This is to inform you that i have a mobile insurance in apps you need. My mobile glass has broken in the month of feb. I have lodged my claim to the company. Company collected the phone from my home & communicate me that they can't replace the glass they reimburse me the amount of mobile.
They also collected cancel cheque from me but 7 months over till date i did not get claim amount of my mobile. Cin no is dfeb67839.
Also don't get any communication when i will receive my claim amount.

I have inssured my phone with your agency & phone was damaged and sended to you received there on 25th may 2017 at ur service center my claim number is pdmay08984. Now its has 5 months gone nobody is attending call nad not getting any revert on mail my mail id is ([protected]@gmail.com) 3 times i have marked a mail with given mail id so requesting you to kindly revert and give me my phone back

I claimed my damage on 6th september 2017 and also uploaded my documents as required for the claim process (Cin nos - pdsep06209), but it's been one month there is no reply from company side about the document approval. And also there costumer service do not attends the calls where ever i had called for the query. Please for the issue.

I claimed for my asus zenfone cin no d[protected] on jan 2nd 2016 after 2 month i was told it has been in total damage yet i waited for the claime amount to be settled after several mnths i received the cheque that too a pdc cheque of august i submitted the cheque but it got bounced. Now m trying to contact the customer care people but no bodys replyng even the shop authorties of pappilon in dombivli are saying they cannot do anything

My mobile phone display is broken...160 days is happen but my mobile is not return till now... I contact many time to the costumar care but there is no reply of my queries... Sir i afford new mobile phone from simrat mobile store and done apps you need insurance... My phone display is broken after using mobile from 7 month and then i given the mobile in insurance but they do not return my mobile from 6 month and do not reply of my mail.. And the costumar care no. Of apps you need insurance company is always busy... I complaint many time but nothing happened.

I had given my phone under damage protection to apps youneed for repair. The claim was submitted on 27th may 2017 and the phone got picked up on 29th may 2017 (After repeated complaints regarding the same) but since then there has been no response or communication on their end. Initially i was told, i will get my phone with 25 days. Slowly the 25 days turned to 122 days and now when asked for it they say that it will take more 10 days for the phone to get repaired. & 10 days turned but mobile not received. When called on their number, the representatives are generally busy or they disconnect the call without answering properly. I have also raised multiple tickets regarding the same but all of them are pending. Upon asking the company to share the authorized service center details, they come up with excuses that they don't have the details or pretend that they cannot hear my voice (This has happened multiple times). I request you to kindly look into the matter.

Dear sir, my clam no is pdmay25311, it is abt 95 days that my claim was approved and the set was picked up from your side on 20 june. But after that there is absolutely no response. I have complaint to you so many times. Please reply why one should not go to consumer forum and take a legal action for the mental harrasement i have been going through these past four months.

I have bought apps you need insurance for my samsung s7 edge mobile from parkash enterprises, metropolitan mall, m. G road gurgaon.
While purchasing the insurance, i trusted the company because they were affliated to new india assurance company limited.

On 31st august 2017, my mobile got theft and i raised an fir (Ipc 1860 section 379) for the same on 1st september.

Also, i immediately raised a compaint regarding my claim in apps you need website on 1st september'17 and generated cin (Tsep01237) and uploaded all required document by 3rd september'17.

I followed each and every guidlines which was mentioned by them for generating cin, filing fir and uploading documents.

The site says that they will get back by 7 september and till date i have not recieved any response from them. Within this period i have raised three compaints (Cnsep08137, cnsep17223, cnsep22444) regarding the same and till date they are in pending state.

I tried calling their customer care number[protected] more than 100 times but no one picks up the call, it seems they have given the customer care number just to befool customers.

Somehow i got numbers of area sales manager, distributors and they reverted back me that they have left the company now and they gave me the number of company owner no - ajit maheshwari but he is not picking up the call.

Now the only way left to get the claim is take legal action against the company apps yo need, yms mobiltech pvt ltd and ajit maheshwari for fraud and also to new india assurance company pvt. Ltd. For giving their names to such a fraudial company.

I would address this issue in consumer court if you will cheat people like this. My claim is genuine and if you will not give in insurance then whats the logic of buying an insurance.

It's been 45 days since you people have picked up my mobile phone (Google pixel) for claim and i have not got my phone till now. I can't track my claim status too. Please return my phone whether it's repaired or not, i just want it back. It is already too late. Its causing me too much trouble, hope you understand me. Please help!

I have registered my complaint and uploaded my documents on 4th of september but now its 22ns of september the company promised that they will give the answer in 6-7 working days but now its been 15-16 working days they have not given any response and from 1 week i am calling them but they are not even picking up my call.. Its a fraud company i paid them money for the insurance even they have approved my insurance also collected my phone after 1 month almost but still today i haven't found my phone in my hand it's been 70 days as of now. Please try to at least hanover my old phone. Please help me i tried calling them at least 50 times everyday but nobody replied to me.

My claim was my iphone 7 screen broken due to accident reason was mentioned in original submitted claim form.

After @ 65 to 70 days. My phone is repaired and received in my hand with duplicate screen installed. Now my phone is not working.
So far i am socked with this type of my claim settled from you as such a big shot of your well known insurance company. Its. Totally cheating with us its not acceptable by us. I hed given estimate for rs. 27000/- from
I venus its genuine service station of i-phones in vadodara.
As far my knowledge i-phone never repairable by genuine service station and only the phone is replace agst. Demage screen or phone.
So pl. Consider my serious complain and short out my phone otherwise i am going to legal action against your company.

Dear sir/madam,
I have insured my lenovo a 7000 turbo with apps you need. Sometimes after my phone got damaged its handsfree slot not working properly therefore i had registered a complain on apps you need and their courier boy from delhivery courier service took my phone on 22/08/2017. After that day i contact customer care of this company to know the status of my phone and that time they told me your phone is transfered to noida for service and i was socked because i dont know their service center are in noida so i told them to cancle my order and return my phone to me but they told me once we are getting your phone at noida then we will send you your phone and after a week my phone reached at noida then again i told them to returned my phone but they are not giving me a good answer and not giving my phone also and all the day i m trying to talking with them but i cant able to reach them because the customer care is also not responding even if i call them 20-30 times a day.
Please kindly register my complain and make returning of my phone, as i got frustrated a lot now.

Dear sir/madam,
I took a insurence from apps you need in jan 2017. Due to damage my phone apps you need provide a post dated cheque of hdfc bank to me on june5, 2017. But cheque is bounce on 18 august2017. With reason stop payment. They not pic my phone and dont answer of emails. Such a fraud company. I feel totally helpless.

My cin no pdaug10198 dated 10.08.2017. My handset is picked on 19.08.2017. But till now i have not received any update regarding the status of my i phone. I also registered a complain previously having no cnsep12205 but till now i have not received any reply. Whenever i used your company toll free number only one answer all our customer care member is busy on another call please wait for some time and be waited in queue. What is the perfect time when your company member are free. This kind of behavior is unacceptable & very disheartening. Very poor service from your end.

Now 54 days over from claim and mabile handset with them through their tiedup delivery courier service.
All the documents i have and several email on their support /escalation number i mailed but no reply so far.
