Very very disappointed by archie's staff.. And i am just watching some key chains then suddenly a key chain by mistake slip out on floor this key chain broken.. This show archie's product is very bad quality... And staff forced for paid bill and misbehaving... I hope so take serous action for ur staff.. Date[protected]
Time:20:53... I am very hurted this behaviour one mistake then forced for bill... I am also working in reliance retail industry but we never forced anyone for bill bcos company terms replacement order if by mistake happened loss... This key chain is not glass made this is normal key chain... And no matter amount i was paid but i mean to say that this not customer fault... This types of activities your feedback is bad... Then i am saying everyone no one come in archie's gallery.. Here by mistake touch some product then forced bill and misbehaving... Wrong way for sale... I am never come again archies shop and i suggest all... Much more hurted... Worst customer service

    I was really hurt the way archie's staff humiliated me today in front of customers like i was buying vegetables. I walked in to archies at huda city centre metro for a last minute gift shopping.. Low quality and old products out of which i decided to buy earphones carrying no warranty i asked one of the staff to help me try it out.. I checked one which was damaged i asked him for next.. He rudely said just pick one u r simply wasting time.. This is hw their staff behave.. I was humiliated now i have decided never to walk in to any of the stores also i shared this experience on social media also a complaint with the bureau.

      I did not receive nor got refund.
      No response from your customer care
      No response on email. I habe raised tickets. I have sent around 10 emails. Called multiple times not even single response. This is worst customer service.
      Worst customer service.
      Really disappointing
      If this is not resolved we have to take serious action against the company.

        On 31 december 2018, on my birthday, me and my daughter went to purchase a card, we went to archie's gallery in gip noida. Unfortunately a piece broke down in my row and they asked me to pay the bill. I was not aware whether it was my daughter's fault or not as they didn't show me the cctv footage and they forced me to pay one thousand rupees. I paid the bill there and saw that the piece itself has no balance and it was kept on upper shelf. My daughter is just seven and can't touch the piece that has been kept so high. Still one question in my mind. What is the damage policy of archie's?

          The cost of order is rs 190.
          I have not received order yet. Although i already informed them once before by mail but did not get satisfied answer.

          Please take immediate action against them.

          The product was supposed to deliver on 1st march and till i didnt get my procut which was very important to me, And no cutomer care number is working, it seems that archies doing tha fraud with thier customers. I need explanation. otherwise i am going to file against this bad website

            मुझे एक call आया था उसने कहा कि मैं boi बैंक का मेनेजर हु उसने कहा तुमारा atm card बंद हो गया है तो मैं एटीएम पर जा कर check किया तो atm कार्ड वर्क नही कर रहा था तो उनसे कहा कि मैं एटीएम कार्ड चालू कर देता हूं तुम मुझे एटीएम कार्ड की information दे दो जिससे मेरा बैलेंस काटना सुरु हो गया उसका फोन नंबर [protected]
            उसने अपना राकेश शर्मा बताया था
            उसने मेरे एटीएम कार्ड से 2500 ओटीपी के जरिये निकल लिए और अब बोलता है और दूसरे एटीएम कार्ड की डिटेल दो नही तो... उसने "the mobile wallet pvt" के जरिये निकले।

              Let me recount my harrowing shopping experience with archies online.

              I ordered two products (A bouquet and a cake) from archies website using the #same_day_delivery facility under which they claim that the order would be delivered by the same day.

              However, it was not delivered the same day, but not even for the next three days. The gift was supposed to be a surprise and delaying it to this extent had lost all its excitement and zest on its delivery. I then finally decided to cancel the order and immediately called the customer service for its cancellation. The number which is mentioned on their website was not reachable and i couldn't get through even after calling 100 times.
              I then sent an email raising the cancellation request after tracking the order continuously for three days where the online status kept showing "packed".

              This is where it started the saga of our waiting and frustration. They showed their fraudulent behaviour by neither delivering the product nor refunding the money till date.
              This is a #fraud_company which receive the money for never delivering the order.
              It was a huge mistake using your services and i would strictly recommend everyone not to use this website for ordering anything.

              This website should be blocked/blacklisted with the immediate effects!!!

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered on march 07-2019 in archies online online shopping website.
                  Still now product not delivered and didn't get any update and not able to track my order,

                  And not able to cancel order. Not able to find any option in the site.
                  I tried to contact their number they are not replying and they are not replying to my mails sent to helpdesk

                  Please provide tracking information or refund of my order.

                  The order got delivered but to the wrong address. Means to SEnders(my address) address only they send not to reciepient address
                  Order no. AL[protected] is not delivered on promised date i.e 9 march by Archies Online.
                  It's not even delivered at all.
                  And customer support people are not picking up call.
                  Don't know where the order is right now.
                  I want it to be delivered as soon as possible

                    As i ordered a cake on the occasion of birthday on 6 of march. It was to be delivered on 10 of march. Till now my order has not reached. I wrote mails to enquire about my order on 9 march and 10 march as well.
                    There has been no response from your end.
                    Is this the way you treat your customers. I made the online payment. Whats the fun of ordering from your site.
                    Don't you people have any liability to respond. I dropped mail on your enquiry session and whatsapp contact as well.
                    I want my order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded.
                    Very disappointed with your service. You spoiled my occasion.
                    The worst online site ever.
                    I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday and have ready paid 761 rupees for it. The order was supposed to be delivered on 21st march 2019 but it has not yet been delivered. I tried contacting customer care about it but there was no reply from their side. Nobody picks up the call. This is unacceptable. I want my money back.

                      I had ordered 2 items from here worth rs.2048 in jan. The item delivered (With its price tag) was different from both the items that i ordered. I checked with the support team and no response.
                      Finally, once i got hold of them via call, they said the dispatch tried to call me to report both the items were not in stock (There was no call but received or missed in my call log). I checked the price of the item that was delivered online and it was rs.650. I wrote to them again and they claimed the item cost rs.1123. I gave them the screen shot of their own website via email and finally they agreed to refund the rest of amount. It’s been 3 weeks since the email and i haven’t received the refund yet.
                      I write to their support team on a weekly basis, but no response. Called their hotline numerous times but no pick up.

                        Scenario:
                        The order has not delivered on time and there is no contacts where we can reach. Phone numbers are coming as switched off. No 24/7 customer support. Please either send the gift or refund the amount asap. This is spoiling the name of brand which we were liked it before. With this kind of service it is waste. Kindly take it seriuosly.
                        I sent several mails to archies, called them several times, but didn't get any response.
                        I purchased/gifted things lots of time online, but never got cheated.

                        Resolution:
                        I want my money back.
                        I have ordered two items two weeks ago but I have received only one item which is delivered at my address. I want to know that whether the other product is to be delivered to me or not. If there is some issues with the product for delivery, you can please refund me to my account.                             I had ordered an product 2 weeks back via archies website archiesonline.com. The product was supposed to get delivered the day it was odered but it didn't get delivered yet. Customer care of archiesonline is not responding over call or email.
                            There are several complaints against this website for customer being cheated and non response of customer care. The license of the web portal should be cancelled and further people should not get fooled by such website.

                              I ordered a wooden clock from archie's online site order numberal[protected] on date 12/02/2019 and paid rs.999 through internet banking. I received a mail confirming my order but no mail after that. I tried to call the customer care number provided but it is not working. I also tried to contact them via email facebook and instagram but still no reply.
                              I need to know if i will receive my order or else i need the money to be refunded.

                                I have ordered a figurine of worth rs. 2999/- with order number al[protected] on 12/02/2019 and opted for delivery date as 13/02/2019. But they did not shipped the product by 13/02/2019 evening and i sent mail to cancel the order. But they didnot cancelled and shipped the product through bluedart. I refused to take the package from bluedart and asked them to return to archies. They said that archies has to send message to bluedart to return to archies. I tried to contact archies customer care, but no one is answering the call and send mail too, but no one is responding. So, i took the shipment from bluedart and observed that the product is damaged. Again i tried to contact archies, but no one is responding. Please do needful in this regard.

                                  But i received wrong item which was a shaving kit.
                                  I also added a note while ordering it but it was not present in the order delivered.

                                  I am highly disappointed with archies as i ordered this product on 16th february and it seems like they have sent completely different product without informing me.

                                  I am not able to return the item also as you can see in my order details it is still showing status as packed.
                                  I want my money back or correct product asap.

I also tried many times over their customer care no but always got response all lines are busy.Just ruined my occasion gift. Just want refund of my money

                                    Hi, i ordered 14 greeting cards from archies website last week and i filled expected date also but they didn't delivered till yet. I am calling daily but no one is picking, no tracking is there, i write a mail also but no ones replied, those cards are waste for me now coz the occasion has gone long back. Such a pathetic service. They should not sell online products.

                                    I want them to return my money as soon as possible.

                                      I placed and paid for an order on 20th feb 2019 on archies online website.

                                      I received an email stating order is placed immediately.

                                      I followed up with them via email everyday but no one responds.

                                      Their helpdesk contact number is not reachable.

                                      Their whatsapp isn’t reachable.
                                      No one is responding on it.

                                      This is sheer cheating.

                                      Refund my money or deliver the order right away!!!

                                      After posting complaint here got a mail from archies but again when we send reply mail the case is same.No reply from their end.How long we need to wait .If they cant provide the ordered gifts on stipulated time but they can cancel the service while order itself?Still status Remains the same as ORDERED.
                                      Refund my money or Deliver the order right away!!!
                                      I had ordered Romantic Cherry roses to my wife on Rose Day. She dint receive any roses on that day. I called customer care..mailed 20 times to archies helpline no one is helping to check status. They say it’s delivered but my wife dint receive any roses. Please check and update me with details.

                                        I had the worst experience ever in archies... This is the first time i wanted to order in here. I ordered a chocolate box and a bunch of flowers for my fiance. He got the box on 13th of feb when i specifically asked them to deliver on 14th. They haven't delivered the flowers yet.. I have been following up with them for 20 days or more but no answer from customer service. I am pissed off by their service. I want my money back or get that order delivered.. Worst customer service no one is picking up nor answering my emails.
                                        Dissapointed.. Never again in archies... I should have gone with fnp.. Help me with this guy's.. If anyone sees this...
