I am very disappointed by the criteria of rejections of the claim made on 10 august, 2017 for a samsung phone s7 edge in the name of harsh hemdev with cin no. : daug10116. A claim is registered for a dent on the screen.
We take insurance for any of the unintended mishaps which may occur to the phone if you are not eligible to cater these issues upfront, i am not sure based on what conditions will you ever process the claim considering the customers needs at first. Therefore, meet customer satisfaction.
Highly disappointed with the service, as there was no follow up, most of the calls made by me were unattended and the negligent attitude of the claim processing team.

    I sunil khetawat had bout a iphone se with apps you need insurance upon 2 months o[censored]se it broke down after being submitted to the company since 3 long months there is still no repair progress. I was said that i will receive a iphone 6s instead of iphone se as the same could not be repaired . my clam id is PDMAY31919 . i am being misguided by the company again and again about the timeline the phone will reach to me in . I fell cheated and maipulated . i want a reply for the same ASAP .

      What can i do now??         Handset was declared as total loss & they committed to settle within 60 days. (Complaint raised on jan 2017). But till now, i have not received any cheque. Dealer and customer care executives are not giving proper response, i am fed up with there service.           My insurance claim was accepted for my asus phone by apps you need.
          It's over 70 days and no one is picking my phone, every phone number they've blocked. Twice somehow i got i'm touch with them and they said it will take 1 month more
          They are not replying to my mail and complaints, like how can somebody steal their property this way, i want my phone back as soon as possible, and also this company should shut so that others don't have problem.

              I have submitted all the document, my original handset and invoice but after taking my handset. This insurance company has stop replying and even we don't have any source of contact to them. Please help us to get our claim amount, we have submit the cheque and required details document and handset too. We have claim for insurance in april, after 15 days they have collected our handset, then after 28 days it was declared as dead and we were requested for cheque and invoice but after that its 119 days we have not received any response from them and their customer care is not receiving call or responding to them.

Whenever call to company tollfree number there is only one answer this number is busy. I want a compension because in a limited time they have to return but they had not returned or answered.                   I have samsung s7 edge mobile phone. It is insured with apps you need. The problem is that my phone display got damaged. I was holding my phone in hand and suddenly it got stuck with table. Due to this accident my phone's display got damaged. A spot got appeared on the screen. Although it's touch is working properly and screen is also working. Only a small part of screen is damaged. Now i want to replace my phone display. Kindly processed my request as fast as possible because i have only one phone.

                        My claim has been approved on 04.04.2017. Pick up has been scheduled on same day itself. But they picked on 09.07.2017. And after that the same is showing that device has been received on 14.07.2017. From that day till today i didn't get any update. And i m not able to track my device that by when i will be getting it. Company claims 30 day repair after approval. But today its 21.08.2017 and 48th day of approval. I have submitted complaint 2 times. But there was no response. Kindly suggest what to do. I want my handset of prior basis.

                          Hello sir,
                          My device (Samsung galaxy j5) was insured with the 'apps you need' company. I got approval 48 days ago and they'd promise me to deliver this back to me within 20 days. But they don't respond now. I'hv tried to call them and complained on the site. But they don't response now. They don't pick the call and neither reply me and my device is under repairing section from a long time whenever i track my device. They stopped responding now. I'm begging sir pleaae please help me.

                          With TFEB24405 I registered a complaint of theft of February 2017, I submitted all the necessary document like fir copy, original copy of bill, headphone, charger but after completion of all claim process till now I didn't get my cheque .when I tried to call customer care my call is not responded by anyone.                                   I had a mobile breakage insurance in your company. I october 2016 my mobile broke down.in novermber i submitted all the require documents. From your end your declared its total lost. And you will give my a cheque of rs. 7500/- against the insurance. Its 8 months crossed. I did not get my cheque.
                                  I submitted all the documents. As per your policy its took 60 days to release the cheque. But its already 8 months.

                                  My name is Pawan & I took the AYN insurance for my mobile, My CIN number is DAPR19176.AYN declared my mobile as total loss. I sent all my original accessories to APY & On 17th of May I got a message from AYN that all the accessories has been received(No-CN[protected] & the Cheque will be delivered within maximum 60 days,
                                  *No Cheque is received yet
                                  *90 Days(No response) to the calls also
                                  *Spent around 200 INR for calling your customer support but they are always busy on another call, Was never able to talk to them, Seems like you are short with manning & all your team is busy selling the insurance & the customer who has taken the insurance are left aside to struggle for the services
                                  *Registered complaint for the same on your site but there is no response-CNJUL16263

                                  My request to the senior management to look into the matter on urgent basis as this kind of services are ruining your companies image & negative mouth publicity. I haven't seen not even a single person praising your services.

                                    I use a samsung s7 edge when purchased i was give an option to purchase an insurance from appsyouneed i paid 3500 for the same last year.

                                    I have given my phone to replace damaged screen. The approval process took a while with documents uploaded multiple times. Finally my device was approved for repairs on 15/07/2017. During the claim process their support was prompt with replies to every email and immediate call support.

                                    Now its been over a month and i am still waiting for them to reply to my emails and calls. The current status show device was sent for repairs on 26th of july.

                                    After that i have not received any updates, number of calls made to support but no answer. I am unable to get in touch with support for the past 15 days, no replies to email and no phone contact.

                                    I have no idea when i am going to get my mobile back!

                                        claim approved hone ke 116 day ke baad bhi mera mobile abhi tak muje wapas nahi mila h customer care par call karne par bhi koi reply nahi milta h aur call disconnect ho jata h muje bina mobile ke bahut pareshani ho rahi. kafi call kiya aur mail bhi kiya lekin koi reply nahi milta h.. ye bhi nahi batate ki mera mobile kaha h..company ka employee se baat ki to bataya ki company ki job se nikal diya h. na me dusra mobile le sakta hu kyunki dusra le liya to baad me iska kya karunga aur ye 25 day working days ki baat karte h lekin 116 days ke baad bhi koi reply nahi.

                                        kabhi kahte h ki mobile repair ke liye diya hua h aur company ki site par claim status pata kiya jata h to likha aata h customer side se pending h...mene uski bhi picture upload ki h..pls help me.
