Apps you need is fooling me since last 4 months, they said my phone is ready and you will receive it after 30 days
By saying 30 days they extended to 4 months by saying you will receive the phone by month end every month i wasted my time by calling
I have submitted my phone more than 6 months have passed
Their help line is always busy i am trying more than 10 times a day, call remains on waiting for 30 mins at last they disconnect the call by saying sorry all callers are busy
Now they are not receiving the call they don't reply to the complaints
They don't even give any update
I am going to file complaint against this company they are not returning my phone

        Respected sir/mam,
        Its been more than 4 months i have send the phone but i am not getting my phone back, i have samsung s7edge which i insured with appsyouneed. I have lodged more several complaints, wrote more than 10 emails but all my complaints are showing pending and i didnt het any reply of my emails.. I have called numerous times for the past 2 months but everytime i called the line gets disconnected by saying “all representatives are busy”. My cin no is “pdjun12178”.. Please help me to get my phone back.. I am very tensed whether i ever get my phone back or not.. I am uploading the pictures of the reciept which is a proof of everything..

          This is to inform you that my phone has been pick pocketed in market which was duly informed and all the necessary document uploaded in the cite, which got approved and it is 164 days since approval of claim but so far i have not received payment. I had filed complain and even called to customer care in the month of september 2017, they informed me that i would receive the cheque in the first week of october 2017. It is the last week of october, when i tried to contact in the office of apps you need no body is responding in customer care after long hour of calls. It is breach of insurance contract as well as the breach of trust and i am getting harassed by the act of the company. Being aggrieved i request you to pay the claim amount within 10 day lest all the concerned persons will be liable to face criminal as well as civil suit in the court of jamshedpur, jharkhand.

              Respected sir/madam,
              I purchased moto g4 plus on 15 september 2016 which i insured with apps you need irn636620. This company insures the mobile phones for theft/physical damage. At the time of purchase they make so many promises. But when it comes to services. This company turns out to be complete fraud. I applied for claim (Cin pdjul21195) my damaged phone on 21 july 2017. First they raised query on my documents three times. For which i provided all the relevant original documents. Every time thet raise some issue. But now there is no status regarding approval or disapproval of my claim. I repeatedly try contacting them but got no answer from their side.
              I have seen their facebook page on which a lot of customers have same or similar issue with this company.

              This is regarding the previous complaint i made for claim approval from Apps You Need. My claim got approved on 21 aug 2017. Phone was picked up from my address to repair location on 22 aug 2017. It has been 2.5 months. I didn't get my phone back. When i call to the customer care. They keep on hold for 1-2 hours. Even after that they don't pick the phone. I checked the status of my phone on AUN app. Its shows that t"he phone will be picked up on 23 aug". There is no recent update of my phone. Not through call or application. Please do the necessary action against this company. They don't provide satisfactory services to their customers. There is no other way to contact my phone. Here is the receipt attached by which my phone was picked up.

                Date aage bda dete last m bolte ki humne job chod di h. Again mujhe onether employe ka no. Milta wo bolta h ki kuch dino k liye company band h uske bad wo bhi kuch din ka time de deta h aur bolta h ki apka mobile collect ho jayega but aisa kuch bhi nhi hua. M apko nhi bt asakta ki without my mobile m kitna pareshani mai hoon.. Apni problem maine apke sabhi employes ko bhi btayi but koi solution nhi mila siway jhoot k.

                So my dear sir or ma'am majboor hokar mujhe aapki k company against consumer court m complaint karwani padi h... Complaint no hai. [ 446881 ]
                Consumer court ki advce k chalte m apko 6 day ka time deta hoo.. Aap pleas urgent mere mobile ko theek karne k liye koi step uthaye. Bcz after 6 day case registerd ho jayega jiske chalte apka aur mera dona ka nuksaan h.. Good day.

                    My name is manohar kant my claim no. Is (Dmar26374) i use apple i phone 7 128gb the approval process took a while with documents uploaded. My divice was approved for total loss in april 2017 my claim approved long time ago i have already given phone related accessories and documents to the courier boy how come to me along with my canceled cheque. It's now more then seven months i haven't yet received a single call or massage after so many reminders i am not getting any response from you people.. Please rep me why one shouldn't go consumer and take a legal action. If you don't reply me in next seven days then i'll do f. I. R. Against aps you need and file a case for cheating and mental harassment i have been going through past these seven months

                      4 months have since my phone is given to your company and still i didn't got it back. I had called on your costumer care no. For more than 100 times, the executives are from last one month. My phone was picked on 24th june and still i didn't get any reply about my phone. I had paid ₹6499 for my phone insurance. So please stop testing my patience. And it's service center is in uttar pradesh, i can't go that far. I want my phone back. 😡😤

                        As per my claim no cind[protected] for samsung galaxy s7edge, i have raise the claim before 6 months till now i haven't got my cheque or any confirmation from the company. And the customer care is the worst part i[censored] try the customer care number for 100 times then also they will pick ur call or not m not sure. Really m doubting that this is a real company. If i would have told to give a feedback on this company then i would have given negative feedback really for all the things. Really now m feeling like bloody fool to take mobile insurance of this company. I would never recommend any body to take this mobile insurance. And one more thing how clever this guys are they have removed all the uploaded documents from there website. Really such a shameful website.

                          Still no action taken on my iphone 7-128gb worth rs.70, 000/- mobile theft insurance claim, i am getting mails from apps you need to upload the documents but when i try to login to the website i am not able to upload the files i am trying trying to contact customer care but they r not helping me thy are not listing to my complaints they simply cutting the calls serioulsy i am taking this issue to court some one from apps you need company should call me +91 [protected] asap.
                          My name is praphul gangadharan, i had bought apple iphone 7 128gb rs.70, 000/- rs.6, 000/- for apps you need insurance from simtel mobile planet rt nagar bangalore and they suggested me to go for mobile insurance from apps you need company which is a big fraud company i came to know now. They are not giving claim and closing claim request by saying documents not submitted within time limit.
                          I have registered complaint of mobile theft on 28, sep 2017, and trying to submit claim form along with all the required documents on 28, sep 2017 as they intimated to submitted documents before 48hours. I was not able to register on the company website nor i was not able to connect to the customer care number[protected]. But after 48 hours when my call got connected they are replying "your case has been closed because your document was not submitted within time limit by your side and tat is over. We are unable to process it further anymore... Customer care support is very very poor, no one is answering my queries. Customer care is helpless they do not have any authority to do anything, they can only tell me that my claim is rejected. Who am i supposed to get answers from?... Really i am facing a big problem to interact with app you need company. I have an f. I. R copy with me with invoice bill of mobile & the invoice of the apps you need mobile insurance with me. I tried their customer care number so many times but they were not attending my call anymore. Is it the way to satisfy their customer which are buying their policies to fully trust on them?... Better you close your company and stop harassing consumer. Please reply why one should not go to consumer court and take a legal action for the mental harrasement i have been going through these past weeks...

                                I got my phone insured when i bought it from apps you need. My phone broke and they took my phone on 15th july 2017. 3 months have passed and there is no response from their side. They dont reply to my mails, calls, nothing. All my documents were accepted but still no response. The person from whom i got my phone insured is sukhija traders, raja park, jaipur. He is not taking any responsibility of my phone now. The owner is not taking the call. Nobody answers their toll free number.

                                  On july, made a claim (Cin no-pdjul17104) in "apps you need" as my iphone had few scractches due to accident. So i want to repair for the same. On 21st of aug i handed over my iphone-6s to the delhivery courier and trackig id[protected]. After that it's been almost 2 months i didn't get my iphone. I have tried to communicate over the phone, mailed them, lodged complain but still didn't get any confirmation. Case of cheating, mental harrasment, depreciation of my asset. Plz help me out of this. I'm worried and anxious that i'wl get back my iphone or not. I already raise a case in consumer forum also raising here. If still issue not resolved then i'hv to go to the consumer court.

                                    My mobile samsung s7 edge was picked by appsyouneed on 17th july, its been 4 months now i haven't got my phone back. I am not getting any reply to my queries. I also called appsyouneed customer care but know one is answering. I want my mobile back asap.

                                    If this is going to take more time to repair my mobile, i request you to return my mobile without repairing. I will repair it by myself. If i don't get my mobile back within next 15days, i will file complaint in consumer court and i will also file fir against your company.

                                    My phone picked up by your courier boy 5 months ago and still i didn't get my phone back. I did try to contact with your customer helpline service many times but no one responding. I am going to file case against your company if you will not respond in 7 days
                                    My phone purchased on 03/12/2016 & insured on the same day vide IRN no 829251. Recently last week my phone accidentally damaged display of the phone. I complained through apps you need email/ toll free no etc., but failed . I tried to contact Bhubaneswar Area manager Mr Abinash Panda.My Panda did not respond to my calls. please help!

                                      My name is praphul gangadharan, i had bought apple iphone 7 128gb rs.70, 000/- rs.6, 000/- for apps you need insurance from simtel mobile planet rt nagar bangalore and they suggested me to go for mobile insurance from apps you need company which is a big fraud company i came to know now. They are not giving claim and closing claim request by saying documents not submitted within time limit.
                                      I have registered complaint of mobile theft on 28, sep 2017, and trying to submit claim form along with all the required documents on 28, sep 2017 as they intimated to submitted documents before 48hours. I was not able to register on the company website nor i was not able to connect to the customer care number[protected]. But after 48 hours when my call got connected they are replying "your case has been closed because your document was not submitted within time limit by your side and tat is over. We are unable to process it further anymore... Customer care support is very very poor, no one is answering my queries. Customer care is helpless they do not have any authority to do anything, they can only tell me that my claim is rejected. Who am i supposed to get answers from?... Really i am facing a big problem to interact with app you need company. I have an f. I. R copy with me with invoice bill of mobile & the invoice of the apps you need mobile insurance with me. I tried their customer care number so many times but they were not attending my call anymore. Is it the way to satisfy their customer which are buying their policies to fully trust on them?... Better you close your company and stop harassing consumer. Please reply why one should not go to consumer court and take a legal action for the mental harrasement i have been going through these past weeks...

                                      Still no action taken on my iphone 7-128gb worth rs.70, 000/- mobile theft insurance claim, i am getting mails from Apps You Need to Upload the documents but when i try to login to the website i am not able to upload the files i am trying trying to contact Customer care but they r not helping me thy are not listing to my complaints they simply cutting the calls serioulsy i am taking this issue to court some one from apps you need company should call me +91 [protected] ASAP.

                                      Its been more then 15 days i am not getting any response from this insurance company. I am trying a call from last 15 days but there is no response from there side. I hope i will get a help from this. I am really fustrated by continously calling them. Hoping to get some response from here. or else i am going to court for legal action

                                      Whenever i used your company number only one answer all our customer care member is busy on another call please wait for some time and be waited in queue. This kind of behavior is unacceptable & very disheartening. Very poor service from your end.

                                      Very poor service from the company and they are eating money by smartphone insurance from the customers. Kindly help me or else i am going to book a FRI against the company and the director of the company.

                                        My cin no is t [protected]. My claim has been approved long time ago. I have already given phone related accessories and documents to the courier boy who came to my house to collect the documents along with my cancelled cheque. Then i got a msg that payment will be done in 90 days.
                                        It's now more than six months or so i haven't yet received a single penny.
                                        After so many reminders, i am not getting any response from you people.
                                        Now i have no choice, i have lots of faith in our judiciary system, i think i have to move to consumer court becoz i am facing a big fraudism
