Dear sir
Please note that i have been trying to contact for my mobile claim since 19 april-2017 but not getting any reply either on call centre number or on tracking system of aun claim. Please arrange to get my claim asap. It has been 7 months.

On tracking system first they mentioned that will send your refund as mobile is beyond repair than later they say we are sending you the repaired mobile. That was 7th july. Since then i am not getting any response.

When i contact mr anirudh its ur area manger in bhopal... He is not picking my call and in case he picked he talking in rubbish language.

You guys tell me what to do..

    I bought lenovo k6 note in jasmine mobile shop in baroda
    My phone price is 1400₹ and insurance prices is 1100₹. They told my any kind of mobile demage or thief. Then mobile under policy of insurance but now (2-7-17) my phone's display not work then i go to "app you need" they are not respoce me.
    Then i go to second time 23-8-17 they are told my there man will come in within seven dey but not responce after 15 day. And they are not receiving my call
    My policy no. Is 843601
    And date is 21/12/2016
    So don't waste your money in apps you need

      The customer care number is all time busy. There are no response by appsyouneed about my mobile phone. Please my humble request to you kindly delivered my mobile phone. Otherwise i will choose the another way...

        Dear sir/madam,

        My mobile was damaged within some days of the purchase and so i gave my mobile [asus zenfone 3] to the aun employee [mr. Nikunj] from which i had taken the insurance on 22/10/2016 from jasmine mobile store at genda circle vadodara as the phone was not picked up by aun even after so many complaints. Nikunj took my mobile, my insurance form, id, and mobile bill but didn't gave me any proof or receipt saying that it will be updated online.

        After diwali, nkiunj said he gave the mobile to mr. Mayur patel who is a service executive at rajmahal road [yms mobitech pvt ltd.] in vadodara for further procedure. Mayur said that the phone will be repaired in a month and said that the online status could not be updated as the case was dropped because of not getting picked up.

        After 1 month, he said the phone will come after 2-3 days and thereby extended the time but after 2 months, he started ignoring my calls. So i visited the office and met him. He said the phone came unrepaired after 40 working days from the service centre at noida. I requested to hand me the phone but he said he had already couriered it to noida for repairing again without my permission. He said i will get the status within 7 working days. After some days, i called him; he said that the phone is unrepairable and hence it is better to give it in total damage case.

        I did the same and handed over the accessories and documents required to him on 25/01/2017. I didn't had the phone box and earphones of which he said that it will not be an issue and said that the money will come by cheque to him or to me within 21 days. He didn't gave me any receipt saying that he will send me the courier receipt via whatsapp.

        After a few days, i tried calling him for the receipt which he didn't send me but his phone was not reachable. So, after over a month of handing over my phone, i visited the office and then came to know that mayur had left the job and they had no idea about my phone. They just wrote a complaint to you on my behalf and are not at all supportive to find the status of my phone.

        So i tried to contact mayur persistently and finally after 7 months he gave me the receipt of courier through which he sent my mobile for repairing for the first time. I am attaching that receipt to this complain.

        I request you to please tell me the status of my phone as soon as possible as it has been almost a year since it was given for repairing.

          I've raised the insurance claim on 5th june'17 & same got approved on 18th june
          On 5th july my tab has been received by insurance company. After receiving my tab the insurance company has stopped responding to my complains and as well as not responding to my mail regarding the status of my tab.
          Now i've no idea how to contact with the company "appsyouneed" as neither they are responding on mail nor or customer care number.
          Plz help me in resolving the issue

            My cin is dmar7132... You guys are complete fraud... First you settle the claim late, then you give chq of 3 months a head and after that if bounce... I can't even imagine that such a big companies chq can bounce...
            Now i don't want anything from you... You guys have given me good reason to drag you in consumer forum... Very soon you will find your chq pic and bounce notice from bank all over social media.. I am gonna screw samsung also that how can they promote such a fraud company. Take care..

                My phone's screen broke on 15th august 2017 i registered an request for my phone with all the needed document and paper work on the website of them it show that approval with be approved my 26th august 2017 if all the document are correct now its 30th august 2017 they haven't told we any thing about approval or wrong documentation customer is not reachable no phone numbers are been getting connected and no status is been given to me...

                    Mera phone break ho gaya tha maine 09.08.2017 ko apps you need ki app se complaint register kiya jiska complaint no. (Cin. Pdaug10556) hai. Complaint kerne ke baad mujhe reply aya ki 4 working days mein aapka mobile pickup ker lenge but 23.08.2017 ko mujhe massege aya ki apke documents dobara se upload karo maine 24.08.2017 ko dobara se upload kiye mujhe reply aya ki humko apke documents dobara mil gaye hai hum 28.08.2017 tak approval bhejte hai but aaj 05.09.2017 ho gayi hai mujhe koyi reply na koyi call company se aya. Maine jahan se mobile liya unse bhi kayi baar help li but wo bhi meri koyi help nahi ker rahe hai.

                      My phone is not deliver yet they are not responding that where is my phone . Nobody in consumer helpline picked my phone please do something for my phone
                      Please give me my phone back or cheque.
                      If they are responsible for my phone or cheque

                        Apps you need insurance company not solve my problem i am mobile phone retailer.
                        Customer care dont pickup phone approx 10 of my insurance cases are pending so pls solve my problem.
                        I am not happy continiously i am losting my customers just because of poor service of insurance company many retailers in our area are complaining about insurance company.

                            I had my phone iphone 6s insured from the company apps you need when i purchased the phone.
                            My phone had broken down within a year and i applied for the insurance claim.
                            I registered on the apps you need site and was given the cin no as pdjun14142.
                            After uploading the required documents my claim got accepted and the phone was picked up on 7th aug 2017.
                            Since then i have called the company many times and i get different response every time i talk to an executive.
                            I was once told that i would recieve the phone by the last week of august.
                            When i called them up today again on 1st of sept, the executive was still confirming with me if my phone has been picked up by them.
                            Its not only me, when i saw the company site its filled with complains from all over india regarding similar issues.
                            I think a firm action should be taken against them so they dont fraud with relying consumers and harass us.
                            I am attaching the copy of insurance and the pick up reciept of my phone.

                              My mobile had got stolen last year, and i had an insurance of apps you need. I followed the entire process of apps you need regarding complaints. My case was approved by new india assurance (Apps you need). Pick-up of all the documents was done by one of their logistics team. I have number of emails from apps you need where they have said, the cheque is ready along with the cheque number and cheque will be delivered soon.
                              I have been hearing this from apps you need since january 2017. And now they have stopped responding.

                              Looks like, apps you need is a big fraud. They must have taken all the money from my cheque and now are being reluctant to answer my complaints. They don't even receive my calls. Fraud.

                              I hope this consumer complaint helps me to get my cheque.

                                This is for your kind information that i have bought one mobile insurance from apps you need complaint nocomplain no: cnjun12954 ased on which i have given my mobile for repairs 3 months back and i really feel sorry to state that i have not yet received my handset and from the past 1 month the company has stopped reply to my complaint mails. Needless to say that the said company "apps you need" has given me immense mental fatigue and has cheated me the insurance cost along with my handset samsung galaxy 7 cost ₹ 27, 000. I look forword a positive resolution to my case from my end and appel to you for fruitful and consumer friendly resolution at the earliest. Thanking you

                                    I gave my phone was delivered to me after 2.5 months & then after when my phone was delivered to me it was password locked with a photo of your enginer then after i called your toll free no. They said to me that go to mobile shop & hard reset your handset, so i did & now what i saw is this phone is 16gb internal storage & 2gb ram & my phone was 32gb & 3gb ram. These is very much irresponsibility of your company. And even there are dent on the phone please replace that part, you can see that, there where no dent on my phone when i handed it over to courier company.& now its 9 days after reverse courier. Please give me a favourable reply untill today evening or else it will lead me to file a case against your company in consumer court.

                                      We have done a insurance of our mobile phone oppo f1 plus from apps u need. We got a cheque from apps u needs in june but the cheque date was 16 august. We go to bank in august to deposit the cheque but after 2 days we got a msg from bank that the cheque has been bounced.. I am totally harassed by the company. They are not picking up any calls and not even reverting back to our complaints. So i have decided to put a complaint in consumer issue.

                                      Handset was declared as total loss & they have shared the cheque number & committed to settle within 60 days. (Complaint raised on jan 2017). But till now, i have not received any cheque. Dealer and customer care executives are not giving proper response, i am fed up with there service.                                         I am highly disappointed.. I am a customer who was promised for insurance of 2 years...

                                        Past 3 days i'm consistently calling app u need to register my complaint for insurance... They are not responding to my call...
                                        Caller name shubham mentioned i need to call again and again

                                        It's highly disappointing

                                        I'm requesting all customer to think before getting any insurance

                                        I will register a police complaint against the person who fooled me regarding insurance from app you need...
