My order no. Al[protected] was for enticing chocolate box (Golden).
The picture showed a golden box with a big ribbon bow on top. It arrived in a large archie's packaging box with folded cardboard as stuffing inside. There were a few pieces of chocolate in a plastic packet, not suitable for giving as a gift, for which it was intended.
The expected delivery date was shown as 21st december, it came on 24th december, so there was no time to get another gift.
Hi as I ordered the Passionate Fervor from the Archies, but they are not delivering the product by the time and there is no response from the customer care. And I am unable to find the Refund or Cancellation the order.

Can anyone help me with this??

Respond awaited, I opted for midnight delivery and now it is 14.47 pm and still no news. Very pathetic service. Calls are not being answered and no response on emails as well.

    I have placed an order in the website with two products. I have called helpdesk and asked to cancel one product which they said they cannot do it. So i have placed an order again for the same product which i want and asked to cancel the first order which is not dispatched. As per the refund policy i have emailed to [protected]@archiesonline.com many times along with all the required screenshots showing the product is not yet dispatched, every time i am replying back with the screenshots i have received the same message again and again so i have called customer care again and they said its dispatched already and we cannot cancel. When i have checked for the return they have informed me that they will charge 5%.

    I ordered a Delightful Almond Mocha cake for my brother's birthday and what I instead received is a poorly shaped coffee cake. Pictures tell the story. I could have purchased it for 100 INR anywhere. It needn't 1000 INR spending.

      My order isn't confirmed yet
      It is urgent
      Plz get to this matter as soon as possible
      Seems like a fraud but i thought archies is a trustable site that's why preferred archies.. Don't let go my hardwork-earned money this way

        My order i'd al[protected] and instead of silver i received gold and that is also old and no gift wrap provided if i paid for it didnt except this from archies plz refund my money now they are telling that it's not available that why they send different but i was not informed and i was given an old product cheating with customers last purchase and nor recommend to anyone

          I would like to mention that i had ordered for a birthday card, pen set and wallet vide order number al[protected] to be delivered to my sisters father in law for his birthday to hyderabad. Firstly, the order was to reach on 7 the february, 2019, but they failed to deliver the same on time. I had placed an order only after checking that the same comes under one day delivery items, still i had to face embarrassment due to archies not delivering the said order to teh recipient on time and also not being informed as to why there is a delay in delivery. Please note that the entire payment was made for the order.

          Thereafter, the parcel that was received from archies in hyderabad had an anniversary greeting card in the name of some other person from west bengal. When i informed archies online about the same and asked them for a refund for my entire amount they denied to give me my refund and said they had wrongly delivered and wont even be able to resend since the product was not available.
          It is to be noted that after accepting the order, receiving the entire amount in advance from the customer and confirming the order archies cannot make a statement that the product was not available. When the product was not available the customer should be informed and consent should have been taken before placing an alternate order on behalf of the customer. Also if the customer does not want to place an alternative order the order should be cancelled and amount should be refunded. This is the process to be followed as per law and market practice, moresoever by a huge market chain like archies.

          This appears to be a deliberate act of cheating the customer by archies online.

          Archies should this accept the mistake made at their end and rectify the same by refunding the entire amount to the customer paid in advance.

          I am truly disappointed with the response and service. After having received this assurance i had sent a mail with all the proof of having received the order of some other customer instead of the order placed by me. But still no response.

          Would sincerely urge people not to purchase any items from archies online and repeat the same mistake that i made

          Would request consumer forum to assist me in getting a refund of my amount wrongfully taken by archiesonline.

            Dear Sir,
            Refer to below email dated 14.08.2019 and tele-conversation with your Customer care regarding non-delivery.
            We are really disappointed to say that status remains unchanged while promised delivery date 12 Aug 2019 has lapsed 5 days ago.
            The purpose of gift – Rakshabandhan festival is no longer valid. The item is still appearing shipped and bluedart waybill [protected] no. is appearing incorrect on Bluedart website.
            None is answering on contact details provided on your website. In absence of any shipping details or response from Archiesonline we are not sure about delivery for this paid order.

            We are left with no other option but to approach Consumer Court for fraud and non-delivery of paid order.

              I have ordered for a Rakhi gift to my brother who lives in US on 27th July, 2019 through Archie's online website. I paid 990rps for my order. but the order was not delivered and I dint receive any update from website. I tried to contact from all the sources but there was no response. I even posted from facebook source, I raised a ticket, I called customer service number, I emailed to the provided help desk email but they dint respond to any of my approaches. Kindly file a complaint against to them and help to refund my money.

              I have not received my order. Surprisingly it shows no order placed in my account.

              Kindly delivered my order if delivered give the reciver and delivery boy address immediately.

                I have ordered 2 Rakhi, 1 sweet from Archies to be delivered to my brother's place with delivery date as 14th Aug 2019.
                One of the Rakhi got delivered on 14th Aug 2019 evening 7 PM but other two item i.e. Rakhi and sweet was missing. The packet has mentioned two products but it had only one Rakhi.
                I am following up with Archies since 14th Aug and sent multiple mails to customer care but I didn't receive any response yet.
                I have asked them to cancel my order and refund my money but they not responding.
                Please help.
                I ordered from archies website for same day delivery but order was not delivered on the due date. Now i want to cancel my order but unable to do so. please help me to cancel the order
                I have ordered combo of 4 rakhi on 11th of august it has been mentioned that it will get delivered to the recipient address on 12th of august but it has not been delivered yet.. Please have a look into the issue and get it resolved asap

                  I ordered rakhi on 9th aug to make delivery on 14 aug, i called customer care they assure delivery will take place but till now 17th aug consignment not delivered. Even customer care not responding on fones. Do refund my money. Not acceptable by archie's.. I make many calls and emails but they never respond. Now there is use of delivery after rakhi.. They cheated us by saying delivery before rakhi.

                    I ordered express rakhi on 14th morning. It was promised to be delivered on the same day. Order no. Al[protected]. The gift stays stayed ordered for two days. I tried calling customer care on 14th evening, call was never picked up. I emailed them to cancel my order. They packed and dispatched the order on 15th evening. I called customer care to cancel the order, they are the most unhelpful people i have ever met in life. My ordered is still not cancelled, not delivered. I need my money back. It is hard earned money in stark contrast to yours which you earn by fooling customers. I need my money back.
                    I have placed my order on 14th august and it was one day delivery so only i placed my order the order dint reach there today also i tried contacting them throught call and message but no one replied my order number is AL[protected]i want to cancel it i dont want it now bcoz now it is of no use plz cancel my order and return my money back

                      My rakhi same day delivery not delivered on time... Now i want my refund.. Not responding to my complaints and customer care not working.. Details of order attached
                      I have paid the full amount and promised a same day delivery but as rakhi is over i don't want thi any more.. They are insisting to take dei very via message of order dispatched.. So harassing as the festival is over i am feeling cheated i hv sent at least 20 mails since yesterday to give me refund.. Please help me and cancel the ase type of cheater company

                      Archies sends such mails to me and now forcing me to accept Rakhi delivery on Janmashtami... I had perishable ( cake) order for same day delivery.. They will deliver after 8 days... They should compensate for mental agony..please help consumers from such type of offenders

                      After lodging consumer complaint after around 20 days I got my refund ... A lot of time, effort but thanks to consumer forum at last I got my refund.. But we as customer should always fight for our right against these type of fraud promises made by archiesonline and other online services.once paid they will not listen even answer to your mail...Thanks to consumer forum which help me a lot

                        A product (Rakhi) was ordered (No - al[protected] on 14th aug with a promise to that it would be delivered same day and have also been charged rs 100 more. However, the product was not delivered even after 2 days of promised date.
                        I have called up the helpdesk to cancel my order now as the product will not be any use to me now.
                        However, i have been told that it cannot be cancelled as the product has already been dispatched.
                        First of all, the commitment has not been met on the delivery date otherwise i could have planned for alternate ways to buy the rakhi.
                        Secondly, now since you have delayed i can't take that product because it will be of no use to me now. Please take back the product if it gets delivered to my home and has to be a collected.
                        Thirdly, please process a refund of the entire cost which was charged to me.
                        I have placed an Oder on 9 which is to be deliver on 14 aug but still is not deliver by archies and nor they have refunded my money.

                          I ordered a rakhi combo through archies online on 3rd aug 2019 which is to be delivered to australia on 14 aug as 15 th is the rakshabandan. Till now it is not delivered. I tried contacting them on their customer care number, but no reponse and i even tried contacting through mail but all efforts in vain. Now the only solution is to cancel the order and give me the full refund asap.. Never going to order through archies again. They totaly ruined my rakshabandan. Highly disappointed.

                            Hi i hav ordered (8 aug) a return gift for my sister for rakhi which was not received by her on time. Till day (15 aug). I tried calling all customer care numbera of archies where no one has reaponded against those numbers and raised complaints through mails and i was disappointed as they have not replied for that mails too. Pls help me with this problem and make sure my order will be delivered soon.

                              I have purchased a rakhi on 13th of august using same day delivery option.
                              Earlier it was showing same day delivery with free delivery but while booking they charged 75bugs.
                              Later after placing order got and sms with customer support no which is unavailable since then only.
                              Later got an email to track order with a link, clicking on which its showing no order to track.
                              No option to even cancel the order is available.
                              No updates from there side was also provided.
                              Now i don't want to take the order and want to cancel it but not getting option on their website to even do that.

                                I ordered online rakhi to be delivered to us. I placed order on 5th august and it was supposed to be delivered by 10th august. Since i got no message of successful delivery on 10th, i also wrote a email for query about my parcel but got no response at all.
                                Tracking doesn't work in either of their mentioned delivery partners: bluedart as well as first flight couriers. They have no data regarding my parcel's tracking. I already paid the money online. And now neither is my parcel delivered nor am i getting in contact with them..
                                Never place order with archies. They cheat...
                                I want my refund.

                                The product just got delivered today. Though it was not as delivered by 10th, but anyways got delivered by Rakshabandhan. So I hereby end my complaint. Thanks.
                                Ordered items worth Rs 205/- were missing from my parcel.
                                Archies customer care no is not reachable and no response to e-mail.
                                I need my refund.

                                  Product not delivered on time. Though the urgency of which is told. Priority ticket was raised for it and on repeated basis i insisted it as birthday gift and want it to get delivered on time but no response. I now need to cancel the order and provide me full refund

                                  If not i will be going to consumer court and file a complaint. I never seen such a horrible customer care service
                                  There is no option to cancel the order also. Go ahead cancel my order and provide full refund of the same.
                                  I tried reaching out to customer care and mailed my query but no response at all.
                                  Totally disappointed and felt very upset ☹️. Never ever going to order in this site and will warn people out there also.

                                    I purchased a coffee mug from v3s mall nirman vihar. Specifically asked for the cup quality. They said the sticker will not go with the wash. You have to wash it normally. I took care of it & after using it for just once the color of the sticker started coming out. It was washed with just the water not even with soap. It is so disappointing to see a brand who is selling so expensive stuff with litterally zero quality.

                                      Hi team yesterday i have tried to order an item in your website, in that i used payback 500 rs voucher code for cashback, its accepted and also navigated to payment page but at last the transaction was canceled, so again i tried the same steps but this time the website not accepting the voucher code, its says voucher code is not valid...

                                      My last transaction canceled then i have to use the same voucher code for cash back right?...

                                        I stay in baner, pune -411045 and have been a regular customer for over a decade and have been very happy with your products. However, when i went yesterday to your local outlet, i was shocked to see a statue of ganpati in a western cowboy attire playing a drum. It is offensive and insensitive and i said as much to the store in charge and requested him to convey the same to you and have it removed before any trouble is caused.

                                        I hope you will take cognisance of my complaint and take appropriate action immediately.

                                        I forgot to take a photograph but if you speak tp your store manager he will understand and be able to show you the piece in question
