I am shruti parikh. My phone was submitted on 31-may-17 to appsyouneed for repairing the screen. It has been 8 months and i have not received my phone yet. I keep on calling on the customer care number but no one responds. I have submitted multiple complaints on their website against my reference id. But they do not reply. I need my phone back. I don't care if it is not repaired.

I was walking on road early morning and suddenly somebody came and pushed me my phone was in my hand and after that fall on road and my mobile touch has been broken. My phone is in insurance period and i have been calling on your prescribe number nobody is responding plz accept my complain and call me regarding the claim.I have also done my complain on your website no body is responding i have filled all the necessary queries plz resolve my problem.

From last 6 months there is no response from company side and i am still trying to call on provided no. But still no response.
I was taken a policy for my phone and it was pd, i was made a complaint for that and followed the instructions they told me, all process were completed by me my phone was also picked but from last 6 months it is showing in service and not delivered also my phone is not picked by any one. I am in very trouble.
Please let me know what to do?
If any one ask me that what rating would you like to give this company for client satisfaction then i will give in minus rating if it is possible.

I have insured my iphone 7 against physical/liquid damages and theft in 2017 with the purchase of mobile by paying a handsome premium even more than the premium for health insurance. My got physically damaged with a broken display/screen.
Now i am even struggling to get my claim registered. No customer care is ready to consider my concerns, no mails are reverted. Even after registering online claim no communication has happened over phone or mails.

I am really disappointed with such a unprofessional attitude and approach by the service provider which has shattered my trust over such service providers.

My phone lenovo a7000 was insured by this company. It's screen broke and i claimed the insurance. My phone was picked on 20 april, 2017. It has been now 9 months since the time my phone has gone for repairing. Whenever i call them they say to wait for 10 to 15 days (It happened 6-7 times). Now they don't attend my call. Please help me.

My cin number is d[protected]. Its been almost a year now when my phone broke and i asked for insurance claim but companies like appsyouneed keep fooling people like us. They pickup the phone for repair then after few months said that it is unrepairable and its the case of total loss. Now i am waiting for my cheque for couple of months.
Now, i don't have my phone and don't have any claimed money for that.

Appsyouneed you are a fraud.

My claim number is dmar88076 yhe whole process started on 22 mar 17 approval on 24 mar 17 pickup was done and recieved by company apps you need on 25 april 17 on 29 april 17 it was declared total loss all documents were collected later but after that i cant even speak to the company no communication is possible i asked them in september 2017 they told me because of gst they cannot issue cheques and they will process my calim in october 2017 this seemed illogical so i asked them to return my phone i dont need any claim form them but nothing happened

Now its december, no claim, cheque or phone recieved. The vendor who sold me the insurance policy is unwilling to give me the address of head office he tells me company is fraud and he has 4.5lakhs and he also is unable to give me a valid address or contact number. Now there is no possible communicartion with these guys and my phone is almost stolen away from me in march.

Customer care on [protected] is non functuonal. And is set to drop incoming calls on every option.
Web site has stopped loging and showing compalint history. I feel they will soon vanish altogether.

Now i only need my phone back in whatever condition it is in with box bill and acessories. Before this company vanishes all together

My phone screen going to crack before 4 months. After that i claim insurance for my phone.. After document submission. Your agent came to my house and take my phone. He told me that your phone repair or replace screen after 10 days.
After 10 days u will get your phone back with new screen but still my phone not receive.

There are no any such person are met with me to clear my f&f and no one employee are working in these company. Last month i visited the company location in noida sector 64 but the office are closed. I asked to security guard he said that the office are closed few days ago.

I think this is the fraud company that's leave the market without settling his consumer complaint and distributor complaint.

What could i do help me

Its being more than 10 months, i made a complaint against my mobile phone with the claim id : dmar22719 to apps you need. The company promised me that they will either refund my amount or my handset. I neither get my mobile phone back nor any refund amount. Just want to know, is this a reliable company or just making money from us because i m chasing my handset since last 10 months and not getting any proper solution from them. Would like to know, whether apps you need would be in a situation to refund my amount or not?

Claim was raised on 18th nov and documents submitted on 20th nov for cin = pdnov18180.

Screen got cracked on 17th nov night as the phone slipped from my hand and fell on floor. Claim was raised very next day and all documents including the invoice and device damage photos were submitted online on 20th nov. The next day, the website showed the status as: claim under process

I continued to wait for their response but never heard back. I have tried calling the customer service line numerous times but i keep getting "sorry try again later" message for existing claim inquiry. They have no "waiting" mechanism on call line.

And i found out on 4th dec that the online status is no longer available. And it shows as invalid cin. This does not make any sense as to why would the claim id suddenly become invalid. I have attached a screenshot showing confirmation of claim documents submission and id.

Company is making new insurance as well as past. But after the deal when time comes for clamming then there no concern person is available for dealing, no contact number no mail replies. Really this company is too bad to work in today market.
I have two experience in first issue cheque returned by bank due to no balance in comapny account and in thesecond one comany has shown his real face and treat just like cheater due claim no. Sd[protected]

My mobile phone has been theft by unknown person and same has been confirmed to same day to team and further pickup of all documents and mobile handset related accessories on 20th august 2017 and confirmed by team the claim person visit my office and same has been approved by him. He was confirmed that the company will send the cheque in 7 working days. After that i have not received any update from them neither any email or by any sms.
I also tried 200 times to his contact no. But no one are not respoing on call as shared on his website.

I having iphone 6 which i purchased in the month of may. Accidently it got damaged today date:27/11/2017. It got bend from the backsite... Please resolve my problem as soon as early. I m in tension bcoz i purchased it on emi basis and instalment still pending... Its a hillarious sitution for me... Please contact me as soon as possible. I also enclosed the invoice

I had raised above complain in the month of oct 2017 but no one has tried to made contact with me by any means.
This company's website is not working.
Call is not connecting over the call center... I am feeling cheated.
I am using my damaged phone from last one month then what the point of paying insurance premium when we are not getting the service.

I will take up the matter to higher forum if not solved at the earliest.

Yms mobitech pvt ltd company is fraud. I have registered my claim with apps you need my claim intimation number (Cin) is doct26493 and cin generation date time is 26/10/2017. Still got no response from apps you need. Helpline no never provides the satus of my claim where i spoke to ms kiran who says we cannot provide you the staus of your claim. Hopless callcentre team speaks without any logic. My claim approval is stuck from last one month.
