Respected sir, iam reddy from jangaon dist telangana state. In jangaon cable operator United television seetv. We want to shift to another company dish tv. I spoke with cable operator about shifting. He disconnected connection today i.e., Oct 22nd 2021. We have time upto November 10th 2021. When I ask about the connection he said that 28 days recharge only. Every month 28days only. Irrespectible and torturing guy. He is showing his cruelty abt changing connection. Kindly rectify.

Almost all programmes of Asianet have high toxic content. All serials promote regressive thoughts. All female actors in those serials are modern, independent, working and bold in real life, but the roles they play are of highly insecure wives who obey everything that their abusive husbands or in-laws say or do. I know it's acting but don't they have any moral values or responsibilities towards society? They reinforce the belief that getting married is the sole purpose of a woman's life. Forced marriage is the greatest theme. Everyone glorifies it and forces the female actor to continue in incompatible relationships. This is highly relevant in a society that sees divorce as a taboo which inturn has lead to many deaths. Children and teenagers blindly believe in such stuff and elders reinforce their beliefs. When will they realise it's 2021? Women are not allowed to work and if they are a little bit bold, they are depicted as a villain! Comedy programs have only themes such as ageism, colorism, bullying, sexism. The youth consume and believe such toxic content. Violence, abuse, narcissism, dowry, emotional blackmailing, etc are depicted as norms. Media, especially such serials and programmes that run almost every day play a huge role in society. Channel heads and producers should be held responsible for promoting such highly toxic content. Even with smartphones, kids are producing relevant topics on social media, which is a proof that high budget is not required for quality content.

Regarding the serial Sasneham, its against moral values and social ethics. It is creating mental stressed for the aged those who spent their time watching serial. Kindly stop broadcasting the serial Sasneham.

You are spreading misleading facts about Indian judiciary and penal codes through Kudumbavilakk. A person is arrested for questioning without any proof and it becomes a non bailable offense. What kind of mockery is this? There is no investigation no interrogation. This is just insulting indian judiciary to the face. Stop telecasting such nonsense.

Today 17.09.2021 whole day no internet in wifi, several times try to reach customercare number but no connected. Later logged in portal and shared my complaints till now no resolution.

Kindly avoid the Asianet Malayalam serials on Saturday .n..Sundays
Disgusting due to continue days. At most all people in Kerala suffering the same for these continuous telecast even though Saturday .n. Sundays

Monday to Friday...its OK to telecast as per citizens entertainment.But next off Saturday and Sunday should ban the serials. And most important children getting ruined by seeing these serials as verberly more.

Asianet has either been throttling the internet speeds or has massive drops and are unable to comply with the agreements according to the package they offer.

Initially they said the issue could be the router and I should upgrade it to a faster one. So I upgraded it through them. The internet was good for a few days and now its completely gone. I have no internet service and I have called customer care several times and they make up different things - "Restart after 10 mins, it will be resolved", "There is an issue and we'll send the technician asap", "It will take upto 24 hours to resolve", "We dont know when the technician is available, so we cannot give you a definite time".

As I work from home, I requested them to resolve the matter as soon as possible and send the technician urgently as the weekend approaches and it wont get resolved for another 2 days. They were unable to provide surity if it will get resolved before the week, which means another 2 days of no internet service.

I have made a payment for full year a few months back and requested them to provide the steps for termination of my connection and process my refund. Again they keep dodging the question. I tried calling the Nodal Officer (phone number from their website) and there is no answer or return calls. ​

In terms of proof, I dont have anything as the conversations took place over the phone and just that internet is not working. I am currently using mobile service but I am unable to use it for work due to low speeds and my work requires me to connect to servers in the US

Hi it would be appreciable if you telecast serials from monday-friday not on saturday and sunday.coz we are not able to watch our favourite programmes atleast on saturday and sunday.to avoid fight with elder people.kindly stop telecasting serials on saturday and sunday.it only the request.

I had subscribed a new asianet connection yesterday but now no network please resolve this issue

Why star singer stopped without any declaration... Its very bad decision from asianet... Please restart star singer...

We have been calling the customer care from 26th august and had registered multiple complaints when this occured, after 10 times calling, one person came today to check, he said that the set up box is not working that is why the setup box light is not blinking.
Told that we need to buy a new one by paying Rs.1600 again or buy a serviced box of someone for Rs.850 which has only warranty of 6 months.

This issue is occured first time in all the years we used tv that in one year one month Hd new set up box is not working !!! Other providers repair and give us back the product or they ask very minimal amount for the repair of such box. Asianet people are charging us same amount again we paid an year back with just 1 year warranty again or 6 months again, should we keep on paying every 6 month or 1 year for this item again and again ?? lifelong ?? This is cheating service for more money from their customer every year...

I am registering complaint here for repair of the product free of cost which they are liable to do for an year old box.

I have evidences only in person or on calls from the company number where they have told me this today. after a week complaints.

This is regarding the Asianet Broadband billing system. They advertise their plans as postpaid but the billing system is actually prepaid. Asianet calls this as Advance Billing. In Postpaid connection, the customer need to pay the amount only after the usage. This is true for all other providers except for Asianet.

Problem:
They charge late payment fees for postpaid connection even before the usage period is completed. For example, in a usual postpaid connection, the customer will be charged at the end of the month based on the usage. From that day onwards, there will be a grace period for customer to pay the amount. In case of Asianet they charge one month in advance and on top of that they charge late fee before the usage date is completed.

Resolution required:
Either Asianet change their plan names from "Postpaid" to a different name or don't charge the customers late payment fees until the bill cycle is completed.

I have registered a request for shifting of postpaid broadband connection (CN156554) one week back to location around 1.5 km from existing connection . They even committed that shifting will be completed by 20th August. But till now even after repeated calls to customer care and emails nothing happened. Local Technician told that there is not slot available for shifting connection. I have paid shifting connection charges then also no communication I have received from concerned authorities on further action. Very pathetic customer care and concerned authorities. No proper communication given to customer on shifting the connection.

We all know that star singer season 8 has miserably failed in TRP ratings. Here are the reasons which even a child with common sense can guess out. Not sure why asianet being such a top brand making such stupid decisions.

1. Telecast Timings - Hope you remember the incomparable success of star singer 2007 (season 2). The main reason was being the 'Monday to Friday' telecast. still not sure why asianet confined season 8 to weekends alone.

2. Contestants Age Group - Season 8 seems to be junior star singer. age group of 20-30 would have taken the show to new level.

3. Anchor & Jury - If Ranjini Haridas, who was a pillar of the successful seasons of the show was returned as an achor, show would have gone to next level. Also Sharreth, who acts as a conventional school headmaster is not suited for new gen shows. Return o[censored]sha Uthup after Season 3 could have added more light to the show.

From the last 2 months i am requesting for a broadband connection. And they do say my area is not accessable for internet. But the thing is that 200m away from my house, there is asianet internet connection, then why do they deny my request.
(We already have asianet digital tv connection in my house)

Its not only for a single connection. 3 house is depending on asianet to get an internet connection for study purpose and job and all.
