Sir,
This is to inform you that i am a not a frequent watcher of serials in any tv network, but sometimes with family i like to enjoy with tv serials. Now a days all the serials in any tv network is literally very bad. I mean santhosh pandit is way much better than all the serials. I was ashamed of what i am seeing today in tv. Please be serious about this matter and do a quality check sometimes...

    I am surprised to keep receiving your reminders to pay renewal charges including subscription for an expired prepaid package that your office decided to renew without my consent.
    I was forced to check with the trai regional office looking after kerala region for guidance. They informed me not to pay any charges because i was prepaid customer. All charges for the concerned package was paid in advance and your office should have not renewed without my consent.

      I had lodged a complaint to asia net for faulty settop box, on 21st november 2019. The settop boax was replaced on 22nd november 2019. I am told by the technician that programmes will be availbe by evening of 22nd november 2019 only, next day when i opened the tv there was a message channel not subscribed. I again complained to the asianet. The settop box again changed by another technician, but the problem still unresolved. Thereafter i complained to the asia net several time daily but in vain. The local office at puthiyara, calicut will never attend the telephone. Iam fedup with the horrible service of asia net.

        No video out put from asianet set top box
        Asianet people demanding 600 rs to substitute it. This box hardly cost 100 rs
        But they charged 1200 when i purchased it 13 month back. This government by insisting on the set top box whose interest
        Are they protecting? Corporates or common man why our mps not raising this issue? Imagine the crores of rupees these people make by buying set top box from china under 100 rs and selling it
        For 1200. Why do people keep mum on this?

          We contacted so many times customer service people and they escalated the issue to trivandrum cable tv office but no response from asianet office peroorkada. Such a worst service i have ever seen in my life. Every month same problem one technician came last time 1-2 months ago he said if we disconnect the cable connection nothing going to affect him anyway he will get the salary so don’t care about if asianet lose one subscriber.

          We are facing the cable issue since 2 weeks nobody contacted yet and came to our house to resolve this issue. I contacted on[protected] trivandrum peroorkada office number one rude guy pickup the call and his conversation style was not good at all. And we tried again never they picked our call. We are going to complain somewhere because so many people facing the same issues. Customer service people in ernakulam branch said they don’t have any direct connection with asianet people so they don’t know whether the issue solved or not for each customer. I’m shocked what kind of service they are providing actually? No respect for the money people paying. I have a request to all people complaining here against asianet cable connection need to find one another way to complaint this issue through court or media.

            I changed my digital box (Stb) in the month of august 6th 2019.. Paying 770 rupees and recived a receipt for that... After 2 months from then[protected] i was credited with 763rs in my account for changing the digital box again as clearly stated in the online transaction details shown in photos submitted... When i went to complaint about it they lied to me saying that its the amount i have to pay for the channels i am watching... Which is ridicules since the billing was asked from me for the digital box... I complained almost 3 times to their billing section in their main office in cochin and no result... Please see through the proofs i am submitting

              Unauthorized service disconnection - even after paying the monthly bills, the service is disconnected without any proper justifications. Also, the plan has been changed to basic one after collecting the amount. For last 1month there was no connection, is the company ready to reimburse my amount for this ridiculous service. When contacted customer care doesn't have any solution for this. They only know how to collect cash doesn't know how to provide a service or to deal with the customers. Aa91093560

                I’m calling since last 1 week continuously asianet office and customer service. In Trivandrum asianet office nobody picking the calls at all and if in any case connected they will disconnect at the same time. And about technician he is such a fraud giving wrong information to their office. He will not come to house to check just called once and asked now line is correct or not. After that his mobile is switched off and given information to office that he directly came to our house and checked. We are waiting for him almost 1 week he never called in between. We are paying for whole month and only watch mostly 10 days rest of the time full complaint in all channels. So please don’t go for asianet cable connection guys.

                  We have been contacting the asianet office in pala for the past 2 months as our set up box which was replaced 2-3 months ago is faulty and turns on and off by itself all the time. I have called them at least 6 times and every time they say they will be sending somebody ‘today’! The last two times they sounded as if they were making fun of me! It’s getting really frustrating as we very busy people and do not have the time to constantly try reaching out. Most of the time nobody even picks up the phone! We would like our issue to be resolved as a matter o[censored]rgency or else would consider approaching the consumer court!!

Ano response from their side till now i made the complaint on the day i the payment failed

                    And customer care is not calling me back till yesterday from yesterday they cut the internet of mine and i reported them and they dont even told me they have raised the complaint i will not pay the fine for the bill which is being delayed by their unstable website

                      Hi,

                      For some unexpected reasons we were compelled to terminate the asianet internet service which was on my father's name. (Sub code: ca22150). We also surrendered the modem for which we were supposed to get a refund of ₹ 2000/-.

                      It's almost more than 5 weeks now that we are getting the same reply whenever we inquire - like the money is already credited to the billing account but taking time to get transferred to our bank account.

                      I wonder why asianet is not taking necessary steps to rectify this problem.

                      My humble request is to consider this matter with due importance and to do the needful at your earliest convenience.

                        There were packet loss causing buffering on streaming and ping results clearly showed packet loss.

                        Since the customer service were not able to understand the techncal issues and kept restarting the modem, i had to escalate to nodal officer.

                        After that an engineer visited my location and he was convined of the issue. He told that the cabling team will fix the issue.

                        Today the engineers in charge of cabling visited my site. They changed the cable sockets.

                        Still the issue persists. I told them the same after checking..

                        Now i can see that ' ticket no: tv93062655' is closed without any further updates to me.

                        I dont feel that this is a responsible way of doing it. Atleast after escalation, i should have been intimated and a confirmation that "the issue is rectified" should have been had from me.

                        Atleast a word that "the issue is beyond our know how and it will take a couple of days more to solve" should have been the right way.

                        Hope you guys agree to the concern.

                        Now this is not the way to treat the so called "valuable" customers as mentioned by you guys. Hoping to hear back from you soon.

                          I sreejith. S customer id ag91013879, i took asianet cable connection on june 2019. During the connection i paid for new setup box. When it tried to add new channels through online, channels were not getting added, asianet team informed me that they would be replacing a new set up box since there is a manufacturing defect. After replacing a new setup box they have charged me additional cost for new setup box.
                          I do not want to make any double payment, since i have not demanded any change in set up box, and i have already paid for the new one, it was a fault from asianet for not connecting the right setup box.
                          Requesting for the reverse in additional charge.

                            I definitely say that asianet by far is the worst company i have dealt with when it comes to customer service. I returned to india and reinstated my subscription by payment on monday the 21st oct 2019. My subscrip6no. Is ka91046810. I was promised service within the hour. But till date no service. I called and complained on monday to local kozhikode office and they said a technician will visit and resolve. Thereafter till date no response. No one lifts the telephone line[protected]. Also helpline people looks like a call centre and are unable to help. Someone called from a number +[protected] but no matter how many times i try this number there is neither response or its busy. I should say that if i was to rate asianet in terms of service and customer interaction... Asianet is the worst i have experienced. Your staff are neither courteous nor do they have proper answers and methods of communication. I wonder how this organisation survives. I hope i get some kind of response and my connection is reinstated. Ashok sudhakaran.

                            As a consumer I feel cheated. Having paid and not getting service and when you complain they close the file without resolving issues.

                              I made complaint about not receiving picture and sound from tv on 21-9-19. Only asianet emblem is seen while opening. This has been reported on the dayitself and iahve been asked to produce the setupbox for inspection. I produced the box on 21-9-19 and they informed me that the box is ok. There is some fault in the cable and this will be rectified on 22-9-19. But to my dismay noboday ahs turnedup to resolve the problem till 23-9-19. I really disappointed about the attitude of the asianet officials towards their customers. Pl lookinto the matter and do the needful fo re3solve the probelm urgently. My ido.                                 Amount of 490rs is transfered through net on 19/10/2019
                                Until today i checked on asianet they didnt recived payment
                                Due to not receiving monthly payment i am unable to avail cable service.
                                I have contacted customer support and raised a complaint
                                Complaint ticket no :kd0078356
                                But no resolution, the payment gateway they are using sucks.
                                If possible escalate this issue to account and refill the wallet or revert back the money debited from my account. I don't know why it gets this much delay, as while payment there is no failure prompt shown, at least for user convinience, their site and gateway are the worst i have seen, please improve that too, before promoting online payment.

                                Please request for change of timing of serial vanampadi to an earlier time of 7pm as it is good compared to neelakuil.8pm to 9pm disturbs our dinner time and not able to view it later as I am working.Do look into the matter.

                                  Very very poor service
                                  This the second time within a week that my same complaint is closed without rectifying it or without verification from the customer
                                  I am not getting channel nos.830 and 861 viz. Star movies hd and comedy central hd.
                                  Even after escalation of the complaint no one responsible is paying attention to rectify the problem and really close the complaint

                                  I dont have wifi connectivity for the past 3 days.I dont get proper response regarding the issue.When ever i contacted customer service they promise to reslove within short time or say that there are no enough staff to resolve network issues.

                                    Until today i checked on asianet they didnt recived payment
                                    Due to not receiving monthly payment i am unable to view the t. V channel.
                                    So far nobody is responding i am fedup up with this kind of business.
                                    Kindly do need full and revert me

                                      From today (12.10.2019) morning onwards there is no cable connection.
                                      I asked my neighbours, they had the same problem and had called the office.
                                      I contacted the local office (Feroke) many times, but no one picked the fone.
                                      So i contacted mr shyju (The in charge here). He asked me to call customer care. As told i called to customer care office around 2pm and registered complaint. It was told to me that the problem will be solved in a while.
                                      But till 6 pm the connection was not restored. Around 6.15pm i called customer care office again and complaint. Then they told me that its my set top box complaint. I told them that its not me, but alot of my neighbours are not having connection. But she insisted that its my set top box problem and the technition will come to clear it, that too on monday.
                                      This is very very wierd &

                                      Till now the connection is not restored (19.40 pm)

                                        I am getting this problem the third time this year and its real annoying and i have been experiencing this issue since last week
                                        The issue is that the ping is high on singapore servers
                                        When i ping to 203.116.144.209 i get about 160 and above
                                        Which was 55 ms and stable before this issue started to occur
                                        I tried contacting the kollam asianet office and they failed to fix it
                                        The ip address is a server in singapore called garena league of legends sg
                                        My brother who is using asianet broadband is from kottayam is having the a stable ping of 55 while i m struggling with a mere high amount of packet loss
                                        They leave me no choice than to take it to the next level after all i have been waiting i refuse to continue with this isp which is frustrating and has low knowledge on such things like latency and so on or fix this problem
                                        I need a immediate solution or else i want my money back for which i spent on the plan.

                                        thats so stupid of you to think like that
                                        this problem is still going on and its been a whole week and i sure to disconnect from asianet broadband its the WORST INTERNET PROVIDER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
                                        such bad customer service and illiterate tech team who doesnt even know what ping means
                                        bye bye asianet if this problem isnt fixed within a day or two
