I have ordered (AB3762689) on 26 June 2015 (A Helicopter Toy) with online payment option-Rupee 668 charged. Product delivered to me on 10 July 2015, it was not working so Askme pickup the product on July 16 2015 and asked me to refund my money with in 3 to 5 days but today on 26 August i am received no money, their executive make me fool every time. i mail them a lot but result is zero. Ask me is third class online company, zero customer satisfaction believed.
They only can attract customers once with heavy Advertisement on websites, But i am assured once customer purchased with them never suggest others to purchase from them and never deal with them.

    I placed an order for a refrigerator on August 22, 2015 . Recieved an SMS and email stating confirmation of order next day with order # NDD 4746954 The only answer i get for numerous calls made to their help line is that we will ensure delivery today. The today has not come till date which is August 26, 2015. The helpline agents are not trained properly and do not know what to answer. Their helpline is bogus. I think the company itself is a fraud company. Today they tell me that there is no "cash on delivery" for this product. It was clearly mentioned cash on delivery and credit on delivery when i booked the product!!! I strongly recommend that NO ONE EVER BUYS FROM THIS COMPANY. They fool customers like this.       Dear Team, I am receiving email, missed calls / calls from your team wherein your executives are discussing same things again and again regarding refund status for which I have already given clarifications. Complain ids stated below which is still unresolved. Complain id: QRC 33575564, QRC[protected]Satyam) & QRC[protected]Anantnag pal) Today also I received a call stating that the refund has been processed on 17th June 2015 for which I had explained to Anantnag pal with my bank statement that the payment is still not credited into my account. Since I am following up for more than 75 days, Now, I am compelled to complain in thsi forum. Furthermore, I am starting a campaign online & posting negative publicity about stating service level deficiency from ASKMEBAZAAR. It is really discouraging that a customer has to follow-up for more than 75 days for refund of his / her hard earned money. No other online shopping portals i.e. Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, etc. are treating their customers like this. request to kindly help in getting the refund of Rs. 449/-

I have already done payment for the same and now they told me that this is cash on delivery product. Pl shutter down this company and help people to mmake fool.

            This is regarding the delivery of Order number AB4196741 from AskmeBazaar for Homezara set of 2 designer foldable stools. I got the package delivered by Delhivery with the details AWB[protected].On opening the package, I found only one foldable stool instead of two and was really surprised. I called up their very famous helpline number [protected] (All 4s) & asked them to send me the second item as per the order. But was surprised again as I was told that order would not be fulfilled, but instead the order amount refunded. I was surprised more when the person started asking my bank details - I said I had paid COD and would either expect a product replacement or Cash given back immediately. Well my complain is still pending and I have left it at that. The support email ID never works and only response is through twitter. Well this company does not have a user registration process (very strange for a ecommerce website), does not guarantee that the product is new, does not have a warranty, does not replace items, does not fulfill the incomplete orders and of all collects COD but does not refund in the same mode. Friends just beware while shopping with AskMeBazaar and use much better choices we right now have in India. Hope the CEO is listening.

              I, have taken product (AB2910487) in month of May and returned back within 10 days as I didn't got the said offer products in deal(offers). And its more than 80 days there is no refund of my money back to my account details given to the customer support team and I have called customer help dept max number of times but there is no quick action taken from your team and always keep on hold.I have kept twice mail to [protected]@askmebazaar.com. As I have given back the product can't your team refund back the amount.Why it's taking so much of time??I'm very much disappointed with the service both Customer help desk and accounts section.

                I have ordered a Spy Pen Camera Without Memory card in ask me bazar with a order id AB4641373 on August 17th 2015.i received the parcel on 25/07/2015 with cash on delivery, when i opened the parcel i was shocked, inside there is only an empty box. Immediately i called to the customer care No.[protected], an lady named Nisha attended the call, i told that there is only the empty box inside the parcel, she just said "Sorry for the inconvenience caused to You " and asked my bank details to refund the amount, when i asked why u cant send the product she said its their company norms to return the amount in 10 working days and gave the complaint no QRC41259089 and cut the phone. this is my first order with askmebazar.com which has been a worst experience the way the executive handled the call is very bad.

                  Hello Sir I received damaged and used product CANON LASERSHOT MONO PRINTER LBP AMP 45 2900B (RS. 5600) AND MY ORDER IS IS AB4503060 when i contact to askmebazaar for same they reply me that you have to contact to manufacturer how this can be possible they make me fool while i paid full amount for new product so why i should accept used product. When i request them for return they reply me that they doesn't have any return policy and tell me that you have to contact to seller for same following are seller details, san computech pvt ltd. 212, shakuntala building 59, nehru place new delhi 110019 contact no: [protected] Mr. Mnjeet when i contact to seller he reply me that they send new product but it may be damaged during transit, its clearly seen from product that product already used before shipment although person was lying that product shipped in sealed pack manner so kindly do something needful its clearly anybody can see that this product already used before delivery.

                        I purchased an water purifier for these crap askmebazzar.com on 13 AUG 2015 its over 10 days neither they delivered my product nor providing any information i called several times to their Customer care number [protected] agent have only one answer you'll get the product that's what they are telling me since last 10 days then i submitted my complaint on their twitter account they asked me to register a ticket at there support page i did the same but still no response from them. payment has been successfully charged from my credit card

                            I have order one printer on 4 Aug 2015 still ..not confirmation for delay customer care really very un contactable ..they reply very rudly not giving me proper answer..when i ask for delivery they give me proper answer ..i have shopping lot of product from askmebazar first time i am facing these type of problem...i recomend dont purchase any product from askmebazar..its really no respect of customers.                                   Dear Askmebazar Team, I have booked my order no is AB4373923 HTC Desire 826 mobile @2999. on 31st July 2015 but till Date I dint received my product its been like 25 days. I called so many time in Ur cc but no one is helping me. & last Monday I have logged complaint for the delay of the parcel Complaint No QRC39870621 but till date I didn't received any courier from your side. Very poor service I am experiencing from Askme.com only. I want to know that is this product is really going to be courier to me or not. If not then at least tell me clearly. So I will not keep on waiting for my order

                                    Now its 6 month since I have returned the fake power bank since then i am following for the refund of my Rs.599.00. Written them so many mail and lots of telephonic conversation. custmer care replied that the money has deposited in my bank account which is completely false. Custmer care peoples always tell us the call back has been arranged but till date i had not recieved a call from the company. and the always said your problem will be solved within 24 working hrs or 8 woking days but till today nothing happen from company

                                      I have purchased a Samsung 9000 mah Power bank and my order number is AB993401 I received ordered item but item is duplicate as per manufacturer\'s specification. so I had refunded those items Company person picked up this item but till today my amount not yet refunded...

                                      They are Thief looting people continuously, go to court against them to set them right,
                                      they will have to pay in multiple number amount but not directly to you but with court pressure.
