I called your call center 4-5 times since last night and I was told my payment is not showing as "received", while I completed the payment and the amount got debited from my internet bank account.
The transaction reference number - [protected]
Also, the executives kept telling me "it will take 24 hours for the payment to get updated", "it is a COD product" etc - none of which makes sense.
If I am asked to make the COD payment again, I AM NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THIS PRODUCT, I WANT CANCELLATION.
Please revert at the earliest.

Complaint marked as Resolved I raised a support ticket with askmebazaar.com team.
I called them 10-12 times to ensure my payment has reached them and they would confirm the same.
I also called citrus, the payment gateway team and marked mails to the nodal officer of citrus payment solutions.
As a result of the constant pressure from my end, the askmebazaar team confirmed they received my payment and also sent the samsung fridge on 23rd august.
Hope the info helps to the people who are in distress and have become victims.

Ask Me Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is regarding my complaint regarding Ask Me Bazaar. I had received one call from them assuring me to refund my money soon, but now two months has been passed since there is no refund.
Please suggest me what to do ?
