There was an episode of Bigg Boss Malayalam where one contestant Rithu Manthra has used one particular caste as lower category while comparing it with another.

Why is this show even allowed to telecast when they have such foolish and arrogant players who does caste discrimination which is considered extremely offensive in India?

This is in regard to the bigg boss episode that aired on 28 April 2021.It has come to our notice that one
of the contestants (Read:Rithu Manthra) has used casteist slurs previously.Though this particular incident was not telecasted, it was brought to our attention by one of her fellow contestants (Read: Manikuttan). It is disappointing to know that a reputed Channel like asianet is promoting such blatant casteism against marginalised communities by protecting such people. If the coordinators of this show have any sort of empathy or respect towards the mentioned community she should be evicted as soon as possible as it is a clear offence under the IPC. I request the concerned authorities to take an action against the said contestant.The comments by the contestant Rithu Manthra is offensive and derogatory . I hope you can send a good message to the malayali audience watching this show hereafter. PLEASE TAKE A RSSPONSIBLE DECISION

Asianet claims to be the No: 1 internet service provider in Trivandrum, unfortunately they show no qualities for such claims whatsoever. I play multiplayer games everyday, and by 7 or 8pm i am getting packet loss around 20 %- 40% regularly by the same time, some times even during day time. What troubles me the most is that i have mentioned the issue to the customer care innumerable number of times and most of them have no clue what 'packet loss' even means. I tried escalating the complaint to the nodal officer (Ranjith)in my region(Trivandrum, Eenchakkal) and he never picks up the call, i got his number from the official website of Asianet complaints and customer care. After 6 months or more he finally picks up the call and i explained things to him. He gave unconvincing reasons and before i could even clarify the issue properly he hung up on me, and when i tried to contact again he did not respond. No matter how many times i reached out to them, they dont care about their customers interests.

Not sure about the level of the contestants in the Bigg Boss season 3.

When a contestant treats his/her spouse with such disdain even with so many cameras around. Shouting that he/she would slap the spouse etc are not good examples to be broadcast into a family audience.

Either take necessary action to correct the couple or do the needful to drop them.

The situation has been much worse for others including lady participants. Though it is a show of endurance, giving someone undue freedom to harass others and keep on doing it across gender groups sets a very bad example.

This is a game show, but is turning out to be a harassment to the audience too.

Iam forgotten my subscriber code please help to get back

I am a subscriber of Asianet Broadband (CN165563) residing at Thiruvankulam area. During the month of September, I have activated a plan of 4000GB for 4 months, because of work from home nature of our jobs. But soon remote working has been changed to regular company timings, which drastically reduced our internet consumption ( only below 300GB) for 4000GB plan.

But Automatic renewal of the same has been made without any prior information, which came to my notice only after the pop-up message of "4760Rs for another 4 mnths. "

So, Please inform the customers regarding the auto-renewal plan prior to the deadline. I tried to contact your team the first day itself, but was not successful. It was during this time additional charges were being imposed from your side.
I had conversations with 4-5 customer representatives, whom ensure me a call back, which end up in just words only.
But bill amount was been sending regularly to mobile despite of a conversation. If enquired, the representatives are claiming that they can't do anything nor provide any number of those concerned persons who are sending mails.

Also at the time when I opted for the plan, they told me that an amount of 160Rs will be automatically credited to my account. But later, only when the cable TV operators called me, I came to know that further some procedures are pending to credit the amount.

It's very disgusting that such an act happen from your side in such a pandemic conditions; feel as if you won't value your customers needs.

So plz understand customer needs and priotise them for your long run.

I went for Asianet Broadband conenction on 4/Dec/2020. I was told the initial payment of 1500 covers the modem charges and installation charges.

The connection remained unstable. And hence I decided to disconnect it on 21/Jan/2020. I emailed asianet, and got an acknowledgement from them. By then I had made all the payment till 31/Jan/2020. A total of Rs. 3032.72 was paid just for 48 days o[censored]sage.

My name is kt thomaskutty a physically challenged man. I have asianet cable for more than 2 years. The quality is so bad that we are unable to see any channels. I have complained to the local vendor, called the asianet customer service but the problem is not solved. I have made a advance payment for the entire year. The operator told there was a issue with the box. I replaced it with new one gave rs 800 extra for this but it has the same issue. A video cannot be attached due to the size but i will upload on youtube and share the link if needed for your reference. Please fix the issue or kindly refund my money
