I requested a transfer of cited no: 2 ie CA ID N [protected] to Changanacherry which was inactive .
after regular contacts after seven days they transferred my working set box ie ref no 1 to Changanacherry . hence I lost my connection at Edappally.
The mistake done was also reported everyday for the last three days.
Kindly interfere in this and please rectify the mistake commited.Ie,
MAC34BDFA6C08A0 to Edappilly(set top box is here only) and CA N [protected] to Changanacherry (set top box at Changanacherry).

        This serial started out as a brave strong woman who is back for revenge and actually has a purpose other than serving husband's wishes like in other serials. So I was hopeful about this. But now they are showing that the sister of the main character, named Aparna has been married off to someone without her consent because her parents didn't care enough to even check much on the person who was initially going to marry her, who turned out to be a murderer. And mind you, Aparna is just 20. Still studying and not even mature enough to be married. After this incident, Aparna's reaction can be absolutely justified because she is shocked. But here, the guy Aparna finally married, is shown as a weakling who is not "manly enough" just because he focuses on his studies and is actually patient with Aparna understanding her situation. And his friend, who constantly mocks him and asks him to force Aparna to do what he wants or just go and fight with her and her family is shown as the "man" here. So is the serial proposing that a man be an emotionally unstable person who should even take violent measures to get what he wants? Is being immature and violent manly? More than just showing this in the serial, they idealise these concepts of toxic masculinity so much, which is going to create the problem since the younger generation is going to accept and absorb this information as right. Being entertainment producing company, they should be responsible enough to understand that media plays an extremely important role in shaping society's views. Having such important responsibilities, they cannot be allowed to spew whatever that comes into their mind. They should be mindful of the content they are putting out.
        So I kindly request the company to see and understand this situation and take appropriate action against such unethical ideas from being injected into people's minds.

                Iam not getting internet service since 3 days.
                i had called customer care and registered complaint several time,
                no technicians have came or checked the line,
                i have called and checked with customer care for about 20 times.
                no use everytime they are telling they have forwarded the issue
                i dont know why iam paying monthly charge for this kind of ignorance .
                i haven't got a callback from higher authority which i request for these 3 days several time
                this network issue is not a new issue i have registered complaints several time for getting fixed
                for more than 3 months several times i wanted to call customer care for just access my service

                iam paying monthly subscription and everytime i need to call customer care for turn on the modem

                  Please change the timing of kannante radha serial in asianet plus😞. I'm a big💖fan of that serial. Nowadays the channel has changed the timing to early morning🥺😩. It's so hard to watch in morning. I have online classes in morning so I can't watch it in morning ☹️ so plss change the timing to evening 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 or 6:30. I hope you may consider my request... 🙏🙏🙏🙏😢

                            I requested for a 20GB top up for my broadband connection through Asinet's web portal on 31st May. Since they didn't activate it I called and requested for it again. Instead activating 20GB, Asianet activated a 50GB top up and provided bill for the same. I have sent the mail on the same day within an hour rectify it. But they haven't done anything about it till now. Instead I received a message to pay the bill of INR 238.

                                Im an ardent follower and devotee of Lord Hanuman.. So thought of watching "Bala Hanuman" TV Serial on Asianet. The kid enacting the Hanuman character is made to press his upper lip against thr lower one to get a look of Lord Hanuman, which looks extremely stupid and lot offensive... I dont understand from where did the creative team get such a stupid idea. You could have watched Hanuman from other channels, in which they present it so well. This kid, while appearing as Hanuman looks so stupid, hillarious and irritating at the same time.. Please if this can be corrected.

                                      My monthly subscription is Rs 248.83, this amount what i am paying is one month advance.
                                      Now this month when you try to pay online
                                      thro www.mydtv.in it shows current month +1
                                      that is indirectly they are collecting 2 months advance.

                                      During this covid time it is an extra burden on customers and also making the customer helpless at the time of lockdowns to go to their local office and do any query
                                      I request you as the authority to take immediate action on this matter
                                      why should a customer pay 2 months advance without any reason

                                      my monthly charge is 248.83 and this as of now every month i am paying 1 month in adv

                                      they show current balance of subscriber -248.83
                                      min.amt.payable 498.584( this is actually 2 months advance)
