Please as soon as solved this problem

    Respected Sir/Ma'am,
    my name is Abhishek juneja.
    i would like to complain about APPS YOU NEED insurance company located in NOIDA . i purchased my phone from Laxmi nagar on 29-feb-2016, that was APPLE 6S cost of around 60, 000/-RS.
    additionally i have also taken insurance from APPS YOU NEED and they have promised me so many things about their service n all.
    but now in the month of August 1st week i have given my phone for insurance ( i.e. screen got damage) reason behind i met with an accident in that month after giving my phone to them they are not replying to my mail and they don't have any specific complain email address for any senior management to complain against the concern department nor they having any concern number for it .
    its been more than one month they are sure what to do with the phone only mentioned in the claim status that ( date of delivery will be updated soon
    )
    this is really wrong being a consumer i and must be some other consumer's are also facing the same problem.
    so i would like to request you to please look into this matter
    and help me with the same.

        I claimed for my samsung galaxy s7 edge display break on 22 of july 2016 and my phone was picked up on 30 of june 2016 I got a message of approval on 17 of july 2016 and they say that you will recieve your phone within 21 to 15 days of approval and I got a message on 16th of august that my phone is now repaired and will be delivered this week and a day after that I get a message saying that my phone has been sent to authorised service center and will be delivered by next week. I am very much unsatisfied with their service and when I call at their socalled customer care I get same reply saying we can not help you here please check our website. So I am willing to file a case against apps you need if anybody else want the same please comment down.

          I had claim complain that my phone is damage due to rain, and i had made insurance of my phone for a year, regarding this complain they didn't take any action, and they refuse to sumbit my complain due to unwanted reasons... They said you have to claim your complaint between 48 hours after the accident.. I had claim my complain after 24 hours but they didn't do anything... After some days when i ask for my complin then they refused and say they don't know anything

            Its been 2 months you took the phone but there is no progress in the case.
            You show a worse image to the customers.
            This is the worst thing a customer can expect from anyone.
            Take the phone and run away.
            Is this what your company has been started to cheat people, to fool them.
            Is this what your employees being paid off to not to render services.
            I call more than 20 times a day to the customer care. Bit it is of no use.

            You have taken the phone
            You have taken the documents.
            Now what do you want?
            Everytime you say it is in process.
            I think i need to go to the court and sue your company for it.
            You people must have collected plenty of money doing so.
            When you will have to pay a huge sum for it, then you will learn a lesson.

                Dear sir,
                I'm working with state bank of india, i insured my iphone 6s with appsyouneed insurance company on 29th june 16 my phone stolen in delhi by two bikers i claim as per their theft policy and they rejected my claim on invalid reason. Further details are
                Insurance reference number: irn245975
                Imei/ serial no.: [protected]
                Total amount paid: rs.2999
                Inclusions: theft insurance

                As per insurance company massage.. They dropped my case cin no. T[protected] because at the time of theft phone was not in my custody as per their nia policy.

                I also read their nia policy, in this policy not mention that phone is in owner's custody at the time of theft. I also read twice and that point is invalid and such a ridiculous also, so give me a valid reason of rejection. I also provide my all documents (Fir copy, sim disconnection letter etc) as per their requirement and now company said that my case is dropped.

                Please do needful in my matter

                According to the policy of New India Insurance Policy at the time of incident device should be with the beneficiary or with Parents, Spouse & childrens above 12 years. As you mentioned in description at the time of incident device was not with the beneficiary, it was with the brother of beneficiary hence the case repudiated by New India Insurance.

                  Hello, this is pritpal singh, i have taken insurance from apps you need when i bought my new phone, 2 months before my phone screen damage in an accident and i registered my complaint to apps you need "d[protected]" i called on 30th may to guy who collected the phone from me and that time he told me that they will handed over the phone after repairing on 11th june but i didn't get my phone on that date so i called him again and he said that he is not working with apps you need now and he gave me mr. Anuj mobile number so i called him but he didn't pickup my phone then i sent mail to them for a status and then i got reply that i have not submitted the complete documents (Whatever document they requested at the time of pickup i already gave that time), after sometime they approved this case and they repaired the phone and came to me on 27th june but when i checked my phone that was not working properly, it seems that they have get that repaired from local shop not from panasonic service center and then i called mr. Anuj @ [protected] and said the same story and he said return the phone we will send it for rechecking and after that im chasing on daily basis for my handset and after so many mails i got reply that i will get my phone after repairing on 18th july (Monday) but still i have not got my phone, so today i complaint again in apps you need site and i just got a massage that my case is dropped because signature of my in claim forms not matched with signature mentioned is previous claims. How this could be possible, they have already repaired my phone and i returned them as that was not working properly and after that on 7th july i got mail again that my case is approved but today they have changed their statement. Pls help me on this matter thanks.

                    Abi bhi sirf bewkoof bana rahe h agar coustmer care ko call karo to wo bolte ham much nahi kar skte aur agar online compilation kare to koi reply nahi karte frod kiya ja raha h mere sath
                    Itne din ho gaye abi tak kisi ne koi help nahi ki bas bewkoof bana rahe h

                    I have claim insurance money for my lost phone 4 months prior. I have submitted all the required documents to the company and the claim was approved within 15 days but still I am waiting for the claim money. Firstly they were saying that the amount will be credited within 60 to 90 days but now more than 120 days have passed but still not recieved any response from them.
                    Have written many mails to them but they have stop responding the mail.

                        Still its not approved
                        I want to file a case against them.
                        They are not given me any positive replies for my insurance claim process.
                        When ever i call them they only use to say is your documents approval are pending.
                        Before this process they told me it will take 5 working days to approval but now its about 2 weeks

                          2 unknown person theft my goods (Mobile, laptop, cash, jewellery) from house before 1 month and i have file the fir against them. I have also handover all document as per insurance company to get the claim of my mobile phone name samsung s7 edge but now, the company is not giving response and not ready to approve my document to process the claim. They are giving me excuses that i have not write much information in fir that's why document is incomplete. Kindly look in to my case and help the get the claim money.

                            My lenovo a7000a mobile display was broken so i claim it trough apps you need (The new india assurance company limited).
