    This is regarding the purchase i made on 16th april and expected delivery was 20th april, 2020... But, it dint happen... I understand due to lockdown things were not good enough and i am pretty much ok the delivery was delayed, i thought atleast the item would be delivered in another couple of weeks.. But, it failed to happen so.. I was following up with the team since 19th april, 2020 to cancel my order, as their website had no option to cancel the order which was raised by us (Worst website) and looks like they have zero maintenance of the website.. If it was lockdown the reason for delaying of delivery why didnt they block their website / should have not accepted orders for that duration...

    After multiple attempts of reaching them, they have replied to me on june 01st, 2020

    Atleast i am happy that finally have received a response from your team after multiple reminders...

    However, request for refunding my amount immediately...

    But, to my surprise my product was delivered today and i had no confirmation that the product will be delivered today... The delivery was a gift and the other person doesn't knew about this

    My request is, as they mentioned my order is cancelled due to covid -19 and i didnt get any confirmation of my new order... How was this order processed without any confirmation... I request for refund and if needed take the product back and refund the amount... Its not a perishable item

      I placed an order with Archie's for delivery to Singapore. The estimated delivery date was 1st June, but till now gift not delivered. I paid 4358 rs. For the gift which includes shipping charge of 561 rs.
      Their customer service is pathetic . Customer care number is incoming barred, they are not responding to calls, not responding to emails, not responding to multiple tickets raised, not responding in Instagram, Facebook, twitter. I have tried every possible thing but in vain. In order status page, the status shows shipped with a bluedart tracking number. When contacted blue dart they said that the package was already delivered to Gurgaon Archie's store. I don't understand if package is to be delivered to Singapore then who received the package in Gurgaon !! I feel cheated, my money is gone ! Also it was a gift for my niece in Singapore. The kid is waiting for the gift. Trusting Archie's has been my biggest mistake ever !!

        I placed an order AL[protected] with Archie's for delivery to Singapore. The estimated delivery date was 1st June, but till now gift not delivered. I paid 4358 rs. For the gift which includes shipping charge of 561 rs.
        Their customer service is pathetic . Customer care number is incoming barred, they are not responding to calls, not responding to emails, not responding to multiple tickets raised, not responding in Instagram, Facebook, twitter.           I placed the order on: 25 may 2020 which was supposed to be delivered on 31st 2020 as mentioned on their website. It was supposed to be a gift for dear ones..

          Till now, i have not received it and also there is no status of my order.

          The customer care number does not work, i have also sent couple of emails to the helpdesk email but still no response.

          I have never seen such a pathetic service in my life.. Worst customer service.. Will not rely again on archies anymore.

          I want to cancel my order and want my refund. Dont want the product anymore. Pathetic service.

            Hello,
            I have ordered one flower bouquet, home made chocolates and birthday card which has to be delivered in ghaziabad... My order date was[protected]. And till now the birthday present has not reached. There is no option for cancelling my order and on top of that i have send many queries regarding my matter but nothing has been done till date.
            I know there is a problem because of lockdown but they can give response by mail.
            Even the toll free number is not helping us. And i even called on the number that is give on online archies official site and that number is not having services of incoming calls... Please help me as how can i cancel my order...

              I have been trying to reach archie's online through their helpline number which says is barred and emailed my concern and got no response... My order that i placed on 13 may for some reason has been cancelled i would like to know about your refund policy... The website mentions refund in such cases would be done in 4 to 5 days. My track order says no order history since 19 may. I expect a response please.

                  Had an extremely bad experience with archies online delivery service i’d placed an order for 14th february 2020 and till the date it’s not delivered, zillions of time did call on customer care no. But they didn’t pickup and now when they picked they’re like the time period has been expired they can’t do anything and when i continuously called them for 2-3days now they’re saying it’s already delivered on 14th february 2020 complete lie. At least return back the amount or deliver that order now.

                    I had ordered a watch on dt 14th feb which has not been delivered the customer care executive gave wrong information that it is dispatched and will be delivered in 2 -3 days. After sevwral follow up they are not returning the money even after confirming on mail. They are regularly making wrong commitments and telling lie. Inspite of confirming to refund the same in 48 hrs no confirmation is recieved. They are not bother to return the money taken.

                      I ordered a perfume with a card on 13th february 2020, the same has to be delivered on 14th february, but as the perfume was liquid one, they sent the package via road through dtdc, with a single reference number: d90758951. They tried to deliver on 20th february, but when the package arrived, it has only card in it, that's why we returned it as was missing the major item, perfume. I called the customer care of archies regarding the same. Initially no one was interested for taking the calls, then i commented on instagram that i will go. To consumer forum then they called me and asked me the scenario. I told them and they said that the perfume was liquid that's why they sent it via road, but as the perfume was missing they said that they will check once the package will arrived in the facility. Later on, they said that there were 2 parcels to be dispatched, one containing the perfume and other one the card. But i got a single reference number to track down the parcel. They were clearly lying, and were not ready to accept their mistakes. I recorded each and every calls of them, where they are saying two different things: 1st that both items were in the single package and 2nd after 1 week there were 2 parcels. They were rude. I asked to refund my money and they said either i have to take those items or they will issue some gift coupon/card, which is totally unacceptable for me as i don't want this chaos again. They are so busy in doing fraudulent activities that on twitter, instagram people are continuously asking for their purchased items and they do not even bother to reply or attend calls.

                          The website was showing that it provides guaranteed same day delivery, seeing that i ordered the gift on february 14, 2020 (Order number: al[protected]. The entire day the call center was unreachable and luckily once i got to speak to one of their executives who confirmed that the delivery will happen before 7 o'clock on feb 14th. The delivery hasn't happened even till today (Feb 17th, 2020), however mysteriously we have received a message from myflowertree suggesting that the order was delivered and asking for the feedback. However, when we tried reaching out that also went unreachable.

                          I have been trying to reach out their customer care number but failed to connect to their executives. There is no response to emails or no response to the service ticket. It is unfortunate to see that a brand like archies is doing such a structured loot over internet. I would like to have my refund worth 1479/-

                            I placed 2 orders, one for delhi and another one for gurgaon (Where i reside). There was no update from archies on the same. Delhi one got delivered, but not what i selected it is something very normal that i could have bought way cheaper from other sources. And gurgaon one disappeared in thin air! As per their record it was delivered! Only god knows to whom! After multiple calls and emails, my delivery that was due on 13 feb midnight is arriving today. And when i called their customer care to inform on the same and asking for compensation or refund. I was told to accept whatever was coming as it 'might be for good will' but there won't be any refund for late delivery and ruining the whole event for us, despite of mentioning multiple times that we are newly married and this was our first valentine's day. On top of it the person on the call told me to do whatever i can to raise the issue as they know there won't be any action. Very well played not only with our hard earned money but emotions too!
                            Quick update delivery just arrived of 10 flowers same numbers delivered to delhi one! I paid for 24 pastel colour roses at each place!

                                I ordered a product morning on 14th feb 2020, as it was showing same day delivery n also it accepted same day delivery date but found that product was not at all dispatched even by the end of the day.
                                Please do the needful in cancelling the order before it's dispatched

                                  My order no - al[protected] has been ordered by me on 28th january and was supposed to be delivered on 3rd feb but yet the product is not dispatched. Regularly i am calling the customer care executive and they give assurance that the product will be dispatched today but the"today" never comes. They told me that the product was not available in stockyard so they managed it from some archies store so that they can send me the same product which i ordered but still they are not dispatching. I want the product on an urgent basis. Please help me.

                                    I would like to complain that archives velachery grand mall store person insulted me while purchasing gift articles on 17th jan 2020. First of all he is not in the store always and while searching for articles he asked me arrange the things in place. Such rude behavior and insulted me to the core. Please take strict action against him so that he doesn't repeat it again.

First of all he is not in the store always chatting with person in the next store and while searching for articles he asked me arrange the things in place in extremely rude manner, if he asked me to do that in a pleasing way then I would have done that without hesitation. Such rude behavior and insulted me to the core. please take strict action against him so that he doesn't repeat it again. Being a Archies customer I never expected this. Hereafter I would think before stepping into Archies if this kind of behaviour continues. Please take necessary action against him so that he learns on how to behave with customers.

The issue is the bottle which i was purchased for gift purpose whose led is not working after several request regarding replacement of the product the have not do anything.                                         I placed the order on 18th december 2019 which was supposed to be delivered on 20th december 2019 as mentioned on their website. It was supposed to be a gift for dear ones..

                                        Till now, i have not received it and also there is no status of my order.
