We have placed an order bearing No. AB4475347, dated: 06.08.2015 towards Sony Bravia 40R552 40" KED TV Brand New 2015 Model-1 Year Seller Warranty and paid the amount of Rs. 30, 779/- by way of Credit Card, with a condition of delivery within 10 working days, with Ask Me Bazaar. Sorry to submit that we have not received the consignment even after 27 days. We have contacted customer care on[protected] on several times without any positive reply from their side.     It was not fine... i ordered the rainsuit black color .. but you are delivered the brown color.. and it was not d corect size...it was not fitting to me.. i ordered the one it was not delivered.. it was totally diferent what i ordered.. please i dont want this suit.. i want my money refund.. it was not gud that u should not cheat the people like this way.. i dont want this product... it was difrent what i ordered n it was not fitting to me... i request u to take this product return and refund my money

        Order Id: AB4028921 Placed an order for Micro SD Card worth Rs 249 on 11th July 2015. Paid it online via Debit Card. Due to some technical error the courier company reflected Cash On Delivery. Immediately contacted Customer Care and they advised to pay the delivery boy and we ill refund you the online payment. Received the Order and paid the money. Within Half an hour called customer care and lodged the complaint. They advised to wait for 15 working days. I waited but no refund. Called them again and was shocked to know to that complaint was closed without resolution. Again made the complaint but till date no Refund has been received. Talked with supervisor on 31/08/2015 and said to wait till 4 business hours. I did. Again called them on 01/09/2015 as I didn't received the call from back-end and they advised me to wait for 24 business hours. What to Do? 1st purchase from Ask Me Bazaar and this harassment.

                I bought toy from askmbebazar.com on 23 June. But have cancelled and asked for refund. Now this company fails till today 1 Sep 2015 to give refund. Major Highlight 1. Product will be delivered in 10 days - actually delivered in 1 month 2. Called 25 time to customer support for delivery and refund, no use. 3. Every one makes false commencements that I will get refund. 4. Even higher officials(managers and above) are expert in making false commitment 5. There is question how to trust askmebazar. Should government ban this company?

                      I bought a product online, I made a online payment, they mentioned wrong with the delivery company as COD, on arrival of the product, they maid me pay again, for last two months they are promising for refund, but in reality they never did. I have given all proof but money was never refunded.

                            I complaint as National Cosumer Forum regarding my refund they told me to go for the LEGAL action and I agree to the forum and after that on the same day i.e. 28/08/2015 one lady called from the concern department and she give her word that I should give thenm last chance and paymnet will credit on the same day or next day...but like previus 40 times commitmrent they also fail on that and refund still not credited to my account.                               I had been ordered through COD a Power Bank aganist Order ID AB2187994 dated 12/03/2015 and the same was received on dated 16/04/2015 and I paid the amount of Rs. 599.00 after that in front of the delevery boy I opened the packet and surprised to see that the prduct is damaged and also the same was duplicate Brand.Then I complain in front of the delevery boy on the spot (i.e. on 16/04/2015) after that I regularly followup with the ASK ME and they every time ASK ME told that the refund will be process by 5-10 days, ASK ME also verified my Bank Account 3-4 times but still no result comes my refund still not credited in my Bank Account, I called almost 100 times to the customer care but no result. I am toatally fed up with ASK ME then I have made complain on dated 10/08/2015 on National Consumer Helpline aganist Docket ID[protected]. Today I received a call from National Consumer Helpline, Delhi (Jago Grahak Jago) they give me a complain ID No- 616353 dated 12/08/2015 and told me to send final 10 days final notice to ASK ME (Getit Stores Pvt. Ltd.). Please take it my final 10 days notice of my Grievances otherwist I will go for Legal action with the help of National Consumer Helpline, Delhi (Jago Grahak Jago) . This will also send by the register post to ASK ME (Getit Stores Pvt. Ltd.).

                                I placed on order on 20th April and today is 31st. Despite of repeatedly been calling and requesting these guys that the same is required on priority there has been nothing which is done from their end. Whenever i call up their call center to get the status of the current position i get an update "sir current status is not available and same will be delivered to you in 10 days ". As a customer if you ask them about current status they start counting days and tell "sir abhi 8 working days hue hain" Pathetic services i raised a query also 2 days back but no update. They don't even stand competition. I will suggest no one to make purchase from them Today also i got an update that the same is still not dispatched due to seller issue. And when you ask them to transfer your call to any senior you get a reply that seniors are not available, Moreover i have been mailing them and contacted on their quesy site also but no reverts from them also. Worst online site to deal with you enjoy interest on prepaid orders by delaying delivery

                                  I Have Purchase Sports Arrivals online shop Ask Me Bazaar but its quality's Very Very Bad ... I brought oleva combo (jent's watches, belt, Pocket, And Sunglsses) from ask me bazar. Its waste of money to buy from ask me. product also Fake.Who are planning to buy some thing from ask me bazar don't go for it.

                                    I booked one remote control car for my kid with the cost of Rs.550 on 11th of july 2015 and I paid in online. The product got deliver by 17th of july 2015 as COD. Customer Care people said to pay now and we will revert that first payment. I paid in online and COD, two months over but they are not revert back my first payment. Order ID:AB3998908.

                                      I have ordered one RAINCOAT on 24/06/2015 (ORDER NO. AB[protected]Transcation Description POS PRCH-POS[protected]NOIDA). my order cancelled but no refund my money. i am registered one complaint i.e. QRC32541352 on 29/06/2015 at 4:54pm. one day call me he said we are refunded your money on 29/06/2015 please check you bank statement. next day I am checked my bank statement there no refund. still (30/08/2015) to I dont have any refund in company side. this is cheated company. Hon'ble authorities please take action on Askme Bazaar online shopping.

                                        I have ordered two WIRELESS headphones on 18/08/2015 (ORDER NO. AB4662139). the delivery of the product was made on 24/08/2015 (COMPLAINT NO. QRC[protected] but the headphone was a wired one and of different colour. I had made a complain regarding it on the same day and i was said that the product was out of stock so the wired headphones were delivered. at this point i issue was:- 1. If the product was out of stock, an update was mandatory on the website, which was not done when i placed my order. 2. even if they were no able to make an update they must have brought this into the customer's notice of delivering other product 3. the receipt on the package also did not mention the same. further, Priya saha who was my call attendant from kolkata branch, said that i need to provide my bank account number for the refund of my money although my payment was made by cash. I asked her to atleast file my complain and i refused to provide my bank account number. in response the said that she will not provide me my complain number if i dont provide my bank account number. after i said her i vl complain regarding this matter she provided me my complain number. the very same day i mailed the company about this matter. no reply was made by the company via mail. instead the next day onwards i was receiving calls by the company, nearly 25 times a day, the calls which as soon as i answered was hungup from there side without a word.( [protected], [protected], ) and when i called back in the number no one picked it up. it continued for 2-3 days. i complaint regarding this was also mailed to the company which was also left unanswered. till today there is no action taken by the company

                                        AskmeBazaar is totally fraud and chitting company. Please do not believe that company. If you book one product, the company will send another product. The same case is happened with me. I booked 3w lED bulb but the company send me hand sewing maching.I lodged a complain to the Company and inform to customer care centre but no action has been taken by that Company. So I think that the above Company is totaly fraud and I mentally prepare to lodge one FIR against the Company for chitting.
                                        AskmeBazzar is totally fraud and chitting company. I have order AB3112679 power bank they sent duplicate Sony product which not belongs Sony company then I retired next day they took my bank details to refund the amount. They told me that 9th June 2015 the amount is deposited to my account but it's not true I shared my bank statements also, I raised complaint which time they will open new compliant and Say's that it will take 7 to 10 working day till date they didn't refund my amount. I mentally prepare to lodge complain in the consumer forum.
