I am receiving email, missed calls / calls from your team wherein your executives are discussing same things again and again regarding refund status for which I have already given clarifications. Complain ids stated below which is still unresolved.

Today also I received a call stating that the refund has been processed on 17th June 2015 for which I had explained to Anantnag pal with my bank statement that the payment is still not credited into my account.
Since I am following up for more than 75 days, Now, I am compelled to complain in thsi forum. Furthermore, I am starting a campaign online & posting negative publicity about stating service level deficiency from ASKMEBAZAAR.
It is really discouraging that a customer has to follow-up for more than 75 days for refund of his / her hard earned money. No other online shopping portals i.e. Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, etc. are treating their customers like this.
request to kindly help in getting the refund of Rs. 449/-

They only can attract customers once with heavy Advertisement on websites, But i am assured once customer purchased with them never suggest others to purchase from them and never deal with them.
