Ive been trying to login since the last week of july to top up for the month of aug, but i was unable to do so. Tried forgot password sev times but i get no mail or otp to help fix this situation. There is no proper contact no to communicate the problem, both the nos are unavailable at the moment. Called customer care no but there is only so much they could help. How can you fix this?

    I have been experiencing this issue since last week
    the issue is that the ping is high on singapore servers
    when i ping to 203.116.144.209 i get about 160 and above
    which was 55 ms and stable before this issue started to occur
    i tried contacting the kollam asianet office and they failed to fix it
    the ip address is a server in singapore called garena league of legends sg
    my brother who is using asianet broadband is from kottayam is having the a stable ping of 55 while i m struggling with a mere high amount of packet loss
    they leave me no choice than to take it to the next level after all i have been waiting i refuse to continue with this isp which is frustrating and has low knowledge on such things like latency and so on or fix this problem
    i need a immediate solution or else i want my money back for which i spent on the plan.

        My customer id is gb91016379.
        There is no signal since 20/7/19. Registered a complaint. My set up box has one year warranty which is still in force. On 23/7/19 i received two messages stating that the complaint is resolved and closed, but it is still not attended to. For the past few days i have been contacting their customer care, nodal office and help desk, but of no use.
        Worst customer care service.
        I had requested a refund, but no response

          Sir,
          I, manoj, is requesting u to cancel the asianet dataline broadband internet connection. As we are going out state for 2 years. I already informed about the cancellation of internet connection about a year ago, but no action has been taken till now. It is noticed from the bill, that the total usage is 0mb and we are still recieving the bill of internet of the subcode:tv74211

          I hope you will take necessary steps on the above complaint.

              I'm an subscribe r of asianet digital tv.my Account id is AA92013021 .from the instructions as.per trai I optioned only free channel for the base price.on 16/04/2019 they disconnected my service without any notifications by any means.when I'm logging there site with my login credentials .I found that my wallet is -1100.86rs.we are middle class people we didn't have idea about there billing and what happens in this wallet process.what is happening my account and we are just using the base plan as.per govt instructions 153.4. how this huge amount accumulated within these days.A migrated balance of 926.8 7 on 17/07/2019 on the transaction details what is that means.

                I am a great lover of kannante radha serial and you have changed the timing to 5.30pm from 6.00pm. The serial contains a lot of moral values and aspects. All of your family operas are a rubbish and have the same story plot. As a great fan of kannante radha serial can you replace the timing of this serial to 7.00 pm instead of the seethakalayanam. The stor of seethakalayanam, karuthauthu are very cheaper and doesnot have any positivites in it. Please stop the karuthamuthu serial the characters are too worst and every story has ending. Its totally a quality less show. Pournamithinal was a decent opera and why you shifted to evening 3.00 pm. Its a humble request not to change the time frequently..

                It is a serial watched by all and changing it to 10:30 will affect ur rating asianet
                You are already loosing rating and gonna lose even more
                It would be better to change the time from 10:30 to 5:30 or something
                This is really a bad move from asianet

                    Communication received from Asianet call center:
                    The annual subscription for the ID got expired on Feb 2019. Bill amount of Rs 1237 for last 5 months is pending.

                    Grievance:
                    1. Insisting on high value billing -- The billing for the subscriber as mentioned by the call centre, for the period or five months comes to Rs 248 per month. On enquiry, the billed plan is much higher than what we have subscribed till Feb 2019. All these years we have opted for "basic plan**" only. To the best of our knowledge, the current basic plan is 130 + GST. We didn't give any kind permission to any Asianet officials to change our plan from "Basic" to any higher plans other than basic. All changes made on the subscription was at sole discretion of the cable operator.

                    (**Here the basic plan means any plan with lowest charges. Till 2018 I have subscribed for the lowest plan only; available as on date. I have no intention to watch all channels you are providing. I watch only handful of channels and never insisted on any channels throughout the subscription.)

                    2. Purposeful action from Asianet to keep the crucial information of plan change undisclosed.---- The information of plan change has intimated to me after 4 months. Instead Asianet has run service at a higher value plan for all these months. This is a purposeful action to insist on payment after a period of time; thus as good as cheating.
                    I had no intention to default the payment. When we approach the agent for making the payment (which we usually do), he has informed to collect it from us on later date, since some confusion in payment is going on in your office.

                    Regarding the issue I had discussion at several levels at your office (call center, BDM and one senior manager). With respect to the discussion, today the senior manager has offered to pay Rs 177 / month to resolve the issue. When I asked for a mail confirmation, he denied for the same and asked to pay the full amount of Rs 1237. Actions so far from Asianet is to thus to insist on predefined pack or bouquets without providing proper intimations and real choice.

                    Resolution Requested:
                    In this situation I wish to do the payment of the basic plan offered by Asianet from Feb 2019 till date based on your official communication in writing within 4 working days. I repeat, I have no intention to default the payment.

                    I am looking forward to hear from you before moving to regulators.

                      Hi, i'm staying at trivandrum kazhakottam area,
                      Here the asianet broadband service is so poor.
                      The quality of internet connection is worst.
                      No proper customer service. The quality is not good to the amount they charging.
                      Major loophole they looking for increasing their profit. We are paying 1200 per month
                      They were not taking care customer complaints.

                        Its been 4 days since i paid 900 for the bill...but still no connection...im tired of calling asianet customer care service...they say's they will fix it within 5 mins...but its been 94 hour... every time I call those guys...they will find any excuses... Please take action against this.!..🙏🙏...this guys doesn't even care about customer's...all they think about is money..

                          Contacted several times to the customer care services, but no result. Only of box no. Mac18550f490fbf the problem exists. Often we are unable to contact with their local people. The same complaint occurred before 3 times after getting the second connection.

                            Last few months there has been almost daily disruption of telecast in kozhikode, on contacting central no: you are kept on hold for a very long time. Once details taken usual reply - will let local office know. You have to ring them several times during the day & go through the whole thing again, then they say ‘fault in line, shortage of technicians, common issue’. Every time electricity goes off there is no telecast.
                            When you ask for the managers contact no: they don’t give this either.
                            What are the executives / managers for if they can’t find a solution to these repeated disruptions. Do they even know what is happening at the ground level, do they look at the complaints register to see if there are more complaints from one particular area...
                            The quality of the service is very very poor.
                            We wanted to change the set box, we were given booking reference no: & told we will be contacted within 24hrs, of course no one contacted us.
                            They are prompt in getting the advance payment threatening the connection will be terminated otherwise.
                            If you ring the local office kozhikode nobody ever picks up the phone.
                            We deserve a better service.

                                Asianet digital tv is blockign dd sports during india world cup matches.

                                Our understanding is world cup television broadcasting rights are given to star sports and ddsports (For india matches, semi finals and finals). It is seen that asianet cable blocks dd sports during india matches and all other time the channel is kept open.
                                The message displayed is attached as screenshot.

                                We believe asianet digital tv is not telecasting as per the law and hence request necessary action to be taken to resolve the issue, which would help a lot of consumers in kerala, where asianet is a leading cable operator

                                Kindly note, we are happy see local cables adhere to the law and do not block dd sports. Is asianet blocking the channel as it is part of star family?

                                    I already registered the request through on the phone by calling customer care executive on 5th june 2019 and got the ticket no ga04332257. After that no action has been taken till date. I called several times with the executive. But whenever i called they told me that will do it today itself. But nothing has been taken.. I even went to palarivattom office regarding the request. But nothing has been done. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible as we already paid one month subscription earlier.

                                      They are not abiding with TRAI regulation. Ive selected package multiple times throught the link theyve shared but the same is not activated. Despite they charge for the pay channels. Ive bought this to their notice but they have not taken a positive revert. I told them that i wouldn't be paying the charges. But despite they are keeping on billing me. They are not there to fix the issues and want me to go to their office for the payment.

                                        However most of the channels are missing. News 18, times now, sports channels to list few.
                                        Please resolve asap as it's impacting relationship. Both with asianet and family. Hence treat this with utmost seriousness and resolve. Ensure all channels mentioned in the package and free channels are available. Please don't make me follow up atleast for this case.
