I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy E5 mobile phone with www.askmebazaar.com. After an entire week, I get a message saying that the order has been cancelled, and that refund will be processed. I call up customer care and they assure me that the payment will be refunded in 7 - 10 working days, worst case. Several weeks have passed by since I have made the order, and this HUGE fraudulent company has shown no positive signs for returning my payment. The Order Number was AB4415034 .

First up, I'm really not sure if Ill ever get my refund. INR 13, 000 is what I paid for, but these guys act as if they are just not bothered. Looking at it from another perspective, I seriously doubt a very illegal nexus that is operating in the background. They could collect the money, keep it with them for as long as possible, and earn interest on the same. They are doing this on a massive scale, which would mean they are going to be making money from what other unsuspecting buyers are investing hoping to receive a product they have ordered for!

Ask me bazaar is a Fraudulent entity, backed up by believable front end in the form of advertisements, a celebrity brand endorser by the name Ranbir Kapoor and the brand ask me.

Guys, it is my sincere request from my side to keep away from these cheats, no matter how lucrative their offer is. Unless you are ready to let go your money completely, please do not engage with them.

I'm seriously hoping there is some way to get my money back from these cheats.

    The worst ever services ever had with ask me bazaar i have placed more than 5 orders and all the packages were delivered damaged and crushed and i had to bear a loss of 5000 rupees this is a true story and i beg u to save u from what had happened to me . i know that the offer 90percent discount but they all are duplicate and fake items available only and only there

        Hello, I ordered Car Electric Air Compressor Tyre Pump on 4th August, 2015.. My order no. AB4468266.. Finally after waiting for 2 long weeks the parcel got delivered to me on 18th afternoon.. As my car was not there so I could not check the product immediately.. Finally on 20th August, 2015 i.e. today I checked the product and found it to be faulty.. It is not working at all.. I tried to register my complaint on customer care number, initially the customer care executive denied to register the complaint giving reason that the product has been delivered around 18th afternoon and the complaint could be made only around today afternoon i.e. i am registering my complaint 8 hours late.. but is it not the responsibility of the seller to check the product before dispatch?? i believe this is very very poor and pathetic service given to consumer, I have experienced really great services with companies like Amazon, Shopclues, Snapdeal and this kind of behaviour was not expected from a big company like your.. hoping for a favourable response from your side

            I have orderd a pair of Nike Men's CP Trainer
            White and Blue Mesh Running Shoes

            Bazar delivered me a poor quality of different shoes - and the shoe is not of

              AskMeBazaar.com - complaint against confirm COD order cancellation, order Id :- AB4332677 dated 29.07.2015 I have ordered combo of Roti maker, Ata maker and caserol from Askmebazaar.com but till date I have not received this product. I have enquired several times but no reply. They have given me the despatch details of DTDC courier no. as I[protected] but this no. is fake as per DTDC couriers information. After that, I have complained about it but this site is taking 10 days to resolve that complaint. Please calculate how much days they are taking and even no response. Their delivery terms are 8-12 working days from order. Now, 22 days passed but no information about delivery and despatch. They are looting customers. Absolutely fraud company.

                          Dear Team Yesterday I have send one mail regarding my product which is delayed, earlier I was been told that your product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days: but the product didn't came so far Them again I complaint about the delayed in delivery of the product again I was been told it will come and suddenly today I received call from askmebazar No is 9599682516 Mr Rahul singh was on the call and told me my product is been cancelled for some stupid technical reason what bullshit is this going on when the product is confirmed that it is going to be delivered. So how come all of the sudden the product order is cancelled? And it is cancelled after my mil Are You in a serious business or just faking around Askmebazr.com is just a joke and nothing falling people like will defiantly cost you. If you can’t work properly please shut your fake site. So people cannot experience such kind of bullshit.                               I had ordered sports mp3 player on 7th August which got delivered to me on 14th August 2015. It was been used by me for 3 days and it was working completely fine. However, after 3 days its battery drained out and so i tried to charge it. This was when i realised its not getting charged and there's some problem with the device. Now when i launch a complaint, the executives have only 1 line to say on phone, "Complaint needs to be launched within 48 hrs and we cant help you on this." If i ask them to transfer my call to some senior executive, they say " Hes not available now." I have faced this problem on two calls. They are not ready to understand simple things and its a waste buying anything from them. I would also like to share that; On asking the executive if my player would be a waste? He's reply is "Yes". This is how askmebazaar treats its customers. Worst experience till date.

                                  Hi Team, I ordered for a new HTC 826 desire (GSM+CDMA) phone but I was shocked to see the phone which I have received is an old phone. I have ordered the phone on 13th August 2015 which should have been delievered to me by 12 pm of 14th August 2015 but I received till evening. Problem which I faced are as follows:- 1) Till now I haven't received any email from ask me bazar as I do get in other sites like flipcart. I never received the email when I placed an order, I never recevied email when my order was received. I have not received email for my 2 complaints as well (Complain no. qrc1187 & qrc 1253) 2) Then next day which was 15th August I received a message on my cell phone that your phone is out for delivery then after sometime I got an another message saying it has been delivered. So does it mean that it was a message for my real phone and the phone which I have received was changed by someone in between. 4) The phone which I received was a used one. I called customer care before ordering to know whether that phone which I am ordering is a new or old or refurbished he told me it's a new phone. 5) Then I have not received any bill with the phone so I called again to speak to the customer care they told me that you should have received the bill with the phone itself. 6) Then I never received any bill with the email as well unlike the other sites. 7) Phone ear phones are duplicate. 8) The phone has the lot of scratches at the back. 9) There should be 1 sticker at the back of phone which is also not there. 10) Boundaries of the phones are faded and are of dual shades of blue. 11) Charger has the lot of scratches. 12) The box in which I received phone is damaged from many places. 13) The phone doesn't gets fixed in inner bix as it is of 816. I have confirmed with the some of the best dealers in indore that phone is 100% an used phone. I have raised a complaint against this and my complain no is "QRC1187" as given by last customer care executive(Person with whol I have spoken in last yesterday around 8 pm).                                   Being a gujarati thai ne..how can you be fooled..


                                  I also have also encountered such experience...ASKMEBAZAAR are bunch of joker..


                                  They only deliver product( refurnished, old, used, duplicate, first copy)

                                  and there customer care sucks..

                                  there is no return policy..in ask me bazaar,

                                  RANBIR OR FARAHAN AKTAR me jitna paisa dala...utne if you have attended..call of ours..and had made...some good return policy..
                                  than you could also ..sustain in market..


                                  shopclues is 10 time better than askmebaazar.

                                  BAKWAS, CHOR WEBSTIE...which may no last more than 6 monts..

                                  ASKMEBAZZAR SUCKS..bunch of beggar.
                                  Hey, I am gujrati. So we trust everyone. I confirmed with customer care before placing an order that whether the phones are old, refurbished or a new one. They clearly told me that it's a new phone and I thought it's a new site that is why they are giving more discount as compared to their competitors.
                                  Also, I don't need replacement as I don't trust them now. I just need my money back

                                  I made a payment through payumoney, So my transaction was covered under buyer protection. So even if they don't pay I will claim it via payumoney. It's not easy to fool gujrati's :)

                                  But on a serious note they are really a thief and should find some other better way to earn the money.

                                    I bought a phone xiaomi mi 4 and received it on 14th Aug, its seal was broken and there is a default in ringing, I was tring to do complaint on 17 th but no body took my complaint on customer care of ask me bazaar, then i just asked them about the service center in warranty period but no body tell me even about the service center, plz resolve my problem

                                      My self kaleem pasha I have order an induction stove a week ago, yesterday it got delivered. When I open it I found damage product. Order no.AB4529964. I called customer service they ask for account details to refund the money I have provided but nothing is done so far. I need my refund or replace the product. My no is [protected].                                         I had ordered “In earHeadphones by Dr Dre Urbranded” order number AB3684277 worth Rs 289 /- some 2 weeks back. This product was delivered to me today morning. When I opened the packet to my surprise it was a broken black goggle and not a Headphone which was suppose to be delivered. I called the helpline within a minute and informed them of this mistake and the lady I spoke took all my details and was asking for account number which I denied because she was not able to explain why she needed the account number. Later I gave her the account number and since I was not aware of the branch, she kept on asking the same thing and suddenly dropped the call. I called again and spoke to this gentleman and when I was trying to explain what happened even he dropped the call. Again I called spoke to a third person who was a lady and requested for the amount to be refunded, she finally took the request There were 2 emails sent: 1 - First one on 09/07/2015 and 2 - A follow up email on 08/03/2015 I had even called Ask me Bazaar and gave them my account number 2 times, but still I havent heard from them. I am just too furstrated. Please help!!.
