect.

In my opinion Apollo Tyre warranty is just a sham.
Bulging tyres with just 7000 km when the company claims 100000 on amazer 4g.
And these are not even SUV tyres which can be used for off-roading or a rally racing car tyre which goes through so much wear and tear.

Very bad experience and a highly opaque process.

I have purchased a new creta car 3 month back. N I have just drove it 1800 km. I have seen that my cars tyre got ballooned. And Mr Deepak from apollo tyre excusing me that sir u drive ur car in speed n jumped in hole with a low air tyre.. hey common first of all in delhi u cannot run above 50 km in delhi ok.. And pls stop giving such stupid excuses. Pls guys beware that 1800 km and new tyre got 7500rs.. so pls guys don't waste ur money in buying such a local company tyre.. my no is [protected]

Tyre brust in national highway

Two front tyres of new DUSTER purchased 3 months back got bulged on sides after a trip to GOKARNA from Bangalore.Tge vehicle is used for family trips only.We have approached the dealer from whom the vehicle was purchased who then approached your facility.Your bangalore establishment refuses to accept liability of damage.The vehicle has not been used for speed testing racing or in rough terrain but only for traveling.Letter recd from you is enclosed.No company admits that there is a deficiency in the product. Inadvertantly some quality deficiency creeps in some batches in every company.Please look into and revert.

Dear sir /Madam.
I have bought a Baleno car on this year February and it has a Appolo tyres fitted. I was really happy with overall car and especially with the tyres what I have got because its from Appolo so I'm pretty sure about the quality of the product. During this locked down May i was not driven the car some days due to locked down restrictions but one day I suppose to take out my car from my car porch i noticed one of the tyre air was very low first I thought its normal because I didn't driven my car for some days so I fill the air and went outside for some work and came back and parked on porch, next day again I want to go out but I found the same problem so I took my car into one of the reputed tyres workshop near my home. After inspection they said there is tiny hole on the tyre, so I asked them to repair it, but they said we can't do the patch work since it's on the side of the type and also it is a manufacture diffect and also we didn't find any kind of external materials to be found to damage the tyre. Since my car has a full warranty and its brand new car so I decided to visit Maruti dealer from where I have bought this car and I explained them about my concern and I requested them to replace my tyre from the warranty what I have. But it was really bad experience for me after the inspection done by the Appolo tyres engineer said I'm not eligible to claim the warranty since it's a "Side wall through Cut". This is really not acceptable we believe a brand for their quality of product and the quality of services. I have a faith on Appolo company that is the reason I'm writing this to you. I hope you can understand my concern and you will give me solution for this. Along with this mail I'm attaching the details which you can refer and take appropriate action.

My car RJ20CG7235 tyre brust suddenly. It was new tyre replace at maruti nexa in march 21 and they said there is no warranty for cut.

I bought apollo tyre 1 month back which has burst. Kanupriya Automobiles Ratlam flatly refused for the claim.While Sundar Tyre Ratlam processed the claim with good behavior.

I complaint about the bubble on the side of Apollo tyre of my new baleno car which was driven less than 9, 800 km. But when I reached out to service team for replacement they denied claim saying its a impact. My tyre is in very good condition and car is driven only on delhi roads and just to avoid compensating and replacing the tyres, they denied the claim. This also shows poor quality of Apollo tyres since it started bubbling in less than 10, 000km of run.
Company is just trying to avoid replacing tyres by giving filmsy reason and denying genuine claims to customers. Patheitc Customer service experience from Apollo.

Hello i have alto car which having apollo tyre ..but in few days ..my cars right front tyre having some problem . Every time i maintain. Air pressure in tyre but in 2 days tyre realesed the air ..i went to repairing for puncture but there were no puncture in tyre. And my car getting bubling ...pls solve. I have bought a new Tata Tiago XTA on 2021 march. After 2 month my front tyre got damaged tyre is made by Apollo. After that 2 months lockdown started due to corona and I have reached out the nearest Tata authorised service center EVOLT tata pathiripala, palakkad kerala.

They helped me with the process they have contacted The tyre manufacturer (appolo) and they have rejected my request. I'm attaching the report for your reference.

My car ran only 2830 KM and a new tyre got damaged and they are and company rejecting my replacement request..Then what is the point of taking. New tyre and warranty. if I have purchased Yokohama tyres then giving 4 year warranty and they are oke with replacement also. I hope you can understand my frustration. Please do the needful ASAP.

- I Bought Kia Sonet Car I Was Travelling On Gurgaon - Sohna Highway With My SONET, While I Was Driving On Highway Suddenly I Heard A Tyre Burst Sound Which Was Very Scary .After Checking I Realized One Of The Front Tyre Got Busted, I Was Amazed That It Happened With Me On The Highway Which Is Really Not Acceptable From One Of The Branded Company Tyres Like Apollo.As There Is A Small Cut Happened On The Left Hand Side Tyre.

After This Incident I Have Contacted Apollo Customer Care as well as KIA And Logged A Case For Tyre Claim, But The Response From The Apollo Is Very Pathetic, No Body Asked About The Situation All They Did Is Sending Technical Tyre Inspection Report And Rejecting My Claim.

Here Is My Questions To Apollo :
1. Is Apollo Tyres Are That Sensitive To The Highway? Can’t It Bear The Load On The Highway?

2. If At 3100 Km Tyre Is Doing This . Than There Is An Issue ?

3. Can’t We Take Our Car Out On Road Just Because We Are Using Apollo Tyres ?

- I bought Kia Sonet 2021 car unfortunately few days back I was travelling on Gurgaon - Sohna highway with my SONET, while I was driving bon highway suddenly I heard a tyre burst sound which was very scary .After checking I realized one of the front tyre got busted, I was amazed that it happened with me on the highway which is really not acceptable from one of the branded company tyres like Apollo.As there is a small cut happened on the left top button side ( not on the tyre sidewall ).

After this incident I have contacted Apollo customer care and logged a case for tyre claim, but the response from the Apollo is very pathetic, no body asked about the situation all they did is sending technical tyre inspection report and rejecting my claim.

Here is my questions to Apollo :
1. Is Apollo tyres are that sensitive to the Highway? Can’t it bear the load on the highway?

2. If at 3100 km tyre is doing this . Than there is an issue ?

3. Can’t we take our car out on road just because we are using Apollo tyres ?

I bought 2 apollo tyres10 months ago, it is crumbling all around like thread

Sir I have purchased Apollo tyre for my bike in September 2020 and it's been 8 months and the tyre got multiple air leaks. The air leaks occurs on the side of bikes wheel and tyre. So I have contacted the dealer for exchanging the tyre but they said it does not come under there warranty however the tyre comes with unconditional 1 year warranty but then also they rejected the tyre to be replaced so pls help me with this...

It was a very bad experience with Apollo Tyres where I am not able claim on Brand New tyre Which is only 45 days old and ran only 450+ kilometers.
- I bought CRETA 2021 car 45 days back, unfortunately 2days back I was travelling on a muddy road with my CRETA and on my way I have to cross many potholes which is expected on the mud road, while crossing one of the potholes suddenly I heard a tyre burst sound which was very scarily. After checking we realized one of the front tyre got busted on small pothole which is really not acceptable from one of the branded company tyres like Apollo.As there is a small cut happened on the left top button side ( not on the tyre sidewall ).
